For basic supplies, they are okay but can still go other places for lower prices. Don't purchase computer equipment here or the warranties that are NOT HONORED by the store. It is a waste of money - and time. This is just a way to get more money from you because you have to go to the manufacturer to get a replacement (after the 14 days return policy). So you pay for a warranty with them and they will not accept a return after the 14 days so the warranty is not worth the money!!! read more

Why do they advertise within 24 hrs when the job cannot be completed in 2 days either. My projects given to them came out crooked and smudged even after 2 days. Waste of time and money. Al I get is.... you can keep this one for Free!! What do I do with a smudged and crooked project? read more

Absolutely slow service. Machines not ready to work, shouldn't that be checked when you come in first thing. Very friendly staff though.

I usually have no problem with this Staples but, the customer service I received the other day has forced me to come and write a review. Supplies wise, I found just about everything I need. I was going back to school shopping for my little brother and the layout of the items throughout the store made the shopping experience easy and convenient. The prices were all fair and most of the items were in good condition as well. After my brother and I gathered everything we needed, we went to the checkout line only to be treated very rudely by someone I can only assume was the manager. During my checkout, I tried to use a few coupons but they failed to work. The checkout line worker (who by the way was extremely kind and patient) called for some help from her manager. The manager came over, gave a lot of attitude to the worker, then gave me attitude as well as he proceeded to tell me that I had to remove $30 worth of items and purchase them in a separate bill to make the coupon valid. I asked him to please remove the wireless mouse and keyboard rest from my purchase so that I could purchase them with my next order. Again he seemed to have a lot of attitude as he did so and even went as far as to toss my wireless mouse aside, an item that he knew I was going to purchase in my next order. This REALLY pushed my buttons. After he rudely tossed my wireless mouse aside, I became very stern and loudly mentioned to my brother that I would be writing a review about my treatment. He immediately changed his tone and tried to be extra friendly toward me. As someone who has worked as a waiter and worked in retail as well, I understand that the workday can become frustrating and you just get tired of work. However, I also understand that despite how you may be feeling, you NEVER treat the customer with even a slight bit of disrespect. The only reason why I'm giving this place 2 stars instead of 1 is because the checkout lady was extremely kind and even apologized to me on behalf of the manager. Not only was I livid with the complete lack of respect from the manager, but I am also embarrassed to see a manager of a retail store exude the attitude and lack of respect a teenager usually would. read more

Customer service doesn't exist at this store. It's like they would rather not be bothered. The cashier was unfriendly to say the least. Next time I think I'll order what I need online, from a different source, so as not to deal with that kind of attitude. I have purchased a good amount of ink, photo paper and other supplies from this particular store. I'm noticing a trend in the unfriendly attitude. It's getting progressively worse. Don't go here to make copies with a USB. I am hosting a presentation on Monday and went to Staples to make some copies of a packet. The machine that allows you to make copies from a USB has a sign above it that says it charges 10 cents a black and white copy. But because that machine is also used for color, it automatically charges you 17 cents a copy. My husband had to explain it and actually show a manager. She finally decided to credit the money back to him. That copier, the only one available to work with USB drives was so slow it took 20 minutes to print two copies of a document. Meanwhile we needed a page blown up and put on a presentation board. They did the wrong page and claimed they couldn't do the correct one. The manager was working hard to please us, but at every turn there was an issue. The young man behind the copy desk was alone and anxious as he was trying to both wait on customers and do large expensive print jobs. He was very kind and patient. Come on, Staples! You have been my "go to" for years and I am so disappointed. I came to you to make things easier for me and ended up taking most of my work home. read more

I've actually only recently become a fan of this Staple's. Service is good, better than Office Depot or Ofice Max. I have never seen this place busy, so maybe that's why they are always helpful. The selection is standard, can't find really specialty stuff at this location but it's good for paper, ink, and whatnot. read more

Called to ask about enlarging 2 simple word documents to 24" x 36" size & was told they would be ready in an hour so I emailed the order. 75 minutes later I arrived and the job had not even been started. One excuse after another and it took another 15 minutes while I waited. When they finally got the documents done, I was late to the event I needed them for. Don't waste your time here. read more

I went in to look at laptop computers for my mother. We found them, read what we could on the card, did some research online, and were ready to make a purchase. The only problem was there were no people on the sales floor. There were a couple cashiers but no one to get a laptop from. We stood there 10 minutes and finally left. It worked out for us- we got a better deal at Best Buy. read more

I bought a computer during the thanksgiving 2013. It was with a rebate offer. I mailed the rebate in December 2013. I went to the store, call the customer service and was told to wait for at least 10 weeks. 10 weeks passed, I called the store, call the customer service and was told to re-send my rebates. I did. Six months later, I am still waiting. read more

the only reason why i'm giving this place 2 stars instead of 1 is because the employees they have working on the floor are actually very nice people. however they had this girl working the register the day i came in & she was on her phone the entire time & did not pay attention that i was in line. i then asked her if she was open and she just rolled her eyes at me (which i don't understand why since she's an employee & is just sitting there on her phone in front of a register & that register being the only one opened) anyways the lady behind me got fed up with waiting so long & so was i so she got another employee (which apparently was her supervisor) in which the girl quickly got off her phone and called me over to scan my items to pay. when i asked her if i can put my phone number in for rewards she gave me the biggest attitude & i asked her if my number went through since i wasn't sure what number & she raised her voice & continuously rolled her eyes at me. honestly i hate this staples now & hope they shut down or better train their employees especially the ones working the register read more
