Honestly I hate shopping at stores that require me asking for help .... but this was good.... it was good ....What a great experience to come to this Staples. A gentleman by the name of Matthew helped me pick out the best printer that matched my needs. I'm taking the time to to write this amazing review since I have had bad experiences before... especially when buying electronics. The time that Matthew took with us was very much appreciate it. I feel like more people should have the great attitude that Matthew showed while at work. The girl at the register was very pleasant as well. Great job to the manager of this branch.... Truly disappointed in this place, one of the only locations to print in the area & only one printer available for use just sad. And even though you can use the main printer they have I had personal stuff for a client. Never using them again in a time of need, and they made me unprepared when using the local Starbucks two hours in advance. read more

Massive Staples with plenty of product in stock, but of course they didn't carry the ONE OBSCURE THING I NEEDED RIGHT THEN AND THERE. I usually find what I am looking for but while out in the aisles if I have a question there never seems to be anyone around. I have to track someone down. Prices are comparable to other office supply stores. The ink cartridge exchange used to be so much better when a voucher was sent out by mail. Staff on hand is courtesy and knowledgeable. read more

Not even remotely satisfied with the customer service from the Menifee Staples. Ordered a product online for it to be the wrong item. I used my Rewards credit to help offset the purchase. Unfortunately, I went to the store to exchange the item rather than exchange the item online. I lost my $30 credit and have been told by both the store manager and online customer service rep that I am out of luck. What happened to customer service these days? Bad business if you ask me. Going to Fedex now...Seems no matter how many times I send a print job to them, something or another is wrong with it, they always print my order on 28lb instead of what I order which is 24lb, when confronted they tell me the machines won't handle the paper which was proven incorrect by the District Manager. My last order they printed on the self-serve machines which included a much larger margin around the sheet making it harder to work with, again when confronted, it took over 4 days for them to get back to me and the DM will no longer accept my calls. They had an associate at the store call me, stating that only 1 person will work on my orders from now on to make it right, heck, I don't need that I just want my order as placed. Besides Fedex is cheaper as well. read more

I had exceptional customer service. I am preparing for my wedding and needed to get my wedding programs printed. Donna in copy&print center took her time and showed me examples of what my program would look like. I first tried to order at home but wanted to make sure i was doing it correctly so i cam in the store. I was qouted higher in the store than what i was quoted online. They did great with price matching and allowing me to pay what i would have online. Will not go back to Staples EVER again! The big box stores wonder why they are going out of business! This is why.... NO CUSTOMER SeRVICE ! I typically get small print jobs from this Staples almost every weekend.... flyers for open houses ,etc . I Email what I need printed the night before. I email and I will get a auto reply saying " thank you your print and marketing request has been received " " depending" on who is working at the print counter the next morning... it can be ready... and sometimes it is not. This morning I was on a strict time schedule, so I called the Staples print as I was driving ( hands free Bluetooth) to confirm that my print request was completed and ready for pick up, however, I get stuck in a automated series of phone messages/ departments.. blah blah! Get to the store ... no other customers at print counter...tell the attendant Iam here to pick up my print ( small. 40 flyers). She pulls it up and tells me it will be 1HOUR! I say ... ah.. I don't have an hour... she than directs me to the " Self" print-machines.. After a small conversation with attendant (she's too busy to print, even though no one in the store)... I go to self serve .. it's fairly easy to navigate through (as attendance is too busy to show you how to work the machine -even though no one's in the store and she is standing at the counter watching me....because she is so busy printing up orders!?) .. get 2 sets of flyers printed , I had 4 sets.. but than copier/ computer connection starts "spinning "... attendant still watching - still no one in the store.. and she is still to busy.. Ask for manager .. another young girl says " I can help you". Give her the problem ( yes I was cussing) because about 7 store clerks walking around and not one helping a customers. She says.. I will call the manager! I said.. forget it... it's now 45 min in store .. not completed print job .. still no customers in print shop.. print attendant still standing at cash register and still watching me ( not busy getting all those print jobs ahead of me printed!) Called store asked for manager and had the most ridiculous conversation from manager I have heard for a long time... I am sure Staples will be on the big " closure list" .. the reason why we go to these places is for customer service... which they have none, so now I will print my projects at home or go through a online service ! read more

At probably the saddest time in my life, the Staples Copy Center has gone above and beyond on my behalf. On Thursday afternoon, I placed an order for a print job that we needed the following day. It was the Funeral Pegram for my mother's service. Unfortunately, when I picked up the order on Friday, a couple of pages were out of order. Johnathan in the Copy Center promised to fix it within a couple of hours. Later that evening, after picking up the corrected programs, we realized the wrong edit had been submitted for printing. On Saturday morning, just a few bored prior to my mom's funeral service, the Staples Copy Center stepped up again. At no extra charge, they reprinted the updated programs. This, after the manager had discounted the job from the night before. THEY SAVED THE DAY! WE'RE SO GRATEFUL! read more

Zachary was an excellent person to deal with last night. He was able to assist me and my wife with a chair that we were inquiring about. During our shopping experience Zachary asked us if we needed help and then effectively answered some specification related questions about the office chair. After answering all questions Zachary then retrieved a hand truck, took the chair to the front, processed the transaction to purchase the chair, and then helped me load the chair. Do not waste your time or money at this Staples. I purchased an 18x24 welcome sign for my baby shower online, came in to pick it up and was given a completely bent sign. I asked them to reprint it and after waiting for an hour with my son while 8 months pregnant, they finally did. I came home to attach the sign to an 18x24 board only to find the sign was too small for the board. Staples cut my welcome sign to be 17x23. I called to speak to the manager Matthew and he did not apologize once for the inconvenience and said if I wanted a refund I could come in the next day, the morning of my baby shower to get the refund and bring the sign in so he knows I didn't use it. Is that a joke? He wants me to come in the morning of my baby shower to Staples and he's not going to even apologize for the mistakes they made? The worst customer service, save your money and go elsewhere for your printing needs. read more

Great staff! My family and I needed to get some copies made and 2 pictures blown up. The guy that helped us was so patient and helpful. I believe his name was Issac? He deserves recognition for his awesome customer service skills! The items we needed were for the funeral of our cousin, once he found that out he really helped us out a lot & explained everything thoroughly. It took us awhile to decide on what we wanted but he never seemed annoying or rushed us up. When we came to pick up our items Jonathan? Assisted us. He was also very nice & helpful not just with us but with ALL customers. The was a little defect on one picture we got & he gladly remade the picture for us. Thank you both so much! I had just finished writing a family history and the time came to get copies hard bound. This is a process they do not do in house. Alexis was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. As are all the people in that department. She walked me through the process to insure satisfaction and I never felt rushed or hurried and it wasn't a big order. Expensive yes but their prices seem to be lower than some other outlets I had price quotes from. Of course there were lot of pages and many in color plus I opted for premium paper which drives up the total. I have used many of their other services and was always pleased. Doug runs a very good store. They would have gotten five stars but there is always room for improvement but not much. Kudos to all. read more

If you need something done the same day don't go here. Every time I go to this location, no matter how small the job, they can't do it without me leaving it and coming back the next day. It kind of defeats the whole purpose. If you're going to offer a service you should staff it so that it can be run efficiently. Fed Ex here I come! read more
