Strongly suggest avoiding this business for all repairs…read more I asked for a screen replacement on a Pixel phone. I also asked if they used OEM parts, to which they said yes. They replaced the screen, and brought it to me to validate. The edges of the screen were squishy. (easy sign of improper adhesive application) They took it back to the bench, opened it again, and added adhesive. The manager brought me the phone a second time to validate. The digitizer (touchscreen) no longer worked at all. They returned it to the bench a third time. Opened it, re-seated the primary ribbon cable (it was not seated properly), and put it back together. (Hint: that's 3 times assembling the phone with the same adhesive that's single-use.) They brought me the phone again. The upper edge of the screen no longer seated into the casing properly. I asked to verify the screen was a new OEM screen. The manager found the package for the screen, and it was a refurbished third-party screen, confirming they lied about the parts they use. The manager also confirmed they did not use OEM adhesive to attach the screen, they used strips of 3M tape. I asked for my broken screen back with my repaired phone, and the manager refused to provide it. At this point, I realized they had no trained technicians in the shop, including the manager. I had to disassemble the device myself at home. The adhesive applied by Batteries Plus technicians was a disaster - bunched, uneven, rolled up, and missing completely from the corners. The adhesive must be a perfect seal, or the device will gradually fill with moisture and particles. The technician had also damaged the "new" refurbished screen they installed, bent 2 of the metal edge clips flat, and broken the seal between the digitizer and the display on the top edge (which is why it wouldn't seat in the casing). I had to repair the device from scratch myself, purchasing a new OEM replacement display from Google, as well as OEM adhesive. This is not a shop of trained technicians, it is a shop of amateurs managed by liars. Caveat emptor.

The deco elements, high ceilings, and brass remind us of a time when the post was elegant and formal. It has been painted over, whitewashed, left neglected or built over for the modern post office. Full service has been friendly but I often find the office understaffed and even ringing the bell doesn't bring someone to the window with the first few tries. Don't even bother calling them. Parking is limited but then it does not seem to be busy when it is open. Handicapped parking is limited and hard to find. You'll have to take the steep stairs if you can't find the one spot available. If you're local, it's fine for dropping off or getting a money order in the middle of the afternoon. Just check the hours. I maintain a PO Box here for my basic business transactions and correspondence. I still collect the mail of the previous renter for some reason and have to turn it in.

I looked at my son waiting behind me with a knowing glance, and I also made eye contact with the other worker with "HELP" on my face. He asked the goblin if he needed help but he said "no" and I was like "um, yes he does, please take over" I apologized profusely to the people behind me because I felt so bad even though it wasn't my fault at all. I hated that I needed stamps also, because the total time I was there was almost 45 minutes to mail two packages. EXPENSIVE packages, I might add. Who pays 20 dollars to send Skittles to Denmark? This dumb ass that is a pen pal and a loyal one. Do yourself a favor and go to ANOTHER post office. I am done here. I would say in total they may weigh 65 Lbs They are putting all 3 Items in one box. They sent me an Invoice for $234.00 to ship these. This is without a doubt the worst shipping price I have ever seen before. I have shipped Stereos weighing 60+ pounds. Not one of them was even close to what they have charged me. Needless to say, I will NEVER use this company again.
