Completed a poster online. The website says it will be ready in 4 hours. I go to the store site 27 hours later and the store has not started on the poater. I am giving the store a two only because of the treatment by the store clerk. I do not plan to use this location for my future printing needs and I would suggest to others looking for a print job to look at a different location. read more

I was very disappointed that Staples was more concerned with laminating covid vaccination cards than helping me with my order. I needed a book spine cut and spiral bound. I was next in line, he asked what I needed and when it was NOT my card laminated, I was told to get back in line. When it was again my turn, I was told it would be an hour wait or come back to pick up tomorrow because of other orders in front of me. I injured my back and could stand or sit for an hour and coming back tomorrow was not an option for me. They continued to keep taking the customers in line that wanted laminated cards. No one told them to wait for the other orders ahead of them or wait for mine to be done, afterall I was in line in front of them. It takes about the same amount of time to bind the book as trimming and laminating the card does. I was going to be paying about 25% extra for same day service. If you have any kind of disability and need special assistance, Staples is not helpful. I will never again go to Staples for any personal needs or for my business. read more

I have visited this location twice in the past 3 weeks. And I will not be back. 1. Using an extremely slow rental CPU to retrieve and print an email took over ten minutes; therefore i was very frustrated and disappointed with the undue expense. 2. Their website listed a kindle item on sale about $25 cheaper than the "on the store shelf" one that i was looking at with a sales person. I asked for price matching- no way said the salesperson. I pointed out that I could order it on line for pickup at that very store (with a 2 hour wait)-got a shrug...Then the manager refused to price match with their own company website. REALLY? I walked out and 10 minutes later got the product at Bestbuy for that sale price. BA-humbug back at you Staples. read more

They had a Samsung laser printer for sale. They didn't have any in stock and it was the last day of the sale. I asked if they can issue me a rain check. I guess they don't do rain checks. I left and went to best buy where they price matched the same printer. Never coming back. read more

Been in here a few times hoping the printing services would get better... nope. EXTREMELY slow and there is no try to hurry. Still had to wait for help for over 15 min to just pick up my stuff that was already paid for. Customer service was not helpful either, slightly rude each time I've been here. I went in for a few "back to school" items .... As it is back to school season and now I know they do this every year because it happens last year and I figured oh we'll probably just busy but now I know they are totally unorganized Ana not helpful at all. They do t have any college ruled line paper only wide ruled. I over heard a customer asking the manager and all he said was our truck didn't come in today's And the only reason I post this is because that's the same exact thing they told me last year. So as I'm looking for another item not once do anyone ask me if I needed assistance even though you could tell I did. Then the line ... Probably only like 3-4 people no big deal ... I bought my laptop at Staples and had issues with viruses so I took it in to have them fix it last Nov. and have not been able to connect to the internet since. The computer was purchased in 2011 so the second person to work on it from Staples said I should have just bought a new one and not wasted my money on a repair. However, I spent 129.99 on the repair and 69.99 for a warranty, which turned out to be a big joke! I have gone back to Staples 4 times and today I wasted over 4 hours between the Tech at Staples and the warranty guy on the phone. Why can they not be honest up front and tell you to just buy a new laptop...because of the money, no doubt! I have bought two computers at Staples plus all of my office supplies, but I will not be shopping there again! What a waste of 200.00 read more

Play ALWAYS sucks on printing things!! Second time coming here and the orders are NEVER ready. They always have someone working behind the counter who doesnt look like they know what they are doing. And look at you with blank face about the order. Another customers order was not ready either. And was annoyed. I had even received the email as I was standing there saying my order was ready. Who is sending me confirmations when its not ready??? So now waiting to get it printed where a manager has to show her how to do it. Never coming to this staples!! I will never come here again!! After a negative experience at the Best Buy on Litchfield Road, I give this store and Jeff G., one of the managers, five stars for service. 49 hours after my original purchase, Best Buy refused to replace a defective ink cartridge because I had opened the package. (Yes, I had the receipt with me.) I decided to try Staples rather than risk spending money at Best Buy on another ink cartridge that BB would not be replace if it were defective. When I got to Staples, I was greeted at the door by a friendly face (Jeff G.), who asked me how he could help me. Jeff reassured me that Staples would definitely replace a defective ink cartridge at no charge to me. In the next 5 minutes I got proof that this really IS the Staples customer service policy. The woman behind me was exchanging a defective ink cartridge for a new one. Thank you, Jeff G. Thank you Staples. My new yellow ink cartridge is working and I am feeling better. Sad that I am out money due to Best Buy's customer service policy, and pleased to know that I can buy my printer ink at Staples without getting hassled if I happen to get a defective cartridge. read more

I took 2 computers in for repair. The first computer they put unregistered software on that had to be deleted. They did not finish the operating system install and it locked up so had to take it back. They wanted to get me out of store because they were getting ready to close so they put a service pack on a jump drive and put it on my computer. Told me to go home and click on it to install and all problems would resolve. When I got home and did this the file was corrupt so had to go back again. Then they wanted to charge me extra money to fix this. It has been 64 days and I still do not have the second computer back. After 1-1/2 months they said there was a problem with the keyboard strip that they had to order and then send it back 3 times because it wasn't up to their specs. I never had a problem with the keyboard. Now they are saying there is a problem with the base which I also never had problems with. I think it is nothing more than a delay tactic as they ship the computers out to California for repair. I have made complaints to BBB, the online website. I even called corporate directly to complain and nothing has been resolved at this point. Unless you can do without your computer for months at a time I would not recommend you take your computer into Staples for repair. read more

If you are going to use this Staples location's print center for bigger printing projects, such as a banner or poster, be sure to go days ahead before you need the actual product and be prepared to be aggressive. I am specifically referring to the print shop section in this review. One of the ladies I encountered was pleasant and courteous. However, I can't say the same for the gentleman who works there. This print center needs to work on their communication skills. For instance, they told me that they needed 24 hours to complete two posters (24 by 36 inch). Fair enough. However, when I went to get the posters a few hours before the 24 hours would be up, I learned that the posters did not print out clearly; they were blurry. As soon as the man saw me, he cut the already printed posters (one of which he slightly tore) and brought them to me. The previous evening, he had told me that I would be called as soon as the posters were ready for pick up. That did not happen. It would have been nice to get a call that the posters had been printed and that they came out blurry, so that I could have then moved on the Plan B. He did let me know that he would reprint them but that he would need another 24 hours--which would not have worked. If you require professional service, find another location, do your research on locations and how long they will need to print. If in dire need, as I was, go to the FedEx Office on Central (602-241-9440). They were great, professional and caring--and do not require 24 hours in most cases. They are open 24 hours as well! read more
