This review is actually for the TSA PreCheck and the person working today (Saturday, July 15, 2023). I had an appointment today at 12:20pm and I walked through the door at 12:09pm and was waiting for my appointment because someone was already being seen. There were plenty of people waiting - come to find out they were all walk-ins. While we are waiting for the guy doing that PreCheck to come out to check me in, we realize the line is also on another aisle besides the 3 people sitting in chairs outside of the small room where the PreCheck takes place. The guy eventually comes out with a customer. He was wearing a lanyard with an empty badge holder (probably a smart move on his part so no one knew his name). He asks if anyone has an appointment and I say that I do. When he asks for my last name, I tell him, and he tells me I'm late for my appointment. I tell him we've been here since 12:10pm. He proceeds to tell me that I'm late for my appointment and he had called out for appointments before he took the previous customer. Another customer waiting to be seen who was sitting in one of the chairs tells him we were there at 12:10pm. The guy loudly tells the waiting customer he made a mistake because he should not have interjected since I was not there on time. Since no one had an appointment, the guy takes me back and my appointment is otherwise uneventful and takes no time at all (definitely less than 10 minutes). The guy is even toned and stone faced the entire time. He just seems angry with the world. I don't know what issues he has going on with his life, but he definitely is taking things out on people when it just doesn't need to happen. While I was in my appointment, my fiancé had the cameras checked. We walked in at 12:09pm. We were definitely there on time. He was just not being nice to anyone and didn't like that we spoke up for ourselves and that someone backed us up. The store itself, in case you were wondering, looks like a Staples store, but it is on the smaller side. There were probably more people there for TSA than there were shopping in the store. Parking was easy or maybe we were just lucky for a Saturday afternoon. I don't live in the area. I happen to be here because my kids are doing things with their friends this weekend and we are visiting. I figured I could get this taken care of while I was here since Saturday appointments were available. Two stars because Staples itself was fine and because someone helped us while we were there. Also, the process for TSA PreCheck was quick. Otherwise, I took the other stars off because the guy at TSA PreCheck was just plain rude.

It's a Staples, so it's chock full of office supplies, furniture and a counter for shipping. Pens, pencils, paper, computers, adding machines, software, toner and ink cartridges, envelopes, desks, chairs, staplers. I popped in to return a backpack and despite having removed the tag, they gave me a full credit.
