Dr is virtual and my rx isnt even correct. i bought 2 pair, once arrived it wasn't even the frame i chose and the other glasses arm broke before even leaving the store as they were cleaning them. Jessie is the rudest lady ever. she talks over you, is rude and very mouthy. They want to charge me for a retest even though Ive had the glasses in my hands since Feb 8 and today is March 10. I called two weeks ago telling them of this issue but now in my apt day they say i'm "out of my 30 day window" not my fault if they schedule me out that long, they knew my issue 2 weeks ago!! ordered November mind you and after all the wrong items and breakages Ive yet to have 1 working pair. Jessie shouldnt be in customer service. highly NO Recommend. Go anywhere else!!! Then says maybe not use a telehealth dr next time- bitch it's YOUR doctor! maybe hire a competent dr not someone who can't even get dressed and come into a drs office. Unfortunately the lab was unable to make lenses that fit my frames after multiple attempts. The ladies at the store went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. Legally deaf Caucasian male paired with a remote India tech for eye exam? Huh? Had to ask the gal there at the store to act as interpreter because the technician refused to be of any assistance. Afterwards, when asked which contacts I wanted, I informed her, the Caucasion gal who'd helped me earlier, I was looking at the Air Optix Night and Day Aqua or the Acuvue Oasys with Hydraclear Plus. She insisted that no one makes extended wear contacts and you must take them out daily. Despite trying to inform her she was wrong and there's a dozen companies that do make extended wear, she was adamant in her naivety. I kindly asked for my prescription, paid, and left. Won't be going there again and not even sure they have my prescription right at this point either. read more

Went from being quoted two weeks for production to now being told on the phone today that it will probably be an additional two weeks because the company which produces glasses can't find glasses, yet post on their order status that it is due to'unforeseen shipping delays.' So not only can they not produce what they promised in the quoted amount of time but they lie as to the reason for their incompetence. Most the girls that work their are awesome and super friendly. However the one girl Melissa (not the short smaller one she's awesome) is SO rude and abrasive!!!! I've never seen someone talk to customers the way this lady did and then go on the side area and talk about the customer LOUDLY to the other customers. she was even rude to her co workers while I was there. I dont know how she has a job working with ANYONE. I had to go in 3 times and all 3 times she was so rude!!!!! In 20 years of going to eye exams, this was by far my worst experience. The eye exam is done remotely from someone overseas, and took twice as a long as any other exam I've ever taken. Even if you tried to call this location, it directs you to an overseas call center and you have to ask to talk to someone in the store. Even beyond the exam being terrible, no other aspect of coming here was enjoyable. No one ever contacted me to let me know my trial contacts had arrived. When I called and came in, I was not told I needed to "finish my exam" with the trials. So I had to come back. When I asked for my prescription, they had to contact their overseas doctor first. So I would have to come back a 4th time, but they would let me know when it was available. A weeks later and still no one had called me. So I had to follow up again. When I called, I was put on hold while they "searched" for my prescription, and then eventually hung up on. In my 4th trip in store I finally received my prescription. Twice the computers weren't even working when I was in there. The associates in the office just seemed like they were confused on a lot of the process. They also quoted nearly $250 for 6 months worth of contacts. Thats nearly double what I've paid in other places. I took my prescription and was able to order a years worth of contacts for $175 online. I'll never come back here again. read more

I went in on 03/15/2020 got an exam and ordered glasses. I paid nearly $400. I was told no longer than 2 weeks. I can't see without them but figured I could make it two weeks. Then they close because of covid19. Completely closed, I contact corporate they told me they would be open April 20th. Now they say May 5th. They are ignorant and rude when you try to ask questions. the call center is ridiculous. I was asked to call and verify if my order was in because sometime the automated system is wrong no problem I can understand that. You can not call the store directly you have to go through the call center took 15 minutes to get through to the actual store. If you actually just call the store it would take what 1 min to find the answer. The call center can't even answer the question they have to put you on hold call the store then relay the message. It's not worth the hassle. The store it's self isn't much better. Got glasses and sunglasses the guy helping me didn't let me pick my lenses didn't ask any questions like they are supposed too. So I ended up with glasses that literally make me nauseous. Went back to see if they could be fixed manager was like oh you shouldn't have been sold these if you have motion sickness didn't you answer the questions. I was never asked. Had to wait two weeks for the first pair now have to wait another two weeks with bad glasses that make sick for another pair. On my sunglasses the guy just picked what he wanted I guess never told I could pick my lense color, darkness, polarized or not. So now I'm stuck with his choices. read more

The "free exam" is actually the insurance copay (non-refundable), which is needed to pay for the technology to rush patients through a tele-exam conducted by, in our case, someone with a thick Eastern Indian accent. The equipment to look through was dirty (blurry) before the 'local' technician was dispatched by the remote optician(?)to enter the exam room where a dry tissue was used to smear things around without asking if what she did made the exam experience any better (and more accurate). Two weeks later, the glasses arrived but the wait with only one technician was very long only to discover that the prescription was not correct. Another customer nearby said her prescription was inaccurate too. Never going back there again. read more

Ohhh my goodness what a nightmare! They put you in a room with a tv that the "doctor " comes on and tries to give you a eye exam over the computer. I'm sure he was in India, he was hard to understand and I'm not sure if he even got the prescription right! The people in the office seem to have no idea what is going on. After a virtual eye test with the doctor, my lenses came out all wrong, couldn't see anything up close and have to remove my glasses to read. I rescheduled an appointment to come in on the weekend, and when I showed up they said they couldn't see me, because their "out of state" call center booked my appointment wrong, as a warranty fix rather than for new lenses, as was made explicitly clear when I made the appointment. Stanton said they couldn't fit me in at all for another week. Terrible experience, never go here, the cheap prices are not worth the hassles and time wasted trying to fix their mistakes. read more

Unbelievable. Ripoff shit show. Hubby had online exam and ordered glasses 2/14/2020. 3 tries and they are still incorrect. This time they mailed the corrected glasses to minus one of the lenses. How does one not notice that!! Of course they got the money and he has no glasses. Constant run around and unavailable staff to correct the situation. First off they told me I could get my glasses in an HR and they could not so I got my lenses that I already had they only had 1pair of frames to fit my lenses that I already had I hate them and paid $100for them bc I needed them that day then I took the eye exam and got 2 more pairs they told me they would mail them to me .I got a notice in my email that my glasses was ready for pickup when I didn't receive them by the date they told me I would get them so I called and she said they never got mailed .I feel she was covering her ass when I asked why and she said bc they was waiting on my second pair to come in however I only received 1email about my glasses and it said they were ready for pick up .total cost $300plus an HR drive......I will never go back.I give them a minus 10 stars for a rating bc they failed completely read more

The doctor does the exam through Skype video and won't sign off on my contacts rx unless I was going to buy from them that same day! Now I have to wait 2 weeks until she's in the office and I have to go back in there so she can sign off on my prescription. So I waited 2 hours for nothing! This place sucks!! read more

Don't even go here. This place is a total rip off. The eye exam is actually a person on a tv screen. No doctor in the room with you.. The frames to choose from the as horrible as their TV commercials. Manager Justin couldn't except that we did not want to come back to his store, begged me to come back and see the "real" eye doctor.. Medford we was there this week getting glasses for myself and my husband , the via web eye exam was a little weird at first but the staff was all awesome , took care of us ,and made sure we were happy with our exams and glasses , We actually had a misunderstanding ( on our part ) and the associate Melissa called me to make sure I knew and understood , my husbands first pair the lens was cracked , when he picked them up than not even a week the frame itself broke . Second pair wait time was a little over 2 wks due to color tint etc ... although has been a hassle with back and forth to get replaced, repaired the staff was always cautious and helpful read more
