It's still too much for watching a video on MyEyeDr's youtube page while staff tells me how easy it (putting contacts in) is. Initially, I thought it was 60 - but 40 was towards other services. I'm a little less annoyed - but still pretty sour that I actually paid for that experience. UPDATE: So, I went back tonight (four or five days after my initial visit.) Honestly, I've gone back and forth over my initial review. Originally it was much longer, more detailed, and but I thought I was being unfairly biased/negative. I don't think that's the case after my return visit tonight. Now i need to find a new provider. This location will stay busy because of it's convenient location, but the customer service/problem resolution is sorely lacking. They made me angrier tonight - all of this is unnecessary, unforced errors on their part. I really wanted the individualized attention and guidance I saw someone else receive this evening, but it just seems like it's not meant to be. Now I'm going to have to wait an entire calendar year to try with a different provider or pay out of pocket for an eye exam because our schedules/availabilities don't align. This is an unnecessarily frustrating situation - truly pointless.

I called this place and told them my situation and the fact I was in a rush for contacts because my wedding was coming up on Saturday. They got me in, checked my eyes and soon after I had comfortable contacts. Everyone was super friendly especially the doctor. Every staff member at Providence eye is genuinely warm and caring but most importantly knowledgeable. The communication between staff members is fantastic-making the patient experience much easier. I felt so comfortable knowing that everyone was on the same page. Despite the fairly simple pre and post op instructions they were repeated to me just the right amount of times, in writing and in person. I was made to feel completely comfortable to ask any questions at all! Dr. Mozayeni was friendly, warm, informative, very detail oriented and thorough. He didn't try to sell me on Lasik, but rather educated me and was informative about my options. My wife worked there for almost 20 years and was let go with no severance pay and insurance stopped right there and then. They told her she was a great technician but had to let her go. They sure pulled the wool over my eyes. I cannot support a practice even them being good doctors but to me they do not care for their employees especially ones that have been dedicated and loyal to that practice. I read other people that they answer their reviews but cannot answer me on my review on letting my wife go on almost 20 years of loyalty to them. There is no way I and I hope the patients that knew my wife could support a practice that has no empathy or loyalty to their employees. As I have said totally shocked by these two doctors and their so called administrator. Again I am so totally shocked what they did to my wife with no severance pay and insurance stopped right there and then and then doctor Nunnery walked her right out to her car and she was not aloud to go get her stuff at her desk. Two weeks later I still had not received my glasses so I contacted customer service. Was told they were still working on them because there was a problem in the lab. Received email stating they would be delivered January 29. Just checked status and because of the weather, they will get them to me "as soon as possible". So with another winter storm coming, I will be lucky if I get them in another two weeks. In addition the frames I purchased were the same as the pair I bought in 2024 for $145. This time I paid $175 because they are designer frames made in Italy per the associate in the store. These frames were not made in Italy. Please don't insult my intelligence. My husband and I have bought at least 7 pairs of glasses at Warby. I have learned my lesson and we will not be returning. Buyer beware!

Despite all of this, I never received a usable pair of glasses. Suggesting that I "reach out" again ignores the fact that I already did that multiple times. At this point, the only reasonable solution is a full refund so I can return to VSP and have the prescription and glasses made correctly elsewhere. I'm posting this update so future patients understand the full context, because a generic template response doesn't match the seriousness of the experience.

It's located upstairs in a large space decorated like a boutique. They have cute and quirky decorations that really liven the place up. There's a small waiting area where you can watch TV while you wait except that I've never had to wait in the five years I've been coming here. Dr. Dryer does a fantastic job with remembering details about her patient's lives and makes great conversation. She's very friendly and personable throughout the appointment. Her mom Lana is at the front desk and helps with all the paper work and finding frames. They do a great job and explain the purpose of each test performed. I feel lucky to have found such a great eye doctor!

On my first visit with autarchic, they did a thorough eye exam where they explained the purpose of each test. Then they fitted me for contact lenses. I particularly liked how they walked me through putting them in and taking them out multiple times before I left. While i struggled a little at first, their instructions are now second nature and I can insert my contacts quickly on the first try (as long as I dont blink them out first. Since my visit, they helped me order a year supply of contacts over the phone. I left a message and they quickly responded. The shop itself is eclectic and cute with a very boutique feel. You don't ever feel like they are churning customers. The visit was very personalized and relaxed.
