    I brought by Nissan Pathfinder to have an area on my fender that the paint had bubbled. they did an amazing job. highly recommend !

    I had had a lot of little dents and rust from previous fender-benders and bad body work on my 2003…read moreBMW convertible, so I brought it to Rick's to see if they could help. I dropped my baby off and was picked up by Enterprise Rental and they drove me to the lot where I was given a car for the week. I was really missing my car so the week dragged on. On Friday, when I went to pick it up, all that waiting paid off. Rick's straightened and buffed out the front bumper, took out the rust on the passenger side door, repainted it and cleaned off the chipping paint on the rear bumper. In additional to all of that they replaced the hood ornament, cleaned the grime off of the wheel hubs and gave it an overall detailing. The results are nothing less than stunning. What an amazingly professional job they did. I don't think the car looked this good when I bought it. You can't go wrong with Rick's Auto Body. Their attention to detail is meticulous and their customer service is exemplary. You can tell by the lobby which is filled with motorcycles and the Blues Brothers statues that these guys are something beyond your typical garage. It's a place where they treat you car as if it were their own. No question in my mind, you have a customer for life.

From the meet and greet by Jasmine at the front desk; Susan and Lisa who professionally piloted my service experience from drop off, interim progress report to final pick up, this was an adsolutely stellar 200% satisfactory experience! I was concerned at first by an initial 2.5 week pick up estimate for completion. I was called Tuesday of this week and told that my car would be ready for pick up today which which was less than a week after dropping it off last Thursday. They did tell me at first they would do everything possible to get the car back to me as soon as possible but parts deliveries can be unpredictable; hence, the original long lead time. They under promised but over delivered big time.They even detailed my car prior to pickup. Rick's is a first class company and an absolute pleasure to do business with. Folks do not think twice about Rick's Autobody if you have a need as these folks are rewriting the book on customer service and prompt professional beautiful body work...!!!

    My sisters truck went into their shop and took nearly 9 weeks to complete. Her expectations from…read morethe start were addressed and noted. Myself and her were told we could always stop by and check the work. We knew what work needed to be done, and should be done. We asked for one particular guy to do metal work since the firewall was rotting away because of rust. Because of the work being asked to do the owner could not give an accurate estimate and would present a final bill upon completion. Karen along with her father were kept informed about expectations as the job went along. As the work started to begin, communication within the shop dropped off between workers and Ron the production manager. My sister kept going up to check on the job, any concerns, and if there was a problem, keep heading things in the right direction. Along the lines the worker got metal in his eye supposedly wearing a full face shield for protection. They took our request for this worker to perform the metal work and turned it into assigning all work to him, but pulling him off the job frequently to do other projects. So, when he was injured, work stopped on the vehicle though other work could've been performed in his absence. When work did resume my sister and I regularly checked on her vehicle to make sure everybody was still on the same page. My sister pressed for a rental seeing how they weren't meeting their end of the bargain and the owner gave her an attitude. One week near the end we went in, wanted to cover any last minute details that may have been missed seeing how from the start Karen took notes of the work needing to be done. I went in the next week to verify some miscommunication on work and Karen became defensive and gave me an attitude about us always up there, though we could come anytime and check the vehicle out. She claimed we were nit picking her guys and their work, but when your paying for a job, you want it to come out good. I recently did a final inspection for my sister and found incomplete work on the vehicle, they hadn't done a pre-fit of some parts before final assembly, from sandblasting, the motor was covered with a layer of sand, missed applying adhesive tape to a fender flare, and made improvisions without consulting with us. My sister made these concerns to Karen, was told to bring the truck back, but seeing the aggravation we were put through, I can perform these tasks myself. So, in the end, we have been banned from her shop.

They also replaced my headlight with the cheaper version that doesn't have the LED lights. So either they checked and saw that the lights weren't the same and didn't care or didn't bother to check at all. They eventually replaced it but still. Wouldn't recommend. Poor attention to detail.
