The stairs they "cleaned" DOES THIS LOOK CLEAN?! no.

This was quite possibly the WORST service experience I have ever had. Do not use these people they are scam artists. My carpet is DIRTIER than it was before they cleaned it, and my stairs are RUINED. I now have to rip out all of the carpet that they "cleaned". There are bubbles in the carpet and it won't lay flat, they brought all of the dirt up to the surface and left it there and claimed it was the best they could do. I'm embarrassed to have company over now after what they've done to my floors. They even charged us for extra services that they never completed and charged us for products we did not buy. I have never been so disappointed and angry with a service.

STAY AWAY!!!!!!! This company is a scam. Paid almost $100 for a clean couch. It was NOT cleaned. Called. They sent another technician out who saw that it wasn't cleaned well and took pictures and said he would talk to the supervisor. When the second cleaning dried, it was obvious that once again, the couch was not clean. I called and they said a supervisor would call me within two business days. No one ever called me, but I eventually got a text. They said they do not give refunds, but they would be happy to give me a coupon towards, a service in the future. Why would I hire a company that does sub par work and screws their customers over and yet has no customer satisfaction policy at all? Steer clear by all means of Stanley Steemer. They do not give a damn about customers. All they want is their money.

At first I thought they did a fabulous job on my light carpets. They two days later huge stains appeared in my carpeting. Like rust spots or water dripped or dirty water and shampoo was left on the carpets. I've hired other cleaners and never had this issue. They offered to come back and try to correct. As if I'm letting them touch my carpets again. No refund. No money back. Have to hire another cleaner to come in and try to spot clean

Had a carpet cleaning scheduled. Received a text saying that the tech would be here between 8 & 9am. He showed up at 9:40. He would not honor the coupon even though I met the minimum. I had called the corporate office and they said the minimum charge was $125. I placed my online order and the total was $125. After the fact, and benotes to me, the cleaning was $89 and there was a $36 fee to get up to the minimum of $125. After calling and talking to Brent at the Tigard Oregon office, he explained that only the $89 part was subtracted from the minimum so I would have had to added $36 to the transaction to make it around $166 to get the $25 off coupon. What a shady practice with false advertising. Why do a mailing if it's going to be this complicated? They lost a lot of business just from my neighborhood and I know some friends and family use them as well so that business is going away too. I'm sure a big company won't miss a few different transactions not happening, but I will definitely go with local companies now even if I have to pay more just because of their crappy customer service. Picture is of the tech, Ayden, that showed up at my house. He had all of these good reviews listed in the text messages I got this morning. His customer skills were definitely lacking and he should have called the home office to find out if something could be negotiated since he made the hour + drive over to my house.

I hired Anna to clean a residential unit back in October. We expected that she would be the one…read morecompleting the service and would be sticking to the quote provided. On the day of the cleaning, someone not associated with Anna's business arrived to complete the clean which was never communicated with us. The person who arrived was unkind, clearly bothered by being there, and left within the hour of arrival with no communication to any of us. She returned the following day to complete the clean, still rather rude, and did very little to actually clean the space. It is a jr. 1 bedroom, smaller than the size of an average studio apartment. Anna then told us that the person she "contracted out to" wanted to charge her $100 an hour for the clean and claimed to have been there for two full days of work. Over the course of the month we were sent multiple sporadic communications and invoices as high as thousands of dollars for a job that was never completed and done outside of what we agreed to. When I stepped in to take over communication and get the situation cleared up, I set an appointment to speak with Anna. She missed the phone appointment, despite texting with us earlier in that day. I attempted contact with her again yesterday, and finally after multiple texts and a call was able to get her on the phone to discuss the situation. We negotiated the invoice down to the hours truly worked at the quote we agreed on; despite the job not being done I agreed to pay to end the matter. This finally occurred at the end of my day yesterday. I then find that she called me outside of work hours, called my employee, and threatened to add a late fee if the invoice is not paid today. An invoice that had just been sent the night prior at end of day. I find Anna's actions and communication to be deeply unprofessional. I cannot recommend her services, and will not be working with her again in the future.
