Since I didn't know much about vent systems or even what intakes were, I had to ask a lot of questions to get an accurate quote and request the right services. They were incredibly patient and took the time to educate me, ensuring I only booked the services I actually needed. Although they arrived 30 minutes late due to a delay with their previous job, they kept me updated with multiple messages, which I really appreciated. The lead technician (I can't remember his name, but he mentioned a family trip to Hawaii with his kids and wife) was fantastic. He worked so hard, explained everything about my vent system and carpets, and left my carpet looking pristine with those perfect vacuum lines! I was very satisfied with their service. Pretty good service. The owner is super friendly and the young guys who took over after he left were great. You don't have to stay the entire time (they can call you when they are almost finished) so you can avoid awkward chit chat and don't have to sequester yourself in an uncarpeted room.. They couldn't get paint stains out of the carpet, but I didn't expect them to (paint is so difficult).
