Outstanding Service from a True Local Family Business! I couldn't be happier with the service I received from A+ Carpet Cleaning. As a small, family-owned business local to the Portland area, they truly go above and beyond for their customers. From the very first phone call, Chantal was professional, friendly, and incredibly helpful. She responded to my follow-up email promptly and with the same level of care. When I explained my situation, Mike (the owner) personally squeezed me into his already busy schedule for the very next day -- even driving out of his way to my home in Sandy. The travel fee was more than worth it for the quality of service I received. I had a particularly tough biohazard pet stain (not urine, but still a real challenge). I had already tried cleaning it three times myself with a home carpet shampoo vacuum with zero success. Mike assessed the situation right away, recommended the perfect combination of services and products for my specific issue, and completely resolved it. The results were incredible -- the stain and odor are completely gone. A+ Carpet Cleaning delivered excellent, professional work from start to finish. If you're in the Portland area and need carpet cleaning you can trust, look no further. I highly recommend them and will definitely be calling them again! read more

Easy to schedule. They provided all of the details I needed to make a decision. Showed up on time. Carpets look great. Tech super nice and understanding of my concerns. Easy to pay with link. Will hire for twice a year cleaning. Next time I will just have them use my lockbox to get in and request same tech familiar with my concerns. Easy-peasy... read more

Very nice, professional people to work with. The whole process couldn't have been easier. They came and picked up my big living room area rug...took it for about two weeks and returned it looking brand new. The colors looked vibrant again. And they kept in touch with me the entire time by text. I couldn't recommend them more! read more

I hired this carpet and vent cleaning service through Yelp Projects for two main reasons: their great reviews and how responsive they were. Since I didn't know much about vent systems or even what intakes were, I had to ask a lot of questions to get an accurate quote and request the right services. They were incredibly patient and took the time to educate me, ensuring I only booked the services I actually needed. Although they arrived 30 minutes late due to a delay with their previous job, they kept me updated with multiple messages, which I really appreciated. The lead technician (I can't remember his name, but he mentioned a family trip to Hawaii with his kids and wife) was fantastic. He worked so hard, explained everything about my vent system and carpets, and left my carpet looking pristine with those perfect vacuum lines! I was very satisfied with their service. The only downside is that scheduling with them can be tricky since they're popular and busy, but they really did their best to accommodate me. read more

I have been using A+ Carpet Cleaning for more than 30 years. Mike and his technicians use quality equipment, are highly trained, and very hard working. Appointments are easy to make, very flexible and able to fit within my schedule. They are punctual, they are efficient, and they are always willing to answer any questions I might have. I had a stain on my dining room carpet, that happened after the last cleaning, but not part of this job. Mike not only cleaned it, but gave me some solution, with instructions in case it happens again. They strive for perfection, and want to make sure I am completely satisfied. I have and will always continue to recommend A+ Carpet Cleaning to my family, friends and neighbors. read more

I had them clean my living room, dining room and hall, which were heavily soiled. Previously another company had cleaned my carpet and not been able to get the soiled areas clean. A+ carpet cleaning got everything clean spic and span. It looks fantastic. Seth did such a good job and the carpets aren't even drenched. I can walk on them with my stocking feet without my socks getting soaked. Well worth the price. read more

This is the FIFTH time that I have had A+ Carpet Cleaning clean the carpets in my rental between tenants. The carpets are 8 years old now and still look fabulous. A huge thank you to A+ Carpet Cleaning for their services in cleaning and disinfecting our rugs, carpet, and upholstery! They were very responsive either via text or email, and were patient and friendly as they worked with us to determine quotes for our projects. David did the best carpet cleaning we have had in years. He took his time, going over soiled areas; not the rush job many other companies do. I requested a quote and heard back immediately. The quality is excellent. They are not the cheapest but the value is exceptional considering the top notch cleaning done. read more

Pretty good service. The owner is super friendly and the young guys who took over after he left were great. You don't have to stay the entire time (they can call you when they are almost finished) so you can avoid awkward chit chat and don't have to sequester yourself in an uncarpeted room.. They couldn't get paint stains out of the carpet, but I didn't expect them to (paint is so difficult). The carpets were damp when they finished and they left the windows open so the carpet can dry (which was perfect and fast to dry on a hot summer day) read more

A+ Carpet Cleaning did an exceptional job on our ducts. We moved in a year ago & noticed the air was not always consistent, we called the furnace/ac company, they told us everything was great & gave us a quote to clean the ducts, twice the price as A+ quoted gave. We had a bright green large stain on light colored carpet. I was convinced we would be replacing the carpet, but just wanted it to be cleaned temporarily until we could get it replaced. They saved me from having to replace the carpet in the whole room. DEFINITELY recommend their service! read more
