When sending in the quote I'd recommend sending room dimensions bc it really streamlined the process. I hired The Carpet Pro to do carpet stretching in a few rooms, hallway, and stairs, and I was very pleased with both the process and results. I received a written estimate quickly, and Adam's price was in between two other quotes I had received. Adam is very experienced, having worked for 8 1/2 years at a carpet cleaning/stretching company before recently starting his own business. My carpet has a pattern to it, and my main concern was that the pattern look parallel/perpendicular to the walls after the stretching instead of at a slant. The job was more complex than normal because two of the bedrooms branch off from the hallway in a diagonal direction, which made stretching the carpet while keeping the pattern straight more complicated. Adam did a fantastic job though. Plus, he warranties his work for five years, so if any ripples appear, I'm confident he will come back and take care of it. Adam also provided advice/assistance with two issues related to the carpet, even though it wasn't in the scope of his work. I definitely appreciated his help! In sum, Adam provided the kind of experience you should hope to receive from a service professional - he did excellent work for which he was hired, he went above and beyond to help me with the two carpet issues, he responded quickly to voice/text messages for scheduling the estimate and the job, and he has a very polite and friendly demeanor. I needed immediate complete carpet cleaning in one of my rentals, I called a few places but Adam with Carpet. Pro was the only one that pick up the phone he was super helpful and gave me an approximate quote by my sq ft over the phone, he showed up the next morning at the exact time he told me he will and gave me the final estimate which was a little bit higher than what we agreed but he immediately said that he was going to match the price to the same quote he gave me yesterday.
