If you're looking for somebody to clean your carpets, I suppose they are a place that does that. If you were looking for somebody to provide professional communication and feedback, I would recommend going elsewhere. I reached out to a bunch of places as I was returning from a military tour back east hoping to get my carpet cleaned in my home. Husky offered the best price, and I connected and we started going down the road. A couple of days before the service, I had very politely asked for reassurance that they would be careful with my newly refinished wood floor..... no reply. They were of course very responsive when asking about payment. I immediately followed up after paying requesting some quick tips about suggestions from a professional regarding ways to protect and preserve the carpet and what furniture pads to use to prevent destructive indentations. Again... No reply. If you want someone to clean your carpets but have absolutely no other communication desire from them? Sure lol. read more

Great experience. Tom is really good at communication. He was stuck in traffic and texted he was going to be a little late. I thought that was a nice touch. The whole house was done in about 90 mins. I have 3 cats and a dog. All active critters that pretty much run the house. Our biggest cat likes to roll in the dirt and then proceed to roll on the carpet. I'm not sure what that's all about but he leaves a mark. So needless to say, our carpet gets a lot of traffic from our pets. I've tried to get them to wipe their paws when they come in but that hasn't worked out either. But Husky Carpet did a great job of removing dirt tracks, suspicious spots, pet stains, etc. I would highly recommend Husky to anyone who wants some really clean carpets. Tom gave me some sage advice on how to keep the carpets clean. He said, "Don't walk on them!" Hmmm, that's a tough one. I guess I'll have to use Husky again! read more

I'm amazed! Look at my before and after pics!! I had two rooms that were left very dirty and stained by tenants. I reached out to several people and heard back from him almost immediately.
