We highly recommend Pacific Steam Carpet Cleaning! I think I reached out to them last Thursday and they were able to accommodate me by coming on a Saturday. They normally do not work on the weekends but I mentioned that I work remote full-time so that would be difficult. The crew of two was supposed to come at 1pm and they were prompt. We have three bedrooms, stairs and a hallway and the pricing was so reasonable, even when we had them add the enzyme treatment too (senior dogs). These folks know what they're doing. We really couldn't be happier with their professionalism and the results. They arrived on time, sent a text message before they actually got to our house, were fast, friendly, efficient, and clearly really cared that we were 100% satisfied with their work. Also, it's kind of a side note, but at times some men working in or on our house get really weird around my wife and I. They're either uncomfortable with our gayness or...idk. It's not like the walls in our house are covered floor to ceiling with Georgia O'Keeffe paintings (although that would be amazing!), so I don't get what their issue is. Regardless, that definitely did NOT happen with the two men that came from Pacific Steam. They were just a couple professional and friendly dudes who came to do a job and did just that. Overall experience was pretty good! First email response I got from them used the wrong name, so It wasn't a great start as far as being personal and attention to detail goes. He cleaned all the carpets 2 rugs and a chair. He did a great job and was so polite. We sold the house in one day so now we will not have the opportunity to use their services again. After staying up until the wee hours of the morning preparing my home for carpet cleaning, the other company I had scheduled with cancelled on me first thing the next day. I was upset and desperate and had already left Home for the day when I contacted pacific steam. Andrew came out and accessed my home without complaint and cleaned my dusty old carpets to perfection. He called me when he finished and set up fans and set the thermostat to ensure proper dry time. I came home to a fresh clean Home and my carpets that previously smelled like my dog were fresh and stain-free. 10/10 am calling Andrew again! I can't say enough how pleased I was with their service! Amazing job! Andrew Windsor removed 30-yr-old oil heat stains around our heat vents to the point you'd never know they had turned black. Dark spots in the diningoom and hallway have disappeared. Have had a number of companies clean our carpets over the years but NEVER had such an attentive or thorough job. After renting rooms out of my home for a couple of years it was left just a disaster. Previous to that the carpet was brand new. Not top notch carpet but it was NEW and very nice looking. The carpet was left with deep pet stains, tobacco stains, dirt dirt dirt, candle fragments, and who knows what else. It was discusting and I thought it was ruined. I had googled carpet cleaning in Gresham and Pacific Steam Carpet was the first company that popped up. I called them and he was able to get me in fast and in a time frame that worked for me! I thought several times to cancel it to save money and go for a groupon or living social deal but I never got phone calls back from the companies offereing the deals. My carpets now look fabulous. Almost every single stain came out. The next day I noticed a small area that had turned slightly darker in the drying process. Just to make sure it was the stain they came out again within a half an hour of me calling and went over the area again. I have nothing but great things to say about this company.
