Very thorough, professional, on time, discussed with us the best way to clean our carpets and why, didn't oversaturate the carpets. Great job and we're satisfied! read more

This company did a great job with reasonable price. They communicated well and I experienced courteous employees.

Let me start off by saying that even if you don't fully read this, you should use Top Notch Carpet cleaning, because they are just that good! Anyways, before today I had not had my carpets cleaned since I moved into our home over 3 years ago. I honestly didn't really think about professionally cleaning the carpets because I had not needed to think about it prior to this home (oops, my bad! I'll keep up on it now!) I'm sure everyone did the same thing before choosing who they wanted to go with to clean their carpets (searching the many options/reviews that appear on google), because there are quite a few out there, and its hard to know what a reasonable price is, and what the service should look like from start to finish if you have not done it before! (You can stop looking now that you're reading this review :p) I was looking through, and came across Top Notch Carpet Cleaning, and I honestly couldn't have made a better decision. Steps I took before day of service- - Went onto their website and looked at their service options (They make it super easy to build your own quote online) - I chose to book an appt and choose specific areas, sizes, and the type of cleaning I wanted - I then chose an available time and booked the appt all online within a matter for maybe 5min (After you choose the type and area size you want cleaned, it gives you a price for the service too!) Prepping the spaces being cleaned before the service! I made sure to vacuum the spaces I was having cleaned before the day of service (I recommend reading their pre appt email that tells you how to prep the space prior to their arrival ( I assume this just helps with the flow of your service and ensures that their tools don't get clogged or something. But either way, if it helps them day of, the areas will be vacuumed! I will note that once your service day comes, they will look at the areas to make sure they aline with the options you chose (which is super helpful, because I kind of guessed sqft areas in bedrooms that had things like furniture that took up sqft space) and will discount a little if you chose too big of a space, and add if you underestimated the space. If you've gotten this far, thanks for reading and I hope the remainder of this review helps you choose who you'd like to clean your carpets! We have come to the day of service! I received a text the night before letting me know what time he would arrive the following day, and I also received a text the morning of telling me how far out he was, which was very helpful for me so that I could make sure my animals were put away! Once James arrived he was very nice, and took a look at the areas I wanted cleaned, and also looked around the carpet for pet stains with a black light. (yikes! I may have to invest in a blacklight now haha!) Anyways, the blacklight was MUCH needed. James was very thorough during initial looks, and then got to work! I'm honestly writing this as he works because I have the time, and also wanted to be very thorough with this review because up until this point, I am super happy with the service. Update- Service has finished. The carpets look as new as the first time I saw them when the house was new! I can't say enough good things about James, and the service he provided. So friendly, helpful, and honest. I will be solely using Top Notch Carpet Cleaning from here on out! (And you should too! You seriously won't be regret it!) read more

James did a fantastic job cleaning the carpets for our Dental Office. Called for a quote and he stopped by within the hour. Coordinated on a day we were closed, and was super professional during the whole process. Made it a breeze! Will use for future services! read more

Transparent pricing. Easy scheduling. Excellent service. No upselling. Justin told me that I booked more square footage than I needed and I ended up paying less than I thought I would. He made it clear that the company has no interest in over-billing people. It's always nice to work with a business with integrity. Carpets look great. Justin was super friendly and wasn't just a guy with a tool. These guys are skilled in their trade. I've used them for two different houses. Can't recommend enough. read more

Justin did a fantastic job. We will definitely use Top Notch Carpet again! (What more can I say. I'm very glad we hired them.)

After a terrible experience with a company who ran a Groupon (you could tell they didn't do anything because the carpets were still dirty and there were no vaccum lines across the floors), and my property management carpet cleaners (who charged for 5 rooms and only cleaned 2) and a referral from a friend (who left candy and wax spots on the floor, left behind by my tenant) I found TOP NOTCH... and they lived up to their name!! Not only did they do a wonderful job and got every last little spot out, but they were less that 2 of the 3 cleaners I tried first. I am now going to use them again, because of what an amazing job they did!! I love finding a company that you know you can call on for good service, and this is one of them! read more

I have used James several times now. He never disappoints! I attempted to clean one of my dining room chairs, only problem was, is you're not supposed to use a wet solution.... I asked James if he could get the stain out that I had created. He wasn't sure, but said he'd give it a shot. Low and behold, my chair looks good as new. Thanks again, James. You're one of the best! My carpets look and smell great also. Top Notch Carpet Cleaning will continue to be my go to for carpet & furniture cleaning. I've had him shampoo furniture, area rugs & carpets. And they have all come out beautifully. Do yourself a favor and call him for all your shampoo needs! You won't find better..... Thanks again, James read more

Top Notch is just as their name suggests, they are literally top-notch! You'd expect selecting a carpet cleaning company to be an easy thing to do, but it isn't. Each will claim their method is the best, and many will claim that their competition is terrible. I did a LOT of research after having many less-than-favorable results from lots of companies. Top-Notch does EVERYTHING correctly: *Technicians don heavy shoe covers before entering your dwelling to keep your floors and carpet clean * Applies drop cloths to floors to protect them and absorb any drips or overspray * Places corner guards to protect your walls and paint * Applies cleaners and spot treatments to the entire carpet and lets them dwell to do their work. * Uses a HOT (REALLY HOT) water extraction to remove the previously applied cleaners. This water is treated with a pH-balanced rinse agent to ensure that NO residue is left in your carpet * Gives great advice on how to ensure that the carpet dries as quickly as possible. * Leaves shoe covers to with occupants to keep the carpet clean until it dries * Leaves you with a bottle of spot remover * Takes the time to ensure that the job is done right, and that all questions are answered. *Charges far less than you'd expect for this level of work. I'm absolutely blown away by how great Top Not is, and I'll absolutely be using Top Notch for all of my carpet cleaning needs in Vancouver! read more

HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!! After researching numerous carpet cleaners the decision to hire one was very nerve-racking. It seems as if the entire industry is filled with people who quote one price and then force you to purchase a different product once they get to your home. Imagine how relieved I was when James came to my house and began work cleaning my carpet without trying to upsell me in the slightest. In fact, he made it clear that the recommended products he was going to use would cost me nothing additional. Not only was he honest and upfront he was also a great communicator and showed up on time. He even contacted me 15 minutes before he got to my place to let me know he was on his way. It seems as if that kind of customer service has been lost in today's world. The carpet looks amazingly clean. I really can't describe how much better it looks. Of course in hindsight I wish I would've taken before and after pictures but here we are. Take my word for it the carpet looks amazing. read more

James was so knowledgeable about our carpets and how to attack the stains that previous homeowners had left. We feel confident having guests over knowing that they're stepping on clean carpets! I really liked their online booking service so I knew what I was paying ahead of time and could pick the date and time that worked best for our schedule. read more

Amazing customer service and the best carpet cleaning! Wow! I am so impressed with Top Notch Carpet Cleaning. Called to have our carpets and a couple of wool rugs cleaned that our dog had just recently stained. Spoke with James the owner and he got me in on a cancellation for the next day! Justin arrived right on time for the appointment and was not only incredibly friendly and knowledgeable but also worked efficiently and made our very light colored carpet look brand new! Impressive after 2 kids and multiple dogs have brought in dirt and various stains. Their guarantee on their service is unheard of in this day and age, combine that with being on time, friendly, and going above and beyond- there is not many businesses like Top Notch! We will use them again! I will be recommending them to everyone I know read more

I've been renting the same place for many years now, and honestly we've been pretty tough on this cheap "renters carpet". So when it got bad enough, I wasn't very hopeful that a professional cleaning would do much good. Wow, was I wrong! (Thanks to Top Notch!) I'm not kidding: there were dirt stains by the front door, paint stains in the living room, wine, coffee and ketchup stains in the dining room, not to mention some potty training mishaps from our rescue dog. It was a mixed bag of issues! But when Justin from Top Notch was finished, it seriously looked like BRAND NEW CARPET! It was a pretty fast treatment, too, which made it even more surprising. Plus the price was fair, it smelled great and dried fast. I have no complaints at all. I will definitely use them again, and highly recommend their services to anyone in need of carpet cleaning. read more

I was able to schedule Top Notch Carpet Cleaning about a week out from the day they came for the cleaning. My gray couch is roughly 5 years old, we have a dog, and we've never had it professionally cleaned! I was really happy with the results, as our couch was clean and fresh smelling after the job was completed. Thank you, Top Notch Carpet Cleaning! read more

The service we received was absolutely top notch so their company name truly fits the service you will receive. From the first phone call until the very end. Professional, courteous and the pricing was not expensive, at all, for the excellent quality of cleaning we received on our carpet. He was very thorough and explained everything he was doing. I highly recommend Top Notch Carpet Cleaning. read more

These guys did a great job for us prior to the sale of our previous home. Especially good on the spot removal. Will definitely call Top Notch for future needs. read more

Perfect experience top to bottom. They were not the cheapest but based on the reviews and the call with whoever I talked to on the phone made me go with them. Rug and a sectional was $250 and after I saw him working I had him do another smaller rug which was only $35 more. The tech was super knowledgeable and courteous. Wore a good mask and did good work. Would hire again. read more

VERY HAPPY REPEAT CUSTOMER We have had Top Notch clean our carpets twice now. a new puppy and two kids and all their neighborhood friends in and out of our house our carpet took a beating the last couple years. James was able to remove the puppy pee stains, kid tracked stains and some mystery substance (slime or some kid putty). Our loveseat was looking a bit well used and in need of a good cleaning. James is so friendly and takes pride in the work he does. I love supporting a family run business. James thanks for your hard work and clean carpet! read more

Quick, friendly and professional service from James! We requested an appointment on Saturday and he was able to come on Monday. He cleaned the carpet in our living room and hallway. The hall was pretty bad as our dogs were marking there. James said he would do his best but made no promise of perfection as the problem had most likely soaked into the subfloor. The job took less than an hour and I am VERY pleased with the outcome. And the procThe carpets dried quickly and he left us some shoe covers to use. I definitely recommend his services and will call him the next time we need our carpets cleaned. Update: We just moved out of our apartment and needed the carpets cleaned. We didn't even bother calling around since James did such a great job last time. He hid a fantastic job again! Great prices, great service! Update: First time having James come do the carpets at our new place! It had been a year since our move in so we were needing him lol. I had to run out while he cleaned and I had no problem trusting him to lock up when he finished. I came home to brand new looking, fresh smelling carpets! I don't even shop around anymore, James has the best prices and the best service. I'm a customer for life! read more

James was great with communication. He gave me a quote I couldn't resist! He is also very accommodating. Justin did our carpet cleaning and I'm definitely satisfied! He walked my husband and I through our "problem areas" and let us know what could potentially happen as we had pet urine stains and such. I'm so glad he was able to get multiple stains off which was awesome! I had another carpet company clean mid way through my lease and he said that the stains will not come off. I appreciated that black light was used, too. You know that they love and enjoy their profession. After the service, Justin gave us a little treatment bottle to use in our new apartment and that was cool. We are highly satisfied and will use Top Notch Carpet Cleaning in the future. Don't hesitate, you truly won't regret it. read more

Was looking for a reputable company to do a Good job with my carpets, and did I find such a place!! The owner called me right away even though he was camping with his family. They got me an appointment that same week. Justin the carpet cleaner who came was friendly, knowledgeable and spent carful time doing the job right!! I told him that I was OCD in which he said that was a good thing!! A bit spendy in my book but I'm very pleased with the outcome. Not to mention the guarantee they offer. How can you go wrong!!!! Top Notch Carpet Cleaning - Before and After. Amazing! - Carpet Cleaning Near Me

Top Notch cleaned our carpets a few months ago and they did a fantastic job. We had a male dog that we had to exhaustingly potty train for 3 months so our carpet was not ideal. After the carpets dried, there was not an OUNCE of urine smell and our house immediately felt so much cleaner. Love these guys and will definitely hire them again! read more

Top Notch was seriously top notch! I received a quote almost instantly and we booked right away. Pricing was straightforward and very fair. Owner James showed up early and was ready to go right away. He asked for my shampoo preferences and I liked that it was an option. He brought all the protective equipments to ensure not to leave a mess. I was most impressed with the "corner edge protection", everything was well thought out. We even received a bottle of spot cleaner from him at the end! The entire house smelled amazing afterward and the entire experience from quoting to check out was seamless. We are going to hire James again in the future. Thank you! read more
