I used Boris to clean my carpets yesterday. As you can see from the timestamp on my ring camera, he was here for one hour and three minutes. He did the most rushed job, left multiple dry spots that I videoed and took pictures of and sent to him. But paid him any way. I gave it 24 hours to dry and then I vacuumed the carpets today. This is how much came up from three out of the eight spaces that he said he cleaned. 3/8!!! I just stopped vacuuming because I knew he would get the point when I sent him this video. He proceeded to tell me that I was the rudest customer and the most difficult to deal with. I have screenshots of our text messages from the beginning to the end where I was nothing but Kind and straightforward with him. There was nothing rude exchanged on MY part whatsoever. Instead of owning up to doing a very bad job, he proceeded to tell me all that and put it on me!!! I think the video speaks for itself. If anybody is interested in screenshots of our conversations, I have them as well. I do not recommend this company for cleaning whatsoever. After telling me that I was the rudest customer he has ever had, he told me I was just trying to get free labor... He did give me my money back. As soon as I posted this review he messaged me! We moved into a rental home in September and the landlord had previously lived here and locked her 5 dogs in a couple of rooms in the basement and the carpet seemed unsalvageable and had not been cleaned prior to us moving from the east coast to live in the home. I hired AA Plus to come out and clean the carpet and they did a phenomenal job and made it so we could actually use the room I thought was a lost cause. I also had them clean our lazy boy sectional to freshen it up. Boris was easy to work with and scheduling was a breeze and I felt like we got our moneys worth. And the tech that did the work was prompt, polite and professional. We were out of the country between Christmas and New Years and my little dog was not happy with having a dog sitter and no mom and dad. So she decided to turn my master bedroom into her personal pee box. I was not happy at all and contacted Boris before we even got back from Mexico. He responded quickly, provided a fair quote and was able to schedule us for this weekend. Again the communication was excellent and the tech today did a great job once again. Wow, what a fantastic company! Boris was able to get me squeezed in next day for a red stain emergency! He came over, communicated great and did a fantastic job. Not to mention he charged well below the average price in the area. The steps in my house were cleaned including the front kick faces. All of the carpets look great. 4 star for communication. I saw AA Plus Carpet Cleaning reviews through Yelp & other sites with Excellent reviews so based on that I decided to get a quote through Yelp. I promptly received a reasonable quote after some brief questions & scheduled a date. I was having a busy week so the evening before the scheduled cleaning, I contacted AA Plus Carpet Cleaning thru Yelp to confirm they were coming as scheduled. Well, to my disappointment Boris sent me a message stating that perhaps I contacted someone else. I said no & sent him a screenshot of our messages. Well my scheduled carpet cleaning date was rescheduled for another day. David came a little late but was expecting it as traffic has been just awful with all the construction going on. He inspected the carpet before the cleaning & I explained to him my concerned areas. Three areas of stains, one was a red wine spill I had that I had immediately blotted but I could still see, keep in mind this is white carpet. The other area was a combination of soda, coffee & other unknown substance. Oh! Did I mention this was a former playroom where teenagers used to hangout. And lastly, the spotted area that I found after moving the heavy couch to which no one could say what on earth it was. David sprayed the spotted areas generously & went to work, while I moved the furniture around to make sure the entire room was cleaned. I wasn't quite satisfied with the cleaned spotted areas so David was so gracious to continue to work on them. Now.. the stairs, I've had my carpet cleaned yearly but I was so impressed that the carpeted kick plate of the stairs was even cleaned, the first time ever! It took about 6 hours to dry & left no sticky residue. I would have liked to have the carpet sprayed with Scotchgard but I forgot to ask if they offered that service as this product did save me in the past with my red wine spill. I hope that the stains that David made a great effort in cleaning won't reappear if so I'll update my post. So overall I would recommend AA Plus Carpet Cleaning. read more

Called AA and Boris actually answered the phone on the second ring. There was lots of noise in the background, so he was on the job. He gave me a fair estimate and agreed to do the work the next day. Boris texted me 1/2 hour before the agreed time, that he was on the way. Never had this before by any cleaner. Boris showed up right on time and dressed very professional neat. We walked through my house and inspected my job and discussed problem areas. I watched Boris go to his truck and prepare his equipment. Boris has this amazing, very clean, truck and steam cleaning machine. I was very impressed. The work was completed and inspected in good time and my carpets look great. My wife and I bought a house that needed some seriously deep cleaning. While we waited to gain access to the house I used Yelp to research carpet cleaners. I noticed that people seemed happy with Boris' work which includes duct cleaning and all types of flooring. The former owner of our house moved out on Memorial Day, which was last Monday. Tuesday morning I called AA+ Carpet Cleaning. Boris said he could clean the carpets and ducts on Thursday. I was relieved that he was available so soon because the house was filthy with cat hair and dust. My allergies were raging after spending a few hours there Tuesday and Wednesday. I had to work Thursday so I just left a key for Boris. When I came back on Saturday the carpets and ducts were perfectly clean. I don't know how long it took him to clean the 1,236 sq. ft. house but he charged $430. It was money well spent. My allergies are no longer bothering me. We adopted the previous owner's cat so I installed a cat door into the garage. There will be no more pet hair in the carpet (and she's an outdoor cat anyway). I'm giving AA+ five stars because the price was good, my expectations were exceeded and Boris was very easy to work with. Next time I need a professional floor cleaner I hope I won't be too busy to thank him in person. I'm just so grateful that my family and I can lie on the floor without worrying about the filth that used to be caked into the carpet. read more

My carpets look better than when I moved into this apartment. I thought it was just a super ratty carpet but I am now happy with how they look. The couch also was cleaned and he moved a few pieces of furniture so he could get more of the carpet covered. Boris has been working with us for about 2.5 years. Since then we've done bi-annual carpet cleanings (since we have 2 messy children in the house). He has worked on our upstairs floor carpet, as well as wool area rugs, wool runners and even upholstery. He is always able to address stains and get them out perfectly. He is fast, efficient and honest. Just this week we had him clean the grout of 2 bathrooms and one shower stall and apply a sealant. He also did some grout repair, and replaced some caulking. The bathrooms look amazing! Also, in my experience with him, after I call, he is able to schedule us either the next day or within a couple of days. We referred our neighbors to him as well who had an older home and they were very pleased with his work as well. We will also be scheduling Boris this coming fall for vent cleaning! He really is kind, fast, and he also charges a totally fair price. I have been quoted twice what he charges by other carpet cleaners in the past. I really believe he offers the best price to the customer because he is so hard working and honest.
