Had this guy come over to the house to do some upholstery cleaning on a patio couch I was just about fed up with. It give a little bit of a back story, this couch was a hand-me-down from a dog owners house. Then in turn, handed down to another dog owner who owned a Corgi, before reaching my front porch as a outside couch for the patio. After several months of avoiding the couch because of its pure animal stink, I found these guys off Craigslist and gave them a call. The initial phone call was quick, informative, and courteous. I managed to get all the information I needed about the process, chemical treatment, and set up an appointment within a 10 - 12 minute call. I'm a busy guy and every second counts in my book! They did a good job. I'm giving them 3 stars because the price I was quoted for was $250-275 for a 5-6 hour cleaning job on a new home we just purchased. However, I feel like I was taken a little advantage of since I was out of town and had no choice but to have my mother step in. I guess he had mentioned the carpet was still pretty clean and it shouldn't take no longer than 2 hours... I was at a conference that day and wished I would've called the rep and asked why I was getting charged the most for a job that was going to take a fraction of the time? Anyway, the main thing is the job was done but feel like I couldn't trust them as my go-to carpet cleaners given my initial experience with them.
