Tony was professional from start to finish. We had a tenant with a pet, and when they moved out, the carpet was left looking and smelling less than ideal. Tony came to our rescue and did an amazing job restoring it--by the time he was finished, the carpet looked brand new. What really stood out was his commitment to customer satisfaction. He knew I would be visiting the property a few days after the cleaning, and he took the time to follow up with a phone call to make sure I was happy with the results and to ask if there was anything else that needed attention. His professionalism, quality of work, and excellent customer service exceeded my expectations. I would not hesitate to use Tony again and highly recommend him to anyone in need of carpet cleaning services. read more

These guys are AWESOME! I recently moved into a rental house in SE Portland where the previous tenants had *not-so-well-trained* dogs, and the whole house had stains and reeked of dog urine. Since the landlord didn't see fit to have it taken care of prior to my move-in date, I had to take matters into my own hands, and FAST. After searching on the internet for carpet cleaning companies, I decided to try to keep it local and not go "corporate" and take a chance with these guys. Boy was it worth it! I especially appreciate that they're a continual sponsor of the Oregon Humane Society. Tony, the owner of Evergreen, was EXTREMELY professional and came on VERY short notice. He did an AMAZING job on the carpet and took special care to pre-treat, treat and treat the carpet again where the worst of the stains were. He and his assistant got right to work as soon as they arrived, and boy did they not disappoint. They left the house with clean carpets and smelling great - I LOVE the citrus and enzyme carpet deodorizer they used when they were all done, too. The cost was VERY reasonable, especially considering how poor a shape the carpet was in to begin with. They came in lower than the corporate competitor's on-line estimate, and it was a great way to support a local business on top of it! They were on time, professional and efficient, and I felt completely comfortable having them in my home. I will definitely use them again, and highly recommend them to anyone in the Portland/Vancouver metro area! read more

Evergreen Carpet Cleaning - Grout Services Near Me - Beaverton, Oregon

Evergreen Carpet cleaning was much more affordable than the competitors! Tony was on time, professional, and did a great job! We had a VERY dirty hallway and stairs and he got all the spots out!!! (Saved us even more since we didn't have to replace the carpet as we'd originally thought!) The carpets did take a bit longer than 15 hours to dry but it was worth the wait! We will definitely call him again! read more

Had my carpets cleaned after the frustrating period of potty training a puppy. I was embarrassed to have people see the spots all over the carpet even though I would clean up after the pup right away. I am so impressed with this company and how amazing my carpets turned out. Tony provides professional and respectful service. I highly highly recommend him! read more

After six years and a total of five dogs, we definitely needed our carpet cleaned. We had concerns about hiring someone to come in and do it..we reached out to a couple of other carpet cleaners and either they didn't respond, or they stopped responding when we asked questions regarding the process, chemicals used, etc. Evergreen was open and willing to answer any and all questions we had, and the actual cleaning went FANTASTIC! He was friendly, courteous and did a great job! Our carpet looks brand new and I'm so, SO glad we went with Evergreen!! I'll be contacting them from now on! read more

Tony cleaned our stairs and second floor carpets today and I will definitely be calling again next time we need our carpets cleaned. Our puppu has struggled with potty training since moving to our home and we had pretty significant urine stains and some smell associated. Tony was able to make our carpets look new again and smell fantastic. He also gave me some tips on home remedies for if our pup does have accidents in the future and how to keep our carpet nice. He was on time, friendly and was able to fit us in to his schedule swiftly. Thanks again Evergreen! read more

Had them come out to clean 2 couches, they scheduled us for Sunday morning which not many companies work weekends much less Sunday. They 2 couches were very dirty as the dogs had been all over them. After they had spent about two hours cleaning them, the couches looked brand new. I would highly recommend this company and would use them in the future. read more

A huge thanks to Tony for scheduling our carpet cleaning at the last minute. We had just moved into our new home and the movers were coming the very next day. Tony was very professional, thorough and we found his prices to be very reasonable for the service he provided. Our carpets were in very good condition to begin with, but looked so much cleaner and fluffier (it's so fluffy!) after he was done. We'd use Evergreen again in a heartbeat! read more

ECC is the place to call! Tony did a fantastic job, and made sure everything was done right. Stands behind his work.

By far the best service I have ever received from anyone I've hired. Tony is simply amazing. Besides being one of the most polite people I've ever met, his quality of work is fantastic and he stands by his work. Would never think of ever using anyone else. read more

Tony did such an amazing job on our carpets. They were stained from our kids and had a massive "mommy boo boo" mark of melted plastic and he took care of it with some sort of magic. Fairly priced, friendly and punctual. read more

I had the best carpet cleaning from Evergreen. I have a big dog who started "marking" his territory when I got a roommate with a male dog. My carpets were pretty badly soiled in a lot places in my home. Tony pre-treated the carpet and was able to get the smell and stains out. He also cleaned my couches and they smelled (and looked) brand new:) I recommend his service to anyone. His prices were very reasonable as well. read more

Have been trying to reach them for past 3 days as the Cleaning fluid left marks on my wood floors ... no one has returned my call yet .

Locally owned, small business, super pet and kid friendly. Tony, the owner is very kind. He has cleaned our carpets twice now over the last few years. Always a good price, always good service. Tony is very kind and has a keen sense for customer service. I'll use Evergreen again. read more

Tony is great, easy going guy, very professional and amazing. We showed him all the problem spots that our old dog had created and he kept saying "no problem, no problem", i was skeptical. He said I was going to be pleased with the result, and he was wrong I was AMAZED, it was a miracle, the carpet look as good as new. I HIGHLY recommend Evergreen Carpet Cleaning NW. Oh, and he was about done and he noticed my puppy landed on our white couch with muddy paws and he cleaned that for us free of charge. read more

I would highly recommend Evergreen Carpet Cleaning! From every day wear, to spilling food, dragging my broken water heater out of my house, to having a cat, it didn't seem likely that there would be any possibility of getting all those stains out of my carpet. I was amazed at how great the carpet turned out. It looked like new...seriously! read more

Prices were MUCH more reasonable than anyone else I spoke with, and the owner clearly had my interests in mind when we first spoke. Something I can't say about the other 10 businesses I called for the job that Tony @ Evergreen ended up getting. Watching him work was even more impressive. He knows his trade better than the other businesses, and is not shy about talking about it with you. The results were immaculate. He even let me try out one of the carpet extractors. Very cool. There was not a smell in the house once he finished, and everything was dry shortly after. If you're worried about residue or smell, don't. Amazing work. Put Evergreen on the top of your call list. Doing business with Evergreen was a very good decision for me. You will be glad that you did. read more

Based on the other reviews, we decided to give Evergreen a try. We've never had the same carpet cleaners back for a second service, which we let Tony know right away. Let me say, we will most likely never call anyone else now. We are so pleased with the service we received and our 25 year old nearly white carpets look amazing. We don't wear our shoes in the house so you would think that they wouldn't get dirty, but we live in the country and we had a very geriatric dog - need I say more. None the less, Tony got the ever returning stains out (let's hope they stay gone), was professional, timely, and a pleasure. Thank you Tony for driving out to the country and for doing such a fantastic job. read more

Great experience. I moved into my townhouse and made sure Evergreen was there to clean my carpets/stairs. Tony left them looking and smelling great, a complete revival of otherwise dingy and dirty carpets. I didn't have much time to get them done before I had to move in and he was very accommodating to my schedule, went above and beyond. He was very timely, trustworthy and professional. Nothing more to say just go give him a call. read more

Yes, Tony is a very likeable person and did mostly good work, but I am 82 years old and have to get on my hands and knees to clean what he didn't do. The carpet edges against the molding never touched, so I have a dark ring around my rooms. most companies I have used in the past have a small wan they use for this problem. The TV and stand were not moved so no cleaning was done under the overhang of the stand, his unit to large to get under it....another place others have used a wan to reach these places. I cannot give his a very rating, I e-mailed him about my concerns, but got no reply. Micki Day read more

Tony has top notch customer service skills! Our carpets turned out fantastic but we were concerned about two spots which turned out to be sub-flooring coming up. He came over on two separate occasions and sprayed some "magic" as I called it and the coloring disappeared immediately. I would highly recommend Tony to anyone looking for their carpets and/or furniture to be cleaned! read more

I highly recommend using Evergreen Carpet Cleaning! Tony is a great guy and did a fantastic job on my carpets. He even cleaned my couches without asking... I would recommend his company to anyone! Very pleased and will have him back for sure! read more

Called Tony on Thursday, he was out on a Monday, on time. Great job on a white carpet well-worn by a black spaniel. Polite dude with a big van full of gas-powered cleaning machinery. Would use him again and I recommend him highly. read more
