SO much cleaner than I could do it. I was even told how the process worked and everything. As for my carpets, they came out clean, so that's a good sign. I have a couple stains in my carpet that they said they had never seen before, and we tried a couple treatments, but they just couldn't get it out. They suggested bleaching and recoloring which sounded expensive--might be cheaper to replace the carpet. One thing that kind of bugged me, but maybe all carpet cleaners do this, is that when the room was being measured (it was not a regular four-walled room), I was charged for space that wasn't being cleaned (fireplace, walls that round corners, etc. Also, when the cleaner first came into my home, he had his shoes on and didn't put on the shoe coverings until later. Overall, it was a pleasant experience. I even got a little gift baggy at the end of it!

I went over the areas with my Hoover carpet cleaner and got lots more dirt. I think their zeroez is not so great of a cleaning solution. Also the carpet along the edges that meet the wood floor was filthy. I got on my knees and cleaned it with a brush and wet cleaner. I would never use or recommend them again.

He called 30 minutes before notifying me of my appointment with a lot of humor. He did a walk through of the house first and explained everything he was doing. I paid an extra $30 for oxi boost and I think it made a HUGE difference. Chris was courteous, funny, friendly and kind. He worked relatively quickly for my house which is 2100sq but not everything was carpeted. I'd say 1000 sq is carpeted. He finished within 1.5 ish hours and gave me tips to get the carpet to dry faster. He scrubbed the carpet within an inch of its life but brought all my carpet back to life! Omg it's SO clean! I opted out of doing the stairs because I don't really care about my stairs but if I wanted to add those it it would have been an additional cost which slips my mind now. I highly recommend this company but would specifically ask for Chris! He worked so hard to get my carpets as clean as anyone would want them. Now for some before and after photos! Note, I took these photos almost immediately after he finished so they are still mildly damp so I assume they will only brighten up MORE as they dry! Yassssssssss people, get on it.
