We called and talked to Alec who was very busy, but took the time on the phone with us to give us great advice for pretreating, complete with recommended enzymes and OTC products by name. That information allowed us to take action and prepped us for his visit the next day. We confirmed an appointment for the following day that would work for all and he, as well as his assistant / employee Dustin stopped by and made quick work of our problem on time. They did a quick black light inspection and we found that many previous vacation renter's pets (hopefully) had also been marking various spots. (Think CSI) With their hand unit they cleaned and treated the couch, the spot on the floor our cat had done, and several of the more recent spots as well. All of this took less than an hour and their cost was $85 (my wife tipped them well too) Dustin took the time to share other recommendations & tips and tricks if we have this happen again. The exceptional and friendly customer service and professional expertise is appreciated and we value it more than words can say. Thank you Alec and Dustin (and Julie back at the office ) for the care and focus on our small "emergency" job. The service, communication and follow through you role modeled on our minor job is a lost art from days gone by. Thank you! Thank you! Thank you!
