They were able to quote me via some pictures I sent, and got everything scheduled same day. The techs showed up to the house to pick up when they said they were going to. Multiple points of conversation during the cleaning process as well, to confirm they received the chairs, reviewed them, confirmed they could clean them, and that the price would be what we discussed. Timeliness: Got our chairs back to us a week earlier than we had discussed. Quality of work: Chairs look brand new; picked up and delivered with care. Price: not the least expensive option we saw but given the reviews and communication we received from the start, we knew it would not be money wasted. I did not think their pricing was unreasonable. Every single employee I spoke with was courteous and helpful. A top tier professionally run company from my experience. Will be using them for other needs in the future.

Adams' Carpet just stretched our carpets and they look amazing! It's better than new. The…read moreowner/contractor is Adam Dehart. He is professional, friendly and works tirelessly to make sure everything is perfect. He prefers to give an in-house bid/estimate (which is very reasonable) and is very informative about what needs to be done and why. He does not use a knee kicker on big jobs (which are only good for small areas), but uses a power stretcher-so your entire carpet stays stretched for much longer & his seams are excellent! Adam also cleaned up nicely afterwards, wore a face covering and was very repectful. He quoted us on a few areas and ended up doing more than he said he would because he wanted it done right! Talk about old school exceptional service & professionalism! He does carpet installation, cleaning, repairing, stretching-anything to do with carpet & upholstery. He is very honest, takes pride in his work and is reasonably priced. We will use this company in the future.
