After 10 hours a house should be sparkling clean. the kitchen cabinets were not even touched. The backsplash was still dirty. The appliances were not cleaned. I'm not sure what they did for ten hours but it wasn't clean. It's clear they pay for good reviews. I would avoid at all cost.

He is professional, friendly and works tirelessly to make sure everything is perfect. He prefers to give an in-house bid/estimate (which is very reasonable) and is very informative about what needs to be done and why. He does not use a knee kicker on big jobs (which are only good for small areas), but uses a power stretcher-so your entire carpet stays stretched for much longer & his seams are excellent! Adam also cleaned up nicely afterwards, wore a face covering and was very repectful. He quoted us on a few areas and ended up doing more than he said he would because he wanted it done right! Talk about old school exceptional service & professionalism! He does carpet installation, cleaning, repairing, stretching-anything to do with carpet & upholstery. He is very honest, takes pride in his work and is reasonably priced. We will use this company in the future. NOTE: There are 2 Adams Carpets- this one is Adams Carpet Upholstery Cleaning & Repair, Adam Dehart. Call him for a free estimate, you won't be disappointed. Highly recommended!

On top of having my wall-to-wall carpet cleaned, they also cleaned an area rug for me.....a WOOL area rug that was quite expensive. When they took it in for cleaning, it was lying flat on my dining room floor. They assured me they know how to properly clean a wool rug. I've had it back now and on the floor for over a month, and it will NOT LIE FLAT. On closer inspection, it appears errors were made in the cleaning process and the rug shrank in such a fashion that instead of lying flat on the floor, it's wavy and ripples up. Not properly cleaned, after all. Worse than that, it's now unsafe to keep on the floor. So it seems the $320 carpet job they only charged me $686 for ended up costing me another $2000. Thanks, Morris Carpet Cleaning. You've taught me an expensive lesson.
