We have been using this service for about a year. They come every week and we have no complaints!! It really helps me and my husband.

Scheduled these guys to come out Friday to remove pet waste. Didn't show up when scheduled. Called them to get a status update, the Franchise operator told me that they were on number 15 of 25 for the day and was later on the list. They never showed Friday-the day they were scheduled for. Saturday around 7am I received a text that the service will start in 15 minutes. Then another one that service had started. I never saw them. Still lots of obvious poop in the yard, didn't look like they did anything. I texted the number and they never got back to me. Emailed the franchise and sent them pics, called them on Monday to cancel the service and get a refund. They refunded $30 of the $90 initial fee. Ridiculous. Incredible unprofessional all around. Look elsewhere for this service. read more

We scheduled to have them come out on a Weds morning, didn't hear a thing. I called and was told "a manager was supposed to reach out to new clients." He didn't. I was also told they'd be out the next day. They didn't. No communication, but they were happy enough to take my money. This service isn't worth it, or at least I'm assuming as much since we haven't heard or seen anyone from there. There are other poop scoop companies that we'll be trying. I've been using their services for quite awhile now and they have been great. I've trained my Lab to do his business under the trees or near the fence to keep it out of the grass. They can get it done in 15 minutes or so and I don't have to worry about the grandkids stepping in it! Thanks guys! read more

Service is terrible. I had to constantly tell the technician who would come to my house that he missed a lot of waste. He would text me "be there in 10 mins", two minutes later he is in my yard (my dogs are flight risks if the gate is open), 5 minutes after that he is gone. There is no way he is here long enough to pick up. Timing on getting to my house was always inconsistent, off by hours. Just yesterday they just decided they weren't going to pick up my yard, so I get in contact with them and their response is "Unfortunately we will not issue any credits from your missed visit due to the accumulation. Our technician will spend twice as long at your property if not longer to ensure all 2 weeks' worth of accumulation is picked up." They already don't pick up enough when they come every week why would I believe they would pick up enough next time? read more

We LOVE our "Poop Fairies." We get a text they're here (we never hear them), and magically all the poop is gone! We're hooked!

Tom is the sweetest guy and our dog absolutely loves him. She usually doesn't like people but has really warmed up to him. He was so patient and would just sit and talk to her till she came to him. We used to have three dogs and now only have one. We walk her daily so there really isn't much for him to pick up but we keep the service just in case and because we really like Tom! read more

I had this service for serveral months. I never once had a poop free yard. Constant no shows, always poop still left, poor communication. They say they will make it right if it's not done right but they actually don't return phone calls and emails. Finally cancelled because coordinating and the headache of dealing with them was not worth it. read more

They seemed to be fine when we first started, now they have not showed up for the last 3 weeks. No communication has been noted unless I called them. Their excuses were they lost staff. Poor managed company. No longer can I recommend, too many no shows! (without any notification) read more

They were great in the beginning, but after about 6 or so months, the service has been terrible! There is little to no communication at all! It's ridiculous! I was supposed to have service on Tuesday, today is Thursday, and still no service. I have emailed and texted to see when I would have service. I got a canned response on the email from corporate, and no response to my text. I called and was told by corporate they had to "fire" a technician and are training someone else. They said they didn't know when my service would resume. Some sort of communication on that would have been nice. This is not the first time I have had an appointment, and it has been missed with no communication. Do yourself a favor and find another company! Do not use Pet Butler, it will be a hassle for sure! Send a text before they start and make sure to get everything.

We had a lot of miscommunications and not-great-service one too many times. Their corporate structure made it inconvenient and impersonal, even though Tom said "call my cell phone," when you look at the receipt or website, it directs you to their corporate line, which is not helpful when there's a problem. So be prepared to ask for his number and program it in your phone if there's a problem. And if there is, expect to be questioned and argued with. We switched to another service a few months ago and they are 100% better at half the cost. read more

Excellent service! Tom does such a great job every time and it's such a relief to know that our garden is now cleaned weekly - the kids are so much happier knowing they can safely walk on the lawn and it's made my life so much easier as a busy mom with two big dogs and two little kids it's difficult to catch-up on all the "output" but Tom is so conscientious and works hard to make sure he doesn't miss any! Not ONCE did I receive any contact from the owner other than when he called to question why I contacted his tech...no clear communication from corporate either but the owner, who made a point to share just how much they've grown, clearly feels like he is not to be questioned. It would have been better had he just said I hate customers don't you dare question anything I do. Literally ALL I asked for was to find out which DAY I was supposed to have service. Corporate said one thing and it was just a cluster f**k to deal with them. Dropped them and am now working with a REAL company that sent several emails to confirm everything. Like night and day.
