Great job, used Mountain View the other day on a rental I have in Hillsboro. Turned out great, will not hesitate to call and use them again.

These folks are amazing, and the two Jake's are great to work with. Jake T. is a super star…read more He has helped us on 2 projects. A kitchen backsplash, and tile for our shower. Clearly he has one goal: Happy customers. Price, service, integrity all apply.

I couldn't be more satisfied with the whole buying process, new carpet installation and appearance of the re-stretched carpet. I worked directly with Jayc Robbins who provided exceptional service. At an onsite visit he was friendly, professional, and listened carefully to the work I wanted performed and upon a walkthrough and inspection of all area's we discussed options and he made several recommendations to consider in preparation for the project. What wasn't expected was after returning to the office he immediately found a carpet that nearly matched my existing carpet that I may be interested in and sent me pictures. I obtained a sample board and selected a style that was available, which he promptly ordered and scheduled an install date. What I appreciated was that Jayc kept in contact with me on every step from carpet order, shipped, arrival, and when an earlier installation date came available, which I took. Jayc coordinated with the installers and informed me when they were on their way. The installers were friendly and did an exceptional job in the carpet installation and carpet stretching, leaving all areas extremely clean. I highly recommend working with Jayc if you want exceptional service and the products at Abby Carpet and Floors.

Floors with Flair indeed have a nice selection of Linoleum and their Contractor did a nice job with…read morethe preparation. However, I was surprised to see the Linoleum pattern running different directions in each bathroom. I emailed the Sales Manager regarding my concern and sent photos of the work done. I received a follow up response below: Hello Jerry, Thank you for reaching out and giving us feedback on your flooring installation. Per industry standard and also the best and more economical way of installing your vinyl was running the pattern the same direction, which is what we did, running the pattern front to back vs both being ran differently. This was part of the sign off that was done when the signing was completed. Having said that, I would like to still give you some discount and the best I can offer you is $50 off the balance. Horrendous experience…read more Imagine planning over 3 months in advance, spending over 25k to install floors, over 2 months of the physical installation, and 6 months to complete the project (due to ordering/inventory issues). The worst part is that the squeaks were not repaired before the install. 5 extremely loud joists in the most used locations of the house. We ended up hiring another contractor to pull up the floor and fix the squeak in one room that cost over 3k. If you like frustration and spending far more money than you need, go ahead and order from them and use their subcontractors. Or you can use a company that seamlessly bids, orders material and does the work from start to finish until you are 100% happy with the product. Up to you. Note, we still use the subcontractor because they do really good work. Dont use FWF for product and project management. If I could a 0 star rating, I would.
