I have used the Rancho Cucamonga location twice. Once for our couch and today for carpet. Both times we had excellent service. They are professional, courteous and very informative on all their services. I would highly recommend them. They offer many products besides upholstery and carpets. read more

We were not satisfied by the outcome of our couch cleaning. We had visible stains that we hoped would be diminished by the cleaning and despite the nearly $200 we paid we were told that it would cost an additional $80 for some enzyme type cleaner to address our concerns. The only indicator that something was completed was that our cushions were wet, the couch did not appear refreshed and had the same areas of concern still visible. I would not invest in this type of "cleaning" again. read more

Stanley steemer cleaned my mom's house an the carpet came out awesome way better then we thought it would clean up an our tech Alex was polite an professional explained everything well . Definitely recommend calling Stanley steemer . Thanks guys read more

We recently got our carpets cleaned at Stanley Steemers. Last Thursday Omar came out to our house to clean our rugs. He was very courtesy and professional, he explained that the rugs could not be cleaned in the house do to our wood floors and explained that the rugs would need to be cleaned outside. It was too windy. And he suggested that we let him take the rugs with him and he would have them cleaned at the shop for an extra fee. We informed that we need to have the rugs back before thanksgiving as we have family coming over, he assured us that we would have them back in enough time. He was awesome. We received a text today that the rugs would be delivered today. They kept there word. Don showed up very professional as well and helped put the rugs back down for us! Thank you Stanley Steemers for being fast efficient. Courtesy . Awesome customer service from both your employees. We will use you guys again! And definitely refer other people your way! We are pleased with the service and your work. Thank you Alonzo M. read more

Had a appointment on Saturday from 12-5 for an estimate for cleaning out my ducts. Already was not happy with the time frame of 12-5 on a Saturday, but figured they were busy and that's what it would take. Stanley steamer never called me or txt me with a E.T.A, just blew me out. Went over contact information several times, even confirmed I could receive txt messages. No excuse for being so inconsiderate of someone's time. Thank you for the complete disregard of a potential customer. Stanley Steamer has made several attempts to try and reschedule. They made no excuses just apologies. I find that refreshing in today market of such poor customer service. I will reschedule with them and give them another chance. read more

My husband and I walked through our front doors and our jaws dropped...WOW, our tile and grout looked NEW. We are renters and just assumed the grout and tile had a dark color but NOPE, just dirt!!! Thank you to Luis Campos and Richard Gomez, they did an amazing job on our tile. So worth the money we paid, I'd do it again if we need to. read more

Service performed at our Ontario, CA. home. Great service! Recommend Stanley Steemer for vent cleaning and carpet cleaning. We had both of these services done by Enrique and what a very professional and polite person. Recommend having Enrique perform your carpet and vent cleanings. read more

Team did an amazing job cleaning and then using their white grout overlay to make my mom's floor look brand new. Super hard workers, they earned a big tip. Only issue we had was finding wheels from the bottom of furniture in the drawers days later. They had fallen or broken off and we were not told. read more

I used Stanley Steemer for carpet cleaning as I was renting out my property. They were quick to respond to my request for a quote and easily set up an appointment. Ed came to the property on time and set proper expectations of both the service and the pricing. He was very polite, professional and informative. He was very thorough and steam cleaned all of the rooms I requested. The pricing was fair, and I am extremely happy with the work and customer service Stanley Steemer provided, and would 100% recommend them for anyone in need of a carpet cleaning service. read more

Awsome job done by professionals in a timely manner would highly recommend them for future carpet cleanings

I hired Stanley Steemer to come out after I was given a quote. They sent to young guys out that were goofing around. My carpet was super wet and you could still see the dirt. It looked terrible when it dried. I had to pay another company to re-clean the carpet. read more

TWO MAN CREWS DISCONTINUED We have used Stanley Steemer for many years. Although they are more expensive than most independent carpet cleaning companies, their time and attention to detail has been always worth it. Sadly, that has all changed. Stanley Steemer crews used to do what they called the "White Towel Test". After cleaning, they would wipe the carpeting with a white towel in front of you, to show that your carpet was perfectly clean. They stopped doing that quite a while ago, but I continued using them because of their two man crews. Most companies send one guy, and one guy just doesn't cut it. One guy can't move furniture to properly clean a room. I had spinal surgery recently, so I am not able to move furniture. It was a no-brainer when we needed our carpets cleaned again, since Stanley Steemer always sends a two man crew. When the Stanley Steemer truck showed up yesterday, only one guy hopped out. I asked him where his partner was, he said he was it. After I expressed my dismay, he said Stanley Steemer cut back their work crews last year. I asked him if they cut back their prices as well, he just smiled. When I showed him what furniture needed to be moved, he said he would be glad to help me move everything. With my back, that was impossible, so only the uncovered portions of our rooms were cleaned. The guy did the best job he could and was very pleasant, but he was limited without any help. Stanley Steemer has lost me as a customer. I will instead search for a company that sends out two men to do the job right. read more

This is one of the worst decisions I've made this year. I feel I should almost contact the police as it's nothing more than theft. I had this Stanley Steemer guy come over from the next door neighbor. For 15 minutes at work, he charged $116. I pointed out that our cat had peed in 2 spots on the one year old carpet. Did he pretreat..no! did he say thing about it?..no. After he just basically soak the hell out of the rug he said if you want enzyme treatment that's gonna be another $60 more. What a con artist. Truck no 3117 He marked on the receipt that he raked all the clean area I don't know how he felt he raked it not!I Just grabbed his check and run out the door! Basically I should not use this company I thought they were crap along time ago. Any company that doesn't know how to spell the word steamer should be your 1st hint there something wrong! read more

Recently had Stanley Steemer come and service my carpet and tile. A serviceman by the name of Edward came and thoroughly cleaned each one of our bedrooms and rooms. He also cleaned the grout on the tile and did an exceptional job. I was so impressed with not only his effort in making sure the job was well done, but with the results... the carpet looks like new and the tile is totally clean/spotless. We will definitely be using Stanley Steemer again and we'll be requesting Edward for the job. read more

Having 4 boys and two 50lbs, rambunctious dogs, the carpet and couches take a beating, to put it mildly. We called Stanley Steemer out to work their magic. They gave us a three hour window and arrived right at the end of the third hour. No worries, however. Julian from branch 76 (Rancho Cucamonga) worked his tail off. Julian was amazing. Great attitude, super professional set up and tear down, and he worked at a fevered pitch. He knocked it out: carpet, couches and the stairs. Awesome. Thanks, Julian! The price was completely fair and reasonable considering what was involved. No complaints here. I definitely recommend Stanley Steemer. read more

Enrique was great! He was able to clean the air ducts the same day he gave us a quote. I had one room needing service from Stanley Steemer. I made it clear when I made the appointment that I don't live at the property and I would need 30 minutes advance notice to be able to meet them. The morning of the scheduled maintenance, I received a text at 7:47 AM telling me that the technician was "on the way". Because I was on my way to my normally scheduled 8 AM workout with my personal trainer, I had to cancel that training session, But I still had to pay for it because of the short notice cancellation. After 30 minutes of waiting, I called the facility and asked where in the world is he because the tracker system link that was included in a text message, did not show where the technician was located. When I contacted the facility, they told me the technician HAD NOT RVEN LEFT their facility and was going to be at least another 45 minutes to an hour away!!! . I do not consider that to be "on the way". Stanley steamers does not have any respect for the time of their customers. It is a robotic company with no concern for a personal or professional relationship with their customers. I am a local real estate agent with over 35 years in this community and I will do everything I can to keep everyone from using Stanley Steemer. This is one of the worst experiences I have had in a very long time. My advice to you is to find a local steam cleaning company that will want to earn and keep your business. I have a gentleman like that but he was on vacation so I was in a pinch. Never ever again! Stanley steamers stinks! read more

Thank you very much Stanley Steemer for getting back to me and honoring your coupon. The guys came out yesterday and did an amazing job. Really appreciate how quickly you got back to me, and the way you communicated. Will definitely be using you again read more

I am so disappointment with the quality and work of this company. We scheduled for a carpet cleaning and tile/grout cleaning. The young guy who did both areas did a very, very, very poor job. When he left, our tile grout was still dirty (and dog urine was still embedded on the tiles). It looked like I just mopped the floor. The carpet looked "ok", and since it was still wet after he left, I couldn't see what stains were gone (or still left). Disappointed with the tile/grout, I immediately called the company and without a question, they sent out a new person the next day to clean the tiles. That guy did a good job (but it should have been done right the first time). Two days later, I'm inspecting the carpet, and THERE IS STILL DOG PISS on the carpet!!!! I am so, so, disappointed. If you need your carpets or tiles cleaned... please find another company. read more

At first we gave Stanley Steemer 1 star, until talking to Don from quality control , he apologized to us for being dissatisfied with their work and asked if he could come back out and redo the work himself. We agreed and he came back out and did our floors again, and we were very satisfied and appreciative. We were very impressed with his professionalism and his good customer service, we don't know many companies that would come back out and redo their work. We will be using them again. Thank you Don. read more

Stanley Steemer came put to clean our tile and grout. Guillermo was very professional and did an excellent job. I was little confused about the on line quote and the scope of work. He took time to explain it in complete detail and made sure that by the time he left I was comfortable and happy. The look of the tile and grout was startling. We had no ideal how much dirt had embedded in the tile/grout. When he was done it was really beautiful. He took the time to tell us how to clean it in the future and even gave a sample of a good cleaning solution. read more

Excellent service, very professional , highly recommended. Easy communication, honest

We are repeat customers who are not dissatisfied with the work completed in our home. A re-clean was requested for a high traffic area of our carpet when Omar from SS completed the cleaning task one day and the next day as the carpet dried some dark areas revealed themselves. We called and asked SS for a return service and were advised our choice of technician (Omar) would not be able to return because he had called off sick the day we requested. As posted in an earlier note, SS representatives had mislead us to believe Omar was sick and could not appear as we requested. We later became aware Omar was not sick and was on another job. Moving forward, Don from SS called and described himself as a quality control manager and wanted to apologize for the poor quality of service. We advised Don the quality of service was not the issue and Omar had done a good job. We just needed a small area re-cleaned because of our high traffic area. Don was advised the concern of SS was the dishonesty and being mislead our desired technician (Omar) was out  ill when in fact he was not. Don  went on to apologize and set up an appointment for Omar to return to our home for the re-cleaning we had desired. Omar arrived on the day specified to re-clean the high traffic area. I  Don arrived unannounced shortly after Omar to introduce himself and ask about the quality of work SS was providing. Don walked in the front door of our house without being invited as he seemed ok with entering uninvited. Not certain of Don's understanding of entering a home without being asked, however this is not ok with us! We asked Don, why are you here and why have you come to our home unannounced? Not all patrons are ok when someone other than who is expected arrives to your home. A simple phone call would have been appreciated! Don replied, he had come to check on the quality of work and to see if we were satisfied. Unfortunately Don has missed the point of our original complaint COMPLETELY. The quality of work was never in question. The lack of attention to what the customer was asking and being mislead was the issue. We are very particular about who comes to our home and enters our space, appreciate being advised in advance who may be coming. A surprise arrival to our home from Don was not what was needed. A simple apology for the dishonesty and customer service recovery does not include a visit from a quality control manager. SS team. Please listen to your customers and understand the quality control of honesty. read more

I spoke with this company back in Feburary of this year and scheduled an appointment. Before I set the appointment the woman I spoke with said they could guarantee the removal of pet urine stains and smell with a special product they use that would leave a citrus smell and would eliminate any existing odor from carpets. NOT TRUE! After about a month I checked out the carpets that were supposedly cleaned only to find more stains than were there prior to their services. Not only did the carpets look horrible but the odor was still there as well. I have not complained to Stanley Streamer about the terrible job they did because I wouldn't have them back out again, ever! No one should be guaranteed a service they can't provide. Well $500 later and nasty carpets I am now having to replace the carpets which is what I should have done in the first place as we can't move into the house until this is done. My personal advice is to steer clear of Stanley Streamer and just get new carpets. read more

We contacted Stanley Steemer in Rancho Cucamonga to vacuum and wash the carpet in our newly purchased property. The previous owners owned a cat and we explained that to the associate when he arrived to clean the property. We asked his opinion about car hair removal and he assured us he could remove it. He spent about an hour and a half to clean and left. The next day when we inspected the property we noticed there was still cat hair all over the carpet in one of the rooms. We contacted their office, they sent someone to inspect it and after a 30 minute conversation, and two phone calls to their office they returned our money. We appreciate the fact that they returned our money but we wish they would have inspected the place before turning it over back to us! read more

We have used this office for the past 8 years and have not been let down yet! Today, Mike came out and cleaned our 3 areas as we had scheduled. We will as in the past, continue to call Stanley Steemer to treat and clean our carpets. read more
