I spilled my coffee just by adjusting my position. Also my coffee cup had that large starburst crack in the bottom of it. Do they know that the glaze protects people from harmful substances in the ceramic leaching into the coffee? The coffee was very rich and tasty though. My wait time and my food were great. It was well plated as well. So the kitchen staff did a good job. Even the hash browns were how I like them. I was just so turned off by other issues that it was hard to enjoy the food. What a frustrating experience! Based on the service staff I would give them another try but based on maintenance and upkeep issues and management attitudes probably not! I cannot recommend this establishment, unfortunately. I am hesitant to return myself.

I can tell this is a special place to locals in the area. I saw a flyer on the wall for an event being hosted there showing that this is more than just a cafe - it's a place where the community gathers. I ordered the Iced Coffee with Carmel and White Chocolate flavors and Almond Milk. It was very good. My barista helped me through my order offering to adjust it if needed to my liking.
