AAA sent this company out because I had a flat. The lazy driver they sent out drove past my car looked at me and the proceeded to pull up not far from my car, park and sit in his truck. I was unloading my truck to grab the spare when this was going on. Once the spare was unloaded I noticed I had a missed call. I called the man back and it was the tow truck company (the guy in the truck parked 100 feet from my car with his window down) I could hear and see him talk to me. He said oh it's real busy it's gonna be about 45 min as he repeated where I was parked I was looking straight at him. Guess these guys are too lazy to do their job! Thanks for wasting my time. I called AAA back and requested a new company. A nice older man wanted to wait with me until AAA sent out a new driver so I wasn't sitting alone in a dark parking lot being a single girl traveling alone. Look I know how to change a spare but I don't want to I pay for AAA for a reason. It's too bad that they have companies like this one on the payroll. I hope this company will be dropped as they give the service a bad name. read more

BEST EXPERIENCE EVER! I got a flat tire on my way home from the airport. I was terrified and had the worst few days flying. I called AAA and within 10 minutes Alex came to my rescue. Initially, he couldn't find me, but figured it out really quickly and took complete care of my tire. He made me feel so at ease and comfortable. Took him less than 15 minutes. This is the 3 rd time I have had bad service with this company. They either never show up, or when they do they try to talk me out of the tow. This time AAA tells me they will be there in 45 minuets and stagecoach never came. This time they lied and said they went to my apartment and knocked on the door, which is a lie because we didn't give them an apartment number. I waited over an hour they never showed to tow my car. My 4 friends and I ran out of gas on the freeway last night and schawn was the driver that came to help. He arrived very quickly and was very kind, and instructed us to stay in the car where we were safe. He then followed us to the gas station and made sure that everything was taken care of before he left. He was very enthusiastic and egar to help because he could see we were worried about where our car had stopped. He really made us feel safe and made a scary situation very pleasent. I have used Stagecoach Towing on numerous occasions. They have always given me great service. Arrived in a timely fashion. The drivers are very courteous and professional. Displaying actual empathy to the situations I was in at the time. My best experience with Stagecoach was when my right front tire came off on the 10 fwy. When the driver arrived he said let me shake your hand. You are lucky to be alive. I highly recommend Stagecoach towing. I think you need to treat people with respect and you get respect back. It is not this companies fault for whatever situation you have. Be courteous and it will go a long way. read more

Excellent example of a AAA certified tow company. Ran out of gas this morning Beaumont on 60 fwy. AAA handled original incident. Shop manager called us and told us his driver would be there in 20 min. Cody arrived in less than 10 minutes. Cody was professional, quick and courteous. Not a great experience with this company ! They were at the scene the guy was nice but the insisted we take my roiled over car to their shop so much farther then my house with all my belongings in it . And the registration and keys or it be $750. My insurance company immediately got it . I think it's a rip off game . read more

Terrible company. Made me wait 3 anf half hours for pickup then told me the driver was getting off and couldn't take me to my destination. Had to switch out trucks and finally got on the road to my destination 5 hours later. Terrible logistics and planning I will never call these people again. read more

Thank you so much to Stagecoach Towing!! My little Toyota truck broke down near the truck scales out by Cabazon and Johnny came and found me on the 10 freeway and towed me to a repair shop close by. They couldn't do the repairs, so Johnny offered to tow my truck to the Stagecoach tow yard to keep overnight, and Jeff even offered to waive the overnight fee. I finally got some help with my AAA and Shawn drove me and the truck all the way back to Pasadena in Friday traffic. These guys saved my butt and were kind and professional the entire time. The dispatcher called me to questioned me and she was so rude, disrespectful and condescending that I opted to cancel the tow, call The Auto Club and request a new tow company. I agreed to be charged "By the Hour" which was fair considering the distance I had my vehicle towed. They sent a brand new truck to pick me up. The truck was not equipped with the proper tools to remove my driveshaft. The driver spent ALMOST AN HOUR removing my driveshaft with a tiny little wrench, which added an hour to my expense. When we got to where we were being towed the driver said he wasn't putting the driveshaft back on. I told him he had to or he would be leaving us in worse condition then when he picked us up. HE HANDED ME HIS LITTLE WRENCH AND TOLD ME TO DO IT MYSELF!!! Thank GOD I know how to install a driveshaft or we would have been more screwed. After a few days to clear my head I called the office but the manager wasn't there to talk to. They ASSURED me he would call me back. A week later and still no call, hence here comes a bad Yelp review. HORRIBLE SERVICE AND THE MANAGER DOESNT CARE. AVOID THESE GUYS. read more

I just had a horrible experience with this company. AAA sent them out. My truck broke down and I needed a tow. Their driver arrived within 30 minutes. The truck is not under my name yet but I have title and insurance with me (all paperwork in order and I showed to the driver after he insisted on seeing them). Their driver initially REFUSED to tow it to my shop. He asked more questions than a police officer. I had never been treated like this in over 17 years I have been with AAA. I had to call AAA and they contacted this company. AAA is the best and resolved the issue. This company has a strange "policy" that clearly didn't apply to me. AAA sent stagecoach to me when I ran out of gas in a bad area. I told the lady on the phone from AAA multiple times that I had a diesel truck. When the service guy, Chris, showed up, he didn't have any diesel fuel... (Not his fault. The lady with AAA didn't relay to them that I needed diesel). He called out another service guy, but it was going to take about 30 minutes for him to get to me. It was getting dark by this point, but Chris waited for the next service guy to get there so I wasn't out there by myself. Chris was very helpful and very respectful. The next guy that came, Paul, had the diesel and took care of my truck. He was also very helpful and respectful. Would definitely use Stagecoach again if I needed it. read more
