2230 on a Wednesday night on the side of the I-10 is not where I wanted to be or anyone would ever want to be. Contacted AAA and very shortly after I got a call back from Noah or Micah (I am so Sorry it was a long night and I can not remember for the life of me) they didn't have someone to take me the rest of the way I wanted to go but then he got off the phone and found someone and called back in under 5 min with a solution, ok thank you for not keeping a stranded single female on the side of the road in panic for long. I pivoted and he was amazing with my pivot of helping me find a city for a hotel that was close that they could tow to and then I could get a tow in the morning to the dealership I needed to go to without much back tracking. Because what I did in the morning didn't affect him but he cared as if it did and my time was just as valuable. Service time was just as amazing I don't know how long I was out there but AAA told me almost two hours however I was at my newly booked hotel and off the road all in under an hour. Also he was so kind, I word vomited my whole crazy day to him and why I was even trying to make a 16hr turn and burn trip but wasn't even bothered. He was efficient in his job with the car and made such an easy transition to getting me to my temporary location. read more

111 degrees and Stranded off the 10 when a cover plate under my Honda came loose and began dragging on the highway. Was able to get off the road safely. "F the cover plate" Called AAA and a tow truck from Aarco arrived in about 20 mins. Was looking at a possible 100 mile tow back home. The driver was courteous and supportive. He asked if he could lift the front of the car and inspect. He was able to remove the remaining part and we were on are way again. Aarco changed what was going to be a lousy end of a vacation back to a great one. Thank you Aarco! read more

Left my parking lights on all night. Called AAA at 1130. Always talk to the human. She dispatched Aarco for a jump start on my 67 Fairlane. Ash was here in less than an hour. 10 minutes later he was back in his truck and off to his next call. It's 105 this time of year and these guys save lives with their timely roadside services and towing when needed. They have been my savior often over the last decade. Now you know, pick Aarco. They always meet my expectations, by exceeding my needs! Thanks guys. read more

Dominick is a bonafide angel. Quick, personable, respectful, friendly, funny, reliable. Could not recommend this company more! Thank you!

Mr. Noah was quite reassuring regarding a tow that was recently completed by his company I look forward to finalizing my interactions with him and his wife very soon , June 21st or 22nd. Integrity and compassion is very rare and Noah exhibited both honorable qualities. read more

I used their service through AAA. Tow truck drivers name was Ricky, very nice guy!! The street already had cars on both sides. He very politely asked the neighbor to move their car, they said in a few minutes. 20 minutes goes by and they don't come out. So the driver managed to pull it off anyways despite the rude neighbor. He really did me a solid as the situation didn't look good, he tried anyways and didn't give up. Thanks!! I truly appreciate it, I don't know how else I would have gotten the car where it was supposed to be. 5 stars!! read more

Would leave ZERO STARS if I could but i can't so one will do. They literally let me sit on a grade for 2 hours because they were too lazy to take the call. Then tried to blame it on AAA. If you break down in the PALM SPRINGS AREA, GO ANYWHERE ELSE BUT HERE. Terrible service. Guy was rude on the phone and they're LAZY. 0/10 Hope you fail. read more

Ricardo is a complete failure as a tow truck driver and casts shame on this company and is an embarrassment to his profession. He left me stranded at midnight on a dark road in the middle of the desert, all because he couldn't figure out how to do a basic tow. He really should be fired and banished from the industry. read more

Called for a tow and entry - When I got the text to be at the car I was in the parking lot with the car (bright yellow) parked 3 slots from front door- before that I was seated watching the only entrance and exit to the lot. Then I got AI message text told me my tow was delayed. I called the number for status and got Ricardo - He said he was there but he had already canceled the call and so he would not help me. I would need to call and start this process all over again. I ended up waiting 4.5 hours for a .5 mile tow. Jose finally came from same company and he was very good - but 4.5 hours for a short tow goes on to the over all company rating. Ricardo was not there but said he was - if you use AArco towing you may get Ricardo and any one that can not train one driver may have more. Try some one else! read more

I watched David perform the best feat ever!! He was actually badass!! This poor driver of an RV ended up in quite the predicament. David showed up and got business taken care of! He dug boulders out of the sand, moved others, pushed vegetation out of the way, and was able to get this motor home out! This was definitely not the job I would want to be called out for! David was professional, thoughtful, and persistent! As soon as it was out, the crowd cheered!! I know that if/when I EVER need service when in the area I will call this company FIRST! I hope that I'll get David as my tech/hero! read more

My car stopped in the middle of the freeway and I was freaking out. Called AAA and they sent Aarco towing our way. 5 minutes later Gary called to tell me he was on the way and will be there ASAP. Gary was so friendly and did everything he could to get the car back up but we couldn't figure out the issue with my car so we needed a tow. Gary offered to tow the car to the nearest dealership servicing which was out of his towing distance but towed our car for no charge! Gary is a life saver! Thank you! read more

Everyone I dealt with last night was wonderful. Being on the side of the freeway is always un-nerving. The phone calls, reassuring me that a driver was on the way, was greatly appreciated. The driver was very attentive, dressed appropriately, and professional. I found out that your towing company's reputation with the California Highway Patrol is very positive. Overall, the experience with an unfortunate situation was fantastic. Please pass on my comments to your staff. read more

Yesterday, I was towed by David at Aarco Towing and it was the best tow! Unfortunately, I have been towed before. Fortunately, this was the best service. Aarco was called through AAA and Aarco was on time with top-notch service. David was professional and first asked if I was okay then invited me to sit in the truck, if desired. My Tesla was happy and I had a nice conversation with David while he drove safely to the tire store. Very polite and knowledgeable. Bravo, Aarco! Absolutely the WORST towing company out there. My wife was in an accident and this towing company was who the cops called. They did a simple wench out where it was literally right next to the road and probably didn't even need to be winched out (but the tow truck driver wouldn't try to drive it and claimed the super tiny fence wouldn't let it move anyways). I mentioned I had AAA, and without him confirming and without him even letting me confirm, he claimed it's not covered. I called AAA the next day and they informed me it is covered and that I shouldn't of been charged for any of what they did. I called the company asking to possibly be reimbursed and they refuse saying that AAA is lying and misspoke to me. Just know that they charge $250 to wench out, even if it takes them less then 1 minute, and even if they really didn't need the 4 wheel drive they claimed they needed (I drove my personal car into where the wrecked car was and had NO trouble at all, even floored it on the way out to see how the road felt and didn't slip at all either!). Also AAA said that the 4 wheel drive doesn't matter, it's still covered. STAY FAR AWAY. read more

Very fast and reliable service, very polite and give you that family feeling. In case of a emergency I recommend Aarco Towing

My car broke down on the side of the highway in the middle of no where in Palm Springs area. AAA really was useless and dispatched a company that gave an ETA over an hour. My daughter looked up the local place and found Aarco and they were able to transfer the service call to them thank god! Eddie came out and was so helpful. He towed my car 98 miles home and was able to get it into my driveway as well even though the transmission blew on me. After the call to Aarco the dispatcher I believe her name was Tammy. Called us back to tell us not to worry she already sent someone and he would be there within 10 minutes. He showed up quick and no hesitation to drive so far to drop off my car at my home. I have had to have a tow before and the person acted bothered to have to go further than expected so he was amazing. Thank you to the amazing dispatcher as well as the driver. You saved our night and probably our lives stuck on the side of the highway in a Saturday night at 1 am! I can't thank you enough! read more

Completely unprofessional! Tow truck driver was very erratic and seemed overwhelmed upon arrival. He backed his tow truck into my vehicle causing over $2000.00 in damages and when I contacted the owner about the autobody estimate he refused to take responsibility because he didn't agree that he should pay that much and suggested that my autobody shop should keep looking for cheaper aftermarket parts to do the job. He refused to give me his insurance information therefore I was forced to use my own insurance provider and have them go after him for the balance due. True definition of a "shady" business owner. read more

Replaced my under warranty dead battery and got me going in time for my appointment! Thanks!!

Customer service at its best. I was on the 10 freeway in the middle of the desert and they sent out a service tech within 15 minutes and the lady working the phones even searched for a tire for me and called me back with a location to drive to to find my specific tire. This is highly appreciated by a single female driver out on a freeway in the middle of nowhere. Thank you read more

I did not use their service, but was driving alongside one of their tow trucks on Sunday, March 29. We were heading west on the 60 getting onto the 91 west and on that two lane freeway interchange bridge the driver of the truck with plate number "AARCO 3" was doing at least 80 miles per hour. So we have a large truck with another large truck (a Ford Excursion) strapped onto the flatbed barreling down the highway at speeds too high for a vehicle of that size with that kind of cargo. The tow truck was veering into adjacent lanes and making quick lane changes. I understand there may be someplace you needed to get to get your driver to in a hurry, but this is not acceptable. Lucky for me, my exit was near, I can only hope no one was harmed by this recklessness. Please slow down, stay in your lane, and perform safer lane changes, there are other people on the road who also want to make it somewhere, too. Thank you. read more

Aarco Towing's customer service is superb. Cody and Tammy were so helpful answering my questions and concerns over the phone for a junk car I needed towed for a film set, and the driver Ron went above and beyond helping my crew set the car. Everybody was friendly, prompt, and overall it made my job way less stressful. I highly highly recommend calling up Aarco when you need a towing service. read more

I've rarely needed a tow truck, but boy am I glad I was stranded where I was. AAA contacted Tony at Aarco Towing. I was quoted an hour and 15 minutes. The truck arrived in less than 30 minutes. Tony, the driver was very proffessional and got me back on the road in under 20 minutes. Completed my repair very professionaly ensuring he did not damage my car. And, he did not charge any extra amount or try to "up-sell" me on parts I did not need. This seems rare these days. Tony went above and beyond and Aarco Towing is a class act. Call 'em when YOU are stuck- and you won't be disappointed! read more

My car was stolen and recovered by Aarco, without anyone contacting me. They took my car to their yard and informed me I had to pay 225$ to recover the car....because Im between paydays, I do not have the money...and wont have for 11 days. That will make it $720. Its highway robbery. Im a victim of a crime and they are making it 100% worse by a method of extortion. Stay away from doing business with a company that operates in this manner read more
