Loved it made an offer and waited for loan approval. 4hrs later (while waiting with my 8 year old) they told me I'd likely hear back from them tomorrow. I asked them, "are you sure tomorrow is a holiday". Being untrustworthy they told me, " do not to worry about it and we will set the car aside for you" 2/16 Called multiple times about the status of the deal. I was told multiple times that the finance department was working on my loan. Called later that evening and was told, "sorry since it's a holiday the finance department couldn't process your loan. 2/17 Called and spoke with someone who told me the car sold but I was approved for a loan. So I should just pick a different car and that the car I wanted has sold. This place is an absolute dumpster fire and completely wasted me and my daughter's time. I would also add the inside of the dealership is absolutely filthy which should have been my sign to turn around. I wish I would have.

We purchased a new family car about a month ago and had such a great experience that we decided to purchase another car from him for our teenage driver. Greg is incredibly helpful, patient, and knowledgeable about the vehicles. I really appreciated his no-pressure approach to sales. He went above and beyond for me, even spending a significant amount of time measuring a Subaru Forester to make sure it would fit perfectly for me and my dog when we go camping. When it came to getting the exact car I wanted, Greg set up a dealer trade. Unfortunately, the dealership accidentally gave away my trade-in vehicle. To fix the situation, Greg spent his day off driving past Seattle to secure and trade for the only Forester available in my preferred color. He completely honors his word and does whatever it takes to look after his customers' wants. Greg provides exceptional service, and I highly recommend working with him! I love my new Forester.

Transmission issues resolved!…read more While driving from Seattle to Los Angeles, our 2016 Forester's Check Engine and ATL Oil Temp lights came on. After getting towed 70 miles back to Kendall Subaru, the problem was diagnosed (along with a thorough overview of some other, less critical issues) on Saturday. The tech stayed late, and came in early on Monday to get us back on the road. I rented one of Kendall's cars for use while ours was in the shop, so we got to enjoy Eugene's restaurants and nearby hiking trails. Dylan, the service writer, was clear and concise on the issue, accepted my deferral of the other issues, and kept me up to date on progress. Nice! Costs for the transmission repair came out precisely on estimate. The diagnostic cost was folded in to the overall charge. While wandering around the showroom, Matt came out, recognized that I had a car being serviced, and showed me a 2025 hybrid Forester - snazzy! Matt was patient, explained Kendall's sales process, and took me out on a test drive. Calm, professional, informative. If we were to contemplate a new car purchase, we'd seriously consider buying from Matt at Kendall, flying up, spending a nice weekend, and driving back.

I was purchasing a vehicle from out of state and not only did they hold the vehicle for me (with a deposit of course), but they even picked me up from the airport. They made registering an out of state vehicle easier than I could have hoped for and even put cold bottled water in the car for my ride home Thanks Kendall Lexus Team! P.S. Mike Morrow is who I worked with and is a true professional with lots of patience!

Other than routine oil changes and a new set of wipers, I've had to invest absolutely nothing in this vehicle. No unexpected emergencies, no problems. From my initial phone conversation with Dana to the final purchase, every encounter with this business was positive and helpful. Although they're located in Cottage Grove, they went out of their way to accommodate an inspection by my trusty Swedish Engineering mechanics in Eugene, and they gave me a very fair price for a vehicle with under $50,000 miles. These guys are not only honest and trustworthy, but friendly and funny. In fact, I owe them an apology for waiting so long to write a review. When I think of how many people they are stealing from, it honestly makes me sick to my stomach. I took my GMC Sierra in for a few things. Never again. When they give you a quote check on your phone. You'll see. An oil gauge for my truck should run $188-$208. It's a $58 part and the rest is labor. They quoted me $580. You wouldn't believe what they charged me for a simple brake job. Over $3000 with an oil change. ( And I asked them to check two running lights ) They already had the truck for a couple of days before I caught them. The last thing I wanted to do was to have them sabotage my vehicle because I wouldn't pay their outrageous prices. Learned my lesson. My new shrieking brakes can be heard from a mile away & they feel worse. At first, I was puzzled on the prices. I mentioned it to the guy who wrote it up. He agreed it was high. Midway through, I complained to management, & they said that I could get the employee rate and they too agreed my quote was high. I got the call that my truck was ready. The lady said she had the final bill... somewhere around $3000. Not sure what kind of discount I received, guess they rip off employees too. Because I got the money together, went in there to pay, and the bill had jumped up to $3200 in an hour for no reason. Just tacked it on. They said they replaced 2 running light bulbs for free. Rich... These are our local GM representatives. A stain on Eugene.
