It ended up taking 16 days and costing $600. And I had to have my car towed because I left town right after my fob was stolen. The front office said they had it don't worry they'll take care of me and when I got back after five days not only did they not know where my car was they didn't have the fob that was apparently not delivered- even though they ordered it & I had paid for it 5 days before. They didn't know where it was. No car no fob? No call to update me ? They treated me with a very standoffish kind of vibe brushing me off, acting like it was my fault that they didn't know where my car was towed to. I walked about three minutes and found my car. Lazy ass staff. Really there is no customer service at this business. None of the staff is very professional. They should take a lesson or a class before they get hired.
