Excellent! I came in with a floor-length satin bridesmaid dress that had water stains from the wedding I was in. (They had bubbles during the send-off haha.) The owner at St Paul was honest with me that it may not be possible to remove the stains, but he would try his absolute best. I appreciated his honesty rather than someone confidently telling me they could do it, and then not being able to deliver. And he did, in fact, get the stains out! I want I give this place 0 star, I'm so upset they ruined my jeans ! I needed to get my jeans fixed due little holes at the back pockets. The lady told me no worries they will put a patch underneath & fix the hole. I got my jeans back today, It looks my 6 year old had a sewing machine and just went up and down with the threading all over the place. On top of it, the patch they put doesn't even match the jean color! This place is supposed to be "professional" alterations and I feel like i as duped. I brought in 4 huge table cloths we use for conferences at work. They were stained, crumbled up and dirty. I needed it rushed for another conference I had to take these to and even though the lady said that would be difficult to do (since each cloth gets washed multiple times) she delivered on her word! I always come here to get my coats dry cleaned when the season is over and they always do a great job getting them fresh and clean! The prices are great and staff is always friendly. I use these guys for tailoring, cleaning and such. They are great. I lost a bunch of weight and had expensive cloths that I just wanted to be sized down. They did a great job. I used to go other places and they kept changing the price on dry cleaning but these guys are pleasant, consistent and do a great job. read more

Best place to get clothes dry cleaned or professionally laundered in town. They also do minor alterations for free and within minutes, which has saved many a dragging pant leg for me. Staff is always super helpful and accommodating, and always seem to remember your name and collect your things for you as you walk in the door! read more

I hate giving bad reviews, but this place was a big disappointment (I'm at a loss as to how they have such good reviews in the first place). My husband and I just moved to the area and the great reviews this place received convinced me to give them a try. Although their pricing is very reasonable, I think this is a "get what you pay for" type of situation because not only were shirts returned with ring around the collar still visible (as if they were never even cleaned) but they ruined a couple of my husbands shirts. One came back faded and worn looking and another had seriously faded areas around the underarms and a white (bleach) spot on the arm. Since these shirts are expensive and hard to replace, I brought the one shirt in for them to take a look at and asses. They didn't seem to take the issue serious nor did they offer any real explanation for the damage. They said they would clean the shirt again. When I came in to pick-up the shirt (for a second time), there had been no improvement and they offered no reasoning for it or to reimburse us for the damage. Bad service and an unprofessional attitude, I'll pass!! Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. I've recently tried the Martinizing Cleaners on Turnpike and they seem to be far more professional and worth the extra $$. read more

I went here to get clothes tailored. Luckily I stumbled upon this place because I was having a hard time finding a tailor in Goleta. This place was fairly quick and did a flawless job with the many dresses I asked them to tailor.
