I used Launderlands fluff and gold services for the first time and it was a great service! They also delivered the laundry all to my house which was great! The only downside is I requested unscented detergent as I am more sensitive to smell and a scented detergent was used. Another downside is their website prices do not match or reflect the actual prices for services or prices which was also unexpected. I would probably use this service again if they used unscented detergent and now that I am aware of their actual prices. Overall good service. read more

Like that the premises are well maintained. The ladies and men who work there do a good job. They also keep it patron friendly with TV, Vending Machines, and provide seats to rest, in and outside of the laundry. It feels safe, no matter what hour you go to do your laundry. Everything about their services is awesome. We have our laundry laundered with them weekly. We have it set up for a certain day of the week, we leave it on porch & get it back by afternoon. When returned, our laundry is always neatly folded & ready for putting away. They take blankets, comforters & sheets which is so nice. This is what I will say about this 24 hour laundromat: The machines may have rocked out with AC/DC, Def Leppard and Toto back in the day... but make no mistake, the party is not over! They are still very efficient machines that do an outstanding job of washing and drying clothes THOROUGHLY! Even better than these new age energy efficient washing machines. So don't judge. This part of town seems interesting, to say the least. I'm still not familiar with Santa Barbara as others may be...and I hate it when people make generalizations about an area, so I won't do it. But I will say that I didn't feel unsafe, even in the middle of the night. But I was aware. Lol! I can't speak for what happens during the day here, but night time seems to be efficient. read more

This was an absolute gem and worth every penny. If you are in autistic burnout wand executive dysfunction is making laundry difficult I highly recommend this. I was crashing out about doing my laundry when it was suggested I outsource. I called them they arrived in like min to pick up the laundry and then delivered it later that day a bit after 5pm. It was great. It's challenging to articulate the bandwidth created by not having to perform what by all means should be a simple task for some. read more

Paying her recommendation forward by giving Launderland 5 stars. Even though I dropped off the 2 comforters after 10.00 am ( 11.00 am) ) , the very kind lady at drop off told me they would be ready at 5 pm. Went at 7 pm , and they were ready, washed, dried, bagged . Another nice lady assisted me at check out. This place is absolutely filthy. Be extra careful not to drop something on the dirt covered floors. Washers are covered in dog hair and who knows what else. Good luck finding parking (at any hour) in the cramped lot! I looked through at least 12 dryers before finding one that was semi- clean. All other dryers are lined with gunk and sadly my favorite quilt was ruined by the grime within this dryer. I will never go here again. There are other 2 laundromats within less than a mile that are exceptionally cleaner and less busy: San Roque Laundromat (also less expensive) and Soapy Suds. read more

Exceptional service this location has Wonderful people working very well spoken, very polite and attentive in case you need help ! They will help you put soap in the machine so you don't overflow the machine like I've done many times before . They are very busy but very very attentive on costumer service in which is amazing ! Rude worker! She told me to move my car, that I was in her spot. After she arrived, parked, & clocked in, worked a bit, She came out & asked if I'd move...at least I believe that's what I thought she had said. It was half ass English/Spanish. I didn't see her name like "Employee of the Month" or some sh*t on the spot. She was rude too. If she had approached me differently I wouldn't be writing this review. There's an amount of respect we give customers, I mean, customers are the ones paying your paycheck! Not only that, have some respect for another human on this earth.
