Always greeted with a smile!!! I highly recommend this affordable, high quality laundry service! They are my saving grace as I am a very busy person with a limited budget. I highly recommend Launderland! This place is incredibly trustworthy and reliable, which is hard to find. Their services are very affordable, and the staff is genuinely amazing and helpful. They truly care about their customers--definitely give them a try! read more

I first heard about Launderland because we use their services for event items at our workplace. Our washer gave out and we felt the laundry piling up. Launderland answered all of our questions and gave us peace of mind that it would all get done without much more inconvenience to us. Very friendly and professional. Clothes smell great. They even delivered! read more

I love Launder land De La Vina. Having them take care of my clothes is a luxury but for me a necessity. The quality of their services is excellent. And they are the nicest group of business people I've met since moving to Santa Barbara. Thanks, Cooper SY read more

This place is excellent. It's very clean, there are often multiple staff members during the day present to help with any questions, and they're also bilingual (English + Spanish). There are always ample washers and dryers and even on a day where I went at their more busy time, it was still very easy. read more

Very clean organized... Everyone there was so willing to help and explain the best way to get the laundry done quickly and how much time the dryers needed, etc. read more

Launderland on De la Vina Street is clean and efficiently run business. I am so glad I took 36 blankets to be laundered there. The blankets were beautifully washed and dried, carefully folded and ready to pick up in record time. I am very grateful to Theresa for making the process so easy and successful. I will return to this business. read more

Like that the premises are well maintained. The ladies and men who work there do a good job. They also keep it patron friendly with TV, Vending Machines, and provide seats to rest, in and outside of the laundry. It feels safe, no matter what hour you go to do your laundry. I haven't been able to go there for awhile, and look forward to returning . Thank you read more

The employee I always am assisted by is very pleasant. They do a great job and have a decent turn around time. I do fluff and fold. It's a little pricey but, it is a luxury read more

Amazing place! All the staff is so friendly and welcoming. Love that it's 24 hour whenever I don't have time to wash myself I just come and drop off my clothes they will have it ready the next day. read more

I used Launderlands fluff and gold services for the first time and it was a great service! They also delivered the laundry all to my house which was great! The only downside is I requested unscented detergent as I am more sensitive to smell and a scented detergent was used. Another downside is their website prices do not match or reflect the actual prices for services or prices which was also unexpected. I would probably use this service again if they used unscented detergent and now that I am aware of their actual prices. Overall good service. read more

We love Launderland! The staff is so friendly and the customer service is terrific. Every time we take our bedding and/or clothing there it comes back so fresh and smells wonderful. Everything is neatly folded and we are always satisfied. Highly recommend! read more

Great customer service. The fluff 'n fold service is wonderful. We have been going here for many years, and am always satisfied.

Amazing Pickup & Drop-Off Service! I've been using their pickup and drop-off laundry service for a while now, and I honestly couldn't be happier. It's so convenient, and my laundry always comes back perfectly clean, folded, and smelling great. They take such good care of my clothes, and I never have to worry about anything getting lost or damaged. The service is reliable, fast, and totally worth it. Highly recommend if you're looking to save time without sacrificing quality read more

Amazing team! Love the service from Teresa. She's one of a kind. She knows her washing, has home tricks to get stains out. My family love the way our clothes gets folded and hung. Cannot go anywhere else but to launderland. Always clean environment read more

Very professional and my laundry came back in perfect, clean condition. The pick up and delivery was a bonus. Thank you!

Everything about their services is awesome. We have our laundry laundered with them weekly. We have it set up for a certain day of the week, we leave it on porch & get it back by afternoon. When returned, our laundry is always neatly folded & ready for putting away. They take blankets, comforters & sheets which is so nice. If you need special care on any items, you just indicate & it's done. Definitely recommend. read more

This is what I will say about this 24 hour laundromat: The machines may have rocked out with AC/DC, Def Leppard and Toto back in the day... but make no mistake, the party is not over! They are still very efficient machines that do an outstanding job of washing and drying clothes THOROUGHLY! Even better than these new age energy efficient washing machines. So don't judge. This part of town seems interesting, to say the least. I'm still not familiar with Santa Barbara as others may be...and I hate it when people make generalizations about an area, so I won't do it. But I will say that I didn't feel unsafe, even in the middle of the night. But I was aware. Lol! I can't speak for what happens during the day here, but night time seems to be efficient. read more

They wash and fold perfectly and on time Sometimes however I seem to come up short of socks and boxers. That's why I never leave them a tip. Their prices are always hi. read more

This was an absolute gem and worth every penny. If you are in autistic burnout wand executive dysfunction is making laundry difficult I highly recommend this. I was crashing out about doing my laundry when it was suggested I outsource. I called them they arrived in like min to pick up the laundry and then delivered it later that day a bit after 5pm. It was great. It's challenging to articulate the bandwidth created by not having to perform what by all means should be a simple task for some. read more

Yesterday was my first time. INCREDIBLE!!! Teresa told me they would pickup at 9:30 and deliver back at 2:30. They were right on time for both. But the most AMAZING part was the way they folded and arranged everything when it was returned. It was a WORK OF ART and made it so easy to put away. Wonderful and reliable people. No more shlepping up and down the stairs and back and forth to the onsight laundry for me! read more

Clean, lots of machines available, change machine, ATM. I had to launder some pillows and a comforter that were too big for our home machines. It was easy, quick, and reasonably priced. The facilities are clean and well maintained. read more

First time using this place today for laundering 2 king size comforters. They were recommended by a friend who has been using them for years. Paying her recommendation forward by giving Launderland 5 stars. Even though I dropped off the 2 comforters after 10.00 am ( 11.00 am) ) , the very kind lady at drop off told me they would be ready at 5 pm. Went at 7 pm , and they were ready, washed, dried, bagged . Another nice lady assisted me at check out. Service was fast and friendly , both ladies at the counter were smiling and pleasant...and I am sure their job is not an easy one. Kudos ! read more

We take our bedsheets every week. I highly recommend! They are always friendly and fast and do a great job.

This place is absolutely filthy. Be extra careful not to drop something on the dirt covered floors. Washers are covered in dog hair and who knows what else. Good luck finding parking (at any hour) in the cramped lot! I looked through at least 12 dryers before finding one that was semi- clean. All other dryers are lined with gunk and sadly my favorite quilt was ruined by the grime within this dryer. I will never go here again. There are other 2 laundromats within less than a mile that are exceptionally cleaner and less busy: San Roque Laundromat (also less expensive) and Soapy Suds. read more

Exceptional service this location has Wonderful people working very well spoken, very polite and attentive in case you need help ! They will help you put soap in the machine so you don't overflow the machine like I've done many times before . They are very busy but very very attentive on costumer service in which is amazing ! You have the freedom to use the bathroom without paying more BIG PLUS, its a 24hr location so ANYTIME pass by check it out they have BiG machines up to 7loads !!! And they also have small machines for 1load ! read more

Rude worker! She told me to move my car, that I was in her spot. After she arrived, parked, & clocked in, worked a bit, She came out & asked if I'd move...at least I believe that's what I thought she had said. It was half ass English/Spanish. I didn't see her name like "Employee of the Month" or some sh*t on the spot. She was rude too. If she had approached me differently I wouldn't be writing this review. There's an amount of respect we give customers, I mean, customers are the ones paying your paycheck! Not only that, have some respect for another human on this earth. If she had known what my day & night beforehand had liked like & consisted of I guarantee she'd be ashamed of the way she treated & spoken to me. * we don't know what others are enduring....have some empathy for one another people! Can't we all just get along? read more
