Honestly, horrible experience. We went to go wash our clothes here for the first time, used the $4 washers. One worked perfectly fine, on the second washer, it wasn't working after it took our quarters we called the service number stated they would send someone and call us back. We moved our clothing to another washer, again $4. Everything was working, until it started making a noise and smoking up. We called the emergency line and removed our clothing, once again. Our clothes was burnt from the bottom, stained horrible, had to be thrown away. We called and requested immediate service as the laundry mat was smoking and didn't know if we should call 911 for that or wait. Nearly called two more times after that in the span of an hour, there was no service whatsoever and have asked about a refund and haven't gotten a response, just a "we will call you back with accommodation later". I am deeply upset, as i am 36 weeks pregnant and came to wash my clothes and lost money and clothes. I wouldn't recommend this place, as no resolution or urgency was done especially with the hazard of it smoking up. read more

When we first moved to our current apartment, there was no washer or dryer, so we started using Linen. They are the absolute best, so much so that our landlord has since installed a washer and dryer but we have continued using Linen for our laundry because the price is incredibly reasonable, especially for the convenience. Their pickup and delivery service is very reliable. They sort our gross laundry, wash and dry it with our specific instructions, can hang or tumble dry, and then bring it back nicely folded the next day. They really do a great job. And the price is unbeatable. We even have friends (who live too far away) who now drop their laundry off at our house so they can use Linen because they're so good. We had a terrible experience here. First, she weighed our clothing and then overcharged us. We saw the weight so we were able to calculate the price too. She begrudgingly changed it. Second, she was as rude and dismissive as could be. I was trying to tell her we needed one bag hung dry and the rest could be put in the dryer. She could care less about our request. She literally walked away before I could ask her to use hypoallergenic detergent. I left the place upset because she was so unnecessarily rude. I suggest going elsewhere. read more

They pick up our laundry, wash it and fold it and leave it on our porch. it is so convenient and their prices are reasonable. Oh, and their online pickup form is super easy and fast to fill out.
