We moved our clothing to another washer, again $4. Everything was working, until it started making a noise and smoking up. We called the emergency line and removed our clothing, once again. Our clothes was burnt from the bottom, stained horrible, had to be thrown away. We called and requested immediate service as the laundry mat was smoking and didn't know if we should call 911 for that or wait. Nearly called two more times after that in the span of an hour, there was no service whatsoever and have asked about a refund and haven't gotten a response, just a "we will call you back with accommodation later". I am deeply upset, as i am 36 weeks pregnant and came to wash my clothes and lost money and clothes. I wouldn't recommend this place, as no resolution or urgency was done especially with the hazard of it smoking up.

She was great and I went there with all my alterations and tough dry cleaning. She sold the business to two incredible ladies who have made a great transition since Kim has left.
