so I went this morning asked the older Mexican lady for change she said to just pay on the machine I asked to use the restroom and she gave me the key fob a little later I ended up changing my sweatshirt because I had a fresh load of clean clothes but I was still in sweats and a sweatshirt i asked to use the restroom to change and she denied me access to the restroom saying the other girl had the key that she was just the cleaning lady and I asked her why was it a problem now when she lend me the key earlier she said she didn't recognize me and I changed in my truck while waiting for my other load to finish drying I noticed her giving the key to another guy and when I asked her she walked away from me I was polite the whole time then she accused me of being homeless after I just had spent $40on washing and drying my clothes and she seen me in my new truck in front of the shop i explained in English and Spanish to her that she was in the wrong for judging me to begin with and made a seen in front of other people and tried to make me look dumb I will never come back and recommend she gets talked to for her rude behavior. read more

I I took my comforter there to get it cleaned , it had a poop smear in it, they don't do that, so I washed it myself. Afterwards I asked Theo to fold it and put it in a bag. No they only do wash and fold. Heaven forbid they would've accompanied. No one was ther, and they Wei busy! read more

Not good. I go to this place because it's conveniently close to my house and they take Apple Pay which saves me a trip to the ATM, but after the third mishap I'm not going back. First time, there was no hot water, which I get is not necessarily their problem so I forgave. Second incident, the spin cycle didn't go on so my clothes came out soaking wet. Third incident, the water never turned on the washing machine. The place is unattended after 2pm so there's nobody to ask for assistance or for a free wash. No choice but to pay a second time or pack up and go somewhere else. read more

Great location! Filthy facilities. Majority of the machine show excess dirt and mold in the doors. The laundry detergent containers are filthy full of old powder caked on. The prices charged to use this facilities doesn't not equate to the maintenance. I will not return. Owners please visit your business. You are collecting and collecting but not spending to maintain your business because you know people in this area need it. Do better. read more

I love going to the laundry mat its always clean and tidy! Customer service is great and there's always the nice employee i believe names Selena! Very sweet person and helpful, one of the best customer services! Would definitely recommend if you haven't gone before prices are really good! And they have their own wash and fold which is very helpful! read more

Restrooms are Locked, no customer service and coin machine is broken and don't take 20 dollar bills.

We have used the fluff and fold service for several years. The actual washing and folding is fine, however it is near impossible to pick up our items. They always seem to have the office locked up with the laundry inside despite posted hours. We have tried to drop off and pick up during posted hours, but it is often closed. It takes several drive bys to pick up our items because they do not answer the phone. We just tried a service on bath. They picked up and delivered the same day and are .15 cheaper! I have been going to this location for over 20 years when visiting SB. My recent experience with the new owner was BEYOND! Not only did she accommodate my last minute wash & fold request, she offered to walk it over to the coffee shop where I was grabbing a bite with my nephew. Well worth it, but if you see price more important than stellar service, then shop price. I will always go here because to me it is more about the kindness! read more

I Can't Believe this place is still open. my clothes weren't properly washed, half of them came out of the washer still dry, and dirty. they still smelled the way they did before They even went in the washer! the dryer doors wouldn't stay closed i had to prop a laundry cart up against it. so none of my clothes were completely dry! It was my all the money i had for anything and i couldn't contact them to fix the problem. on top of that the soap machine says only coins and it wouldn't even take my quarters, the ones i got from there machine, which says it doesn't take $20's! So me on New Year's Eve wanting nothing more than to go home and cuddle in my blankets and sleep had to go to another laundromat but not until i get off work because i'm broke and have to work and get paid, so i can do my laundry. Hopefully only one more time at the laundromat i prefer on the corner of De La Vina and Mission ok i'm done for no i think have a Happy New Year!!! really doesn't even get a star i just had to pick one read more

I came here because my usual laundromat had no parking places available. First thing I noticed was how dirty the floor is. The trash bins were overflowing. The office is closed because it's Sunday, and there's no "wash and fold" service, but you'd think they could have someone on trash duty. I also lost a quarter in a washer that would not register that I put money in at all. That, and both detergent and softener I had also added. I ended up staggering my two loads in one machine since so many were either broken or in use. To top it off, kids playing tag and hide and seek around the patrons just made my day. I think I got run into once and feet stepped one few times by the hooligans. I'm of a mind to take my stuff home unfolded and do that bit at home. Just to get out of here. read more

Had a terrible experience. The machines didn't work well and my clothes were barely washed. It seemed like I just soaked my clothes in water. There was still soap on my clothes and my clothes got a dark stains. They didn't smell clean. All and all disappointed. read more

This laundry is under new ownership. It used to be Sterling Laundry. They have tripled their prices for wash and fold. They used to charge by the pound, now they charge for each individual item. They do good work as far as wash and fold, but prices are exorbitant. I won't be back. read more

I used to like doing my laundry here when the girl Reina worked there. She was constantly cleaning and of service then one day she was gone. I've seen a couple workers here and there sitting on their phone while the place is a wreck, bathrooms aren't stocked, etc. But usually there's no employee. Now in the middle of a pandemic there is no worker in sight, soap dispenser to wash hands is empty, and not a single customer wearing a face mask which is required. Just one little old lady and my fiancé and I wearing one in close quarters to the several other people not giving a hoot about the older woman clearly trying to protect herself and just get her laundry done. Doesn't seem that the owner cares. Hire someone to clean and enforce safety protocol, don't be cheap. read more

Excellent experience, helpful and happy staff, along with a very clean establishment. If you need to do you're own laundry or are looking to drop yours off this is the best place in all of Santa Barbara. I have been going here for months and they go above and beyond every time to accommodate any of my needs along with some of the best prices in town. I have always liked this laundromat for the parking and ease of use. I love having credit card operated washing machines and dryers. I have never had any problems until today. The first dryer I put clothes into and paid with a credit card, no problem. The second one, (#14), I thought I paid with a card, but when I pressed "start," nothing happened. So I swiped my card again and pressed start and nothing happened and I noticed my card had been charged TWICE. I took my wet clothes out of the dryer, moved them to the next dryer, swiped my card, and that machine worked perfectly. The thing that upsets me is that there is no way for customers to notify management or fellow customers if there is a problem. And, I would like my $2.50 back. read more

Just discovered that the $6 washer that should take 24 quarters (which is what is says on the washer) actually takes 25 quarters. Hmmm I wonder how many other machines of theirs are like this?? They are ripping people off. It might seem minor but times that by say 100 loads. You do the math. Shame on them read more
