It's a great place for dry cleaning but to sew your clothes it isn't the best. I had some jeans done to trim it down and it looks just like I brought it in. But I will say excellent job on dry cleaning read more

One Hour Martinizing - Says and hours they say they open and when my order is ready.I'm here at 5:40pm - Laundry Services Near Me - Santa Barbara, California

Friendly and helpful. The pricing seems to be in line with most quality dry cleaners. Dry Cleaning is a necessity if you purchase high quality fabric or clothing. read more

5 years of weekly visits, no problems. I am surprised at negative reviews. Most complaints are regarding pricing; I think One Hour service places cost more! I like that option myself. read more

This review is for Turnpike Cleaners, next to Vons. I must admit that I was shocked at the prices. $27 for a suit jacket plus $18 for the pants. After taxes, it's a lot of money when I drop off three suits or more at a time. Thats it. Barren storefront. Empty space, only a cash register for decor. read more

Really expensive，really，really. but at least they have good dry skills and wash skills，this point i give them 1point.

Incredibly expensive! My wife dropped of my blazer recently and I went to pick it up and pay for it. The woman working at the front said that it would be $20!!!!! I was shocked and asked her to repeat the cost. She said $20. Again. Realizing I had no recourse, I paid and left. Needless to say I will not be doing business with them again. read more

I'm so glad I asked for the pricing before leaving my cloths there. Way over priced, beat up location, and does not even have good customer service. After walking out, I quickly found another dry cleaners for half the price, better kept location and way better customer service. I hope the owner improves the way they do business. Never going back. read more

When I first walked in I was "greeted" by a young lady who was rather unpleasant and a little abrasive. I have to admit I almost considered leaving, until Manuel stepped in to help. What a guy! He was very friendly, knowledgeable and had AWESOME customer service. He showed me the difference between light medium and high starch. He also gave me the option between laundry and dry cleaning (100% Cotton tuxedo shirt) and explained how the fabric is handled/pressed differently. Dropped the shirt off at noon - They had it pressed and ready by 4. I paid extra for same day pick up / late drop off. Cost me 4.75 Walk in and ask for Manuel, he'll take good care of you! read more

Always great service! Have been coming here for over 6 years and have never had any issues with my clothes. It is a little on the pricey side for women's shirts vs. men's, but otherwise I take my uniforms in for $7! Not bad! Not sure why they have such a low rating when there are so many people who use this dry cleaner! read more

Not happy with the pants that they washed & pressed. Cost me $50 for 4 pair. They are very wrinkled. read more

I know laundry services offer alterations . Went to this place to have 3 pairs of my husbands pants be shortened. Charge me $ 20.00 a pair. I mentioned to them that the length of the pants is 29 and they did it right but it so happened that it was still long when my husband fitted it. Went back to them to redo it and shorten it by an inch. What I don't like is that they charged me another $ 20.00 for each pants. I asked for a discount if they would give me and the manager says nothing It was not their fault. Okay what a reply. My advice..... don't go there for any alterations! Too expensive. I was not able to save buying a discounted pants . It is like buying a new one or paying more adding all the expense I paid to them.. vs read more

Dropping off the clothes was fine, they did ask me if I wanted a quote before I left but I was in a real hurry and said no--biggest mistake I could have made. Came back next day, and for 3 items (blouse, blazer, simple dress) was charged 73 dollars. I know SB is expensive but that's insane. Guess I should have known when they asked me if I wanted a quote, I'll consider this a lesson learned. Clothes look fine but no one should pay 31 dollars to get a dress dry cleaned-ever. read more

This is absolutely the most expensive dry cleaners I've ever been to. $65 for two sweaters and a suit. After looking at the prices on the receipt, I went back into the store a minute later, and of course they stated that the items were already being dry cleaned. I don't understand how this place can stay in business. I will never recommend going to any Martinizing location, especially this particular one. read more

I took 5 shirts in including one which had never been worn but was dusty from hanging in my closet for years and one that had been worn once. When I picked them up, two of the shirts had pink stains on them. The cleaner told me they'd come in like that but it's clear they were washed with something that stained them. It looks like a tag from another shirt. Both shirts were very expensive (hence the reason for not wearing frequently - too fancy) Watch out, you may end up with ruined clothes. read more

Used to find a coupon for 5 items drycleaned for a set price (say $25) and save up clothes to bring in but haven't seen one in a year or so. It's very expensive. Will wash by hand and iron them myself in future. read more

Place is expensive !!!! I took a pair of slacks and three dress shirts ,,,dry cleaned.....$35 bucks!!!! Never going there again!!!

Nothing but problems here since day one, not sure why I'm such a glutton for punishment. Today is the last time I will give this place my business. $15 to dry clean one women's top? $60 for 2 sweaters? Are you for real? Previous issues had to do with their seamstress and hemming my husbands pants. It's next to impossible to find a decent reasonably priced dry cleaner in this town. This is certainly not the one. read more

I love supporting small businesses. However when they constantly overcharge and the quality is not good, this is why the rating is bad. If you are in an emergency, nevermind i still wouldnt use this place! read more

This place is NOT closed, they are still operating and still do horrible work. I dropped off two pairs of Levi 501's after a long weekend in Vegas.I got them back very wrinkled, stained and smelly (Just like I left them). After bringing them back 20 minutes and showing to the young lady she calls a "Manager in Charge" and he tells me that dry cleaning doesn't remove stains or smells, just dust and oils. That he can have them pressed to remove all wrinkles but that he cannot dry clean them again because they'll come out looking and smelling the same. I paid $49.78 for two jeans and a shirt. VERY DISAPPOINTED since it was my first time here. I should have read these reviews before going.. read more

So expensive my jaw dropped to the floor! An unbelieveable $36.00 to hem 2 pr ladies' pajama pants by machine???!!! Not to mention $13.00 to dry clean a rayon blouse..... RIP OFF! The counter help was totally inept, unable to explain the pricing. The sign behind the counter reads "Seamstress on the Premises between 8am and 3 pm M-Sat." Ha.No such thing. The alteration lady had told me to come pick up my stuff at 4 pm, but the man at the counter told me she usually leaves at 2 in the afternoon. WTF? Does she duck out early to avoid the sticker shock her customers experience? Does she already know her prices are so high as to enrage her customers, and plan to be outta there before they can tell her how they feel? I am NEVER going back there. read more

Thought I would give them a try because they were nearby. I brought in 3 shirts for laundry and 1 vest for dry cleaning and asked how much it would be. They said $16.10 so I dropped them off. When I went back today, they said it was $16 just to dry clean the vest and over $3 per shirt for laundry. Charged me $26.50 total. (That's not even for 1 hour service!) Total rip off! I will never go back! read more
