Stack of dishes at the only trash/dish return.
    Jackie S.

It's been awhile since I've eaten inside a Panera, or even eaten it at all and now I remember why. There was no one available to take a dine in order so we used the kiosk (along with 3 other groups). That's no problem really but somewhat frustrating with my elderly father in law. We ordered green tea and paid for it but it was out at the drink station. I alerted an employee but it was never refilled while we ate there. Nor did an employee offer to fill up out cups with their drink station in the back. The cinnamon roll was hard as a rock. The chicken bacon rancher sandwich was fine but not worth $12. The most frustrating thing was the mound of dirty dishes. I also noticed behind the counter trash cans over flowing. The main employee on the food line was very nice but understandably overwhelmed. Meanwhile 2 other employees I noticed and crossed paths with were ignoring customers or actively not going out of their way to help the gentleman working so hard. Next time will head down to a local sandwich shop less than $5 away and worth every penny.

Forever supporting STL here. Amazing fruit smoothies and fresh breads. I picked up a decorative sugar cookie that was fantastic. Service was pretty quick for a busy lunch time. All walks of life here having work meetings or visiting friends. Nice spot.

Very tasting and filling the Baja bowl. It's a good go to and makes for a solid lunch!

Passed by St Louis for coffees and then lunch . Very much like Panera bread from my neck of the woods ( same company I believe ). Basic coffee and bakery place as expected for lunch we ordered chicken Caesar and soup / salad combos . Everything was very good and as expected . Polite service and clean . A sold option for a working lunch or to get some coffee and bagels .

    Turkey avocado BLT

Online order in the app. Order was accurate and ready on time. Turkey chili was tasty per usual, had it with the French bread. Tried the Turkey avocado BLT for the first time. Added the special sauce but didn't taste much of it. Sandwich was fresh and the avocado was good. I prefer the bacon Turkey bravo even though the Turkey avocado has traditional Turkey meat vs the deli type meat in the bacon turkey bravo.

Ordered Green Goddess salad MINUS MEAT & EGG! Double checked prior to leaving the register; triple checked at pickup counter NO MEAT NO EGG. While eating I tasted what I beloved to be chicken. Ulon further investigation I indeed noticed a second small piece of chicken in the bowl. Livid but maintaining patience I politely took the salad back to the counter. Sarah apologized and refunded me for the half salad. I appreciated her genuine concern. PSA: It is very important to pay close attention to specially prepping food that has restrictions. Although I will not die or have an allergic reaction I am vegetarian. Meat & EGG or not a part of my diet and I'd like to keep it that way; even when dining out. ~Christy

16$ for a drink and a pick two and this is the sandwich I get. Are you serious? Service was ok. It was quick but I didn't pay 16$ for sandwich that looked like it was rolled up into a ball and thrown on some bread. Oh and there is no bacon, which the sign said it came with.

    "Half salad"

I have been coming to Panera locations for more years than I can count. I usually order the pick two with the caesar salad and one of my favorite sandwiches. Never have I been this stiffed, either with takeout or delivery. This salad is about three bites, with croutons being out of stock, and they charged me $5. It doesn't even fill half of the container! The fact that they were out of stock of almost everything by 4, including items that were listed as available and I later had to replace on the phone, just adds to it. I would not recommend this location.

    Tables not cleaned
    Denise M.

Cleanliness. Not at this location in 2021. The number of tables you can sit at is quite limited. They are random. It's not every other table. Some entire rows are blocked, and other rows can be used. So diners may be seated close to one another as opposed to six feet or more away from other diners. And this is one of those Panera locations where one person parks in a booth with their laptop and stays for hours. The tables are not cleaned, it looks like they haven't been wiped down all day. Plan to clean your own table if you want to sit here. Food is predictable quality, service is so-so.

This review is solely for rapid pickup. I'm a huge fan of ordering rapid pickup! I like to modify the heck out of things, and it's easy on their app. I stopped by this location around 2 on a Wednesday afternoon to pickup my (heavily modified) order. They got it perfect! I can't say that about every visit at every location because it's usually inconsistent.

So wrong. don't see any tomato or bacon??? how dumb can you be

Tepid coffee (at noon); tuna salad sandwich tasty and tomato and greens fresh, but tuna gooey and oozes out (typical). A/C a bit chilly.

I couldn't let my camera eat first. We actually ordered to go but there was a bit of a wait. There was I believe a mom and son in front of us who ordered drinks as well and were waiting a bit so I ate the croissant and it was delicious. Not too buttery, the cream inside was very light with a hint of sweetness which I enjoyed and the slices of strawberry balanced it all out. After I ate that, our drinks were ready to pick up. I ordered a matcha latte the first visit and wasn't too impressed. There was no sweetener added and the straws back then were paper and dissolved in my drink. I'm glad they have the plastic straws now so I could fully enjoy and the sweetener was the perfect amount. Not too sweet! I spoke with the barista asking if she enjoyed the tiramisu matcha latte and she admitted she doesn't drink matcha so she couldn't say which I appreciated her honesty instead of trying to upsell me. She was so sweet and did let me know a lot of customers do enjoy it. I'm glad I opted for the matcha again because it made me so happy with how delicious it was! (A MILLION times better than Starbucks!) Every time we go this place is so busy. There is a line but it's never too long and there's never an empty case of pastries. There's so much variety if you're feeling sweet or savory. I do want to try some of their cake sometime. Maybe next time!

The gals who work there are quick and seem to always be moving! They're taking orders, making drinks, refreshing the cases, etc. The physical space is nice. It's nice and light in there. There's only one problem and that is there isn't enough room for more tables! We really enjoy a weekend breakfast here!

They took over the spot and also it looked like an additional space next door that seemed like an a To Go or order pick up space, connected by a connecting door space. We stopped in on a Saturday afternoon, around 3:00 pm. One table eating in and another waiting. You step to the counter to order, there was one guy explaining the menu and answering the questions we had, and a guy on the register. I connected the dots when reviewing the menu, a food genre with several different options. Steakburgers, Sandwiches, Loaded Potatoes, Salads, All Day Breakfast, Flatbreads, Fried Chicken and Wings, Mexican, Greek, Pasta, and Drinks. This is a lot of options, we are on a Fried Chicken kick so we did the fried chicken, half chicken with a biscuit, and boneless wings tossed in wing sauce. We took the order to go and tried the boneless wings before driving away. I was afraid they were going to have thick, crusty, and dense breading but the breading was thin, crispy, and really good. The sauce was the right amount and not too much. The ranch dressing was ok; I didn't use it after trying it. We had a long trek home after a couple more pit stops so we reheated the regular fried chicken in the air fryer before digging in. It was pretty good. The biscuit was ok, wasn't sure if it was homemade or not. We will definitely stop in again when we are in the area. Staff was friendly and helpful and several tables if you want to dine in.

I ordered a 2-meat platter with burnt ends that were phenomenal and the smoked habanero turkey that was moist and delicious and the spicy BBQ sauce adding a nice little zing. I was a little disappointed that the place didn't offer cornbread or Texas toast with the platter and I didn't think to ask until after I got my food. Sides were good and I thought the baked beans were very good but the Mac n Cheese was a little too cheese-whizzy for me and wasn't too crazy about it but will get potato salad next time. Also I'll try their brisket on the next visit l since that's my measure of truly great Texas style BBQ. It's kind of an odd setup for a restaurant since it's inside a service station but it's a really nice service station and the restaurants decor is pretty nice. The baked beans were yummy, the coleslaw was average, and the potato salad was yummy but not memorable. The downside was the staff. While I waited, they were eating and not very business place.
