On Tuesday, September 30th, I brought my daughter to the Windsor store at Del Amo Mall to find her…read morehomecoming dress. As someone who grew up shopping at Windsor for my own formal events, I was excited to share this tradition with her. The store was busy with other young ladies shopping for dresses, and only two associates were assisting customers with fitting rooms and questions. My daughter fell in love with a dress displayed on the mannequin at the front of the store. We tried a medium from the rack, but it was too big. When I asked if the small from the mannequin was available, the associate, Judith, told me it couldn't be sold until the next day when the display was changed. I asked if this was company policy, and rather than providing clarification, Judith became irritated and said I was being "difficult" and "combative." She eventually said she could ask a manager, but insisted it would be better if I just came back the next day. I explained several times that I only wanted to understand the policy, since there were other sizes of the same dress available to replace the mannequin. The interaction felt dismissive and unhelpful. Later, when I asked for the associate's name at checkout, Desiree (the cashier) said she couldn't share it and that I would need to ask directly. When I asked Judith, she responded sarcastically, "Didn't the girl up front already tell you my name?" Both associates seemed overwhelmed by the crowd, but the service felt indifferent and unprofessional. Instead of creating a special, memorable experience for my daughter--something I had been looking forward to--it felt like we were an inconvenience. To make matters worse, when the dress was eventually taken off the mannequin, it had a hole in it, which made me feel like the situation was handled carelessly. Overall, I was very disappointed. Windsor has always been a go-to store for formal wear, and I expected better. During homecoming season especially, customers should feel supported and excited, not dismissed or disrespected. I truly hope the store can improve its customer service so that other young girls looking forward to their big moments don't leave with the same negative experience we had.

Terrible Experience I came here to shop for my daughter and…read morewas shocked at how rude the employees were--not just to me, but to every customer around. You can tell they don't want to be there. I found a dress I liked, but because it was a nicer dress, it was marked as final sale. I asked if they could hold it while I quickly went to another store. The employee said only for an hour. I asked if they could extend it just a little longer--an hour and a half--and she replied, "No, because my manager is coming in and she doesn't care. She'll just put it away." That response left me speechless. Not everyone can afford to throw money away on something without being sure, and the lack of flexibility was disappointing. Instead of being helped, I felt pressured. In the end, I just walked away and left the dress. Windsor used to be one of the best dress stores, but after this experience, I'll never be back.

This is the place to get high quality and tailor fitted suits at a great price. We're talking wool suits, italian suits, wedding suits, everyday suits, anything suits, just because suits. Hey, I heard they're even starting up a women's suits line soon too so ladies don't need to feel left out either. Shaikh will expertly take measurements, give fire advice, and dress you to truly impress. Every color you can imagine is available as well so your imagination is truly the limit here. I got my wedding three piece suit and another suit here at roughly $400-500 each including a button up shirt, tie, shoes, and belt. So yeah, you tell me if that's worth it or not cause for the quality and fit, that price can't be beat. So enough rambling, go get yourself some nice suits from Facia Facia. You won't regret it!

Suits: Facia Facia has become our go‑to suit destination and honestly feels like a family staple at…read morethis point. Between my dad and my husband, 4 suits have come from this shop, and every single one has been exceptional. My dad purchased his Father of the Bride suit here, along with another suit he later wore to my best friend's wedding, and both were perfectly aligned with his very specific taste. My husband found his wedding suit here, a stunning cream‑colored ensemble that felt timeless and elevated, and later added a luxurious Italian grey‑blue suit that he absolutely adores. The quality is consistently impressive, with fabrics sourced from various countries and craftsmanship that feels thoughtful and refined. We've already been here 6 or so times and plan to keep coming back again and again for future events and milestones. Price: Considering the level of quality, tailoring, and styling expertise, the pricing feels more than fair. Each suit set generally runs around $400-$500, including the jacket, vest, and pants. If you're a regular and polite (which goes a long way here), the owner will sometimes include a complimentary button‑up shirt or a tie, which is such a generous touch. We've also purchased shoes, belts, shirts, and other accessories here, making it easy to build a full, cohesive outfit in one place. Ambiance: From the outside, Facia Facia looks very much like a hole‑in‑the‑wall, and the interior is small and a bit crowded, but don't let that fool/deter you. This shop deals strictly in high‑quality pieces, and it truly feels like a hidden gem more people should know about. It's not flashy or polished in a luxury‑boutique way, but the substance and intention behind every item more than make up for it. Service: The service is where Facia Facia really sets itself apart. Everything is custom tailored, and the owner has an incredible eye for fit and proportion. My dad is particularly challenging to size (shorter height, shorter limbs, and a prominent pot belly) and somehow every suit fits him beautifully while staying true to his style (and he is extremely picky). The owner is also an amazing stylist and clearly passionate about what he does. He actually travels to Las Vegas to personally style high‑profile clients, charging significant fees, but if you buy a suit here, that level of styling guidance comes included. He'll effortlessly coordinate the suit with the right pants, shoes, belt, shirt, and tie, all with what feels like a magic touch. On top of all that, he's genuinely kind, enthusiastic, and deeply invested in making his clients look and feel their best. I truly hope he continues this business for many years to come. If Yelp allowed it, I'd honestly give this place 100 stars. Parking: Parking is refreshingly easy. There's a free parking lot in the back with roughly 15-20 spaces, and we've never had trouble finding a spot.

Maureen is very skilled in her work. She took in some inches around my bust and added a bustle for the long train on my dress. My wedding dress zipper kept getting stuck even though tried to adjust it, so she replaced the whole zipper entirely, and it was perfect! I also brought my reception dress here for alterations as well. After my wedding, I brought both dresses and my veil back for dry cleaning, and she had it ready for pick up in 3 days. Over messages I was given a rough estimate of $40 for the hem and $20 for a shoulder take in, which was lower than the quotes I was receiving from other places. When I came in, my total to be paid at pick up was at $110. $90 for the hem, $20 for the shoulder. Of course, a quote is dependent on material, difficulty, etc., so I did not complain, but quote versus actual prices ended up being almost double. For a satin, a-line, unlined dress, this price was higher than what any from my group of bridesmaid with the same dress paid at other places. When I came in to pay and receive the dress she again upped the price by $5, making my total $115, which I found out after, was not the price given on my receipt when the dress was dropped off ($110) The actual work was fine and did the job, and the shop owner was very nice, but I do not think I would return here after my own personal experience.
