Cracked her laptop open ourselves and removed most of the screws from the battery to try and take it out, but there were two that we could not get out so we caved and took it in to the shop. The person at the front was able to remove them immediately and very easily, and walked us through all of the possible outcomes for the laptop. The laptop was fine when dried in-store for a few days, though the price for it to just sit there by a fan was higher than I would have liked. I also wish they had been a little more communicative, we had to call more than once just to get updates. Overall, they were knowledgeable and it got fixed, so I would return in the event of another mishap.

I was already annoyed about his unprofessionalism and poor credibility for someone having a business, i think the idea is to cater their business life around the customer and not the customer cater their problems around the business owner's convenience. Sam looked at the current installation, and provided a quote for the upgraded service, the very next day. As soon as the ordered equipment arrived, he made arrangements to come to the building for the installation. The job had some unexpected problems, mainly bad wiring, which Sam replaced. He installed the equipment, made it look great, in fact, one of his before-and-after pictures shows how bad our equipment looked before he arrived, and how organized and clean it looked when he finished! Documentation was provided with pictures and arrows, a really top-notch job done on docs. I really have an appreciation of that because this is an area most techs drop the ball on. Sam concluded the job by meeting with me by phone to go over details of the job, show me data of how the tenants were already enjoying the new Internet speeds, and go over the router controls.
