I can't recommend or thank them enough, your home is in good hands with eRoof. Here's our experience. eRoof did a full replacement of our flat/low pitch roof late in the fall after we noticed some leaking. As we decided to replace it out of our own pockets, we wanted to be sure the company we chose for our project was perfect for the job. Their pricing is very competitive and the conversations and planning we did with Tyler made eRoof be our first choice. They completed our roof replacement very quickly and the cleanup was great. It not only looks wonderful but no more leaking and they replaced some rotted wood while they were at it. Come spring when the snow melted, we noticed the drainage from our new roof was not going to work long term. We contacted Tyler at eRoof, he listened to our concerns, came up with a solution and made sure we were 100% satisfied with our product even months after the job was completed. This company stands behind their product and their commitment to making sure their customers are top priority. This is the kind of company you want to hire when the integrity of your home is on the line. Thank you again to everyone at eRoof, 10/10 would recommend to anyone!

He and the team at eRoof were very supportive throughout the entire project, thoroughly explaining everything and efficiently getting the project completed. I have nothing but great things to say about the process and final product with eRoof. In fact, a neighbor of mine also commented on how professional and respectful the team was while working on the roof, they cleaned up incredibly well, no stray nails or waste.

After the initial estimate with Mike, it has been disappointment after disappointment: -Delays in product orders. -Unreliable timeline (estimated 8-10 weeks resulted in total of 7 months.) -Subpar subcontractors essentially causing our kitchen to be redone twice. -Lack of communication/unprofessional with delayed responses to our concerns throughout the entire process. -Incorrect initial measurements causing reorders. -Reorder color was wrong and owner Mike being dishonest about this. -Did not honor his listed veterans discount. -Purposely vague contract which covered their flaws (we spoke with a lawyer multiple times about our issues that we unfortunately could do nothing about). It took 7 months from contract signing until completion. Seven months! Well the kitchen looks done, the process has been nothing but disheartening. Overall, AVOID THIS COMPANY.

We recently had eight windows replaced by Croixside. We live in a nearly 100 year old home, and…read moreironically, it was the windows replaced in (we think) the early 1970s that were the most awful - drafty, poorly insulated and rickety. So we started with those, in our kids' rooms and two bathrooms. We also had one completely new window put in, where there was formerly just a tiny vent window. Mike from Croixside was very thorough and very informative when we had him visit to consult. He did not do an aggressive hard sell as several other companies did, or try to get us to do more than we can afford at this point in time. That alone made us strongly consider Croixside. But he was also helpful with financing information and very helpful in explaining what we could expect for timing, the job itself, and the windows' performance. Our timeline was more than met. Our windows arrived a little early, so we were actually bumped up a bit in the schedule. The installer was very nice, but also very work oriented, and completed the installation in the time we were told to expect. He left the job site very clean, was fine and friendly to our little old dog, and worked quickly and quietly. Some of the windows we were replacing were so awful that even with plastic shrink weatherproofing the draft would just pour in during the winter. It is wonderful to walk into a bathroom in November and not have a chilly draft! One of our kids had such an awful window he would get an occasional scrim of ice on the surface of his water glass overnight! Now his room is toasty. The windows look super appropriate to the house, and blend in incredibly well. They will be easy to clean, all from the inside, which is great as most of them are on the second floor. We will be calling Croixside again when we are ready to do more window replacement, and would recommend them enthusiastically for their good product and good work.

Joel and his crew showed a high level of professionalism from the onset. Detailing the work to be done and communicated all during the process on what and why things were being done. They showed up on time, and was very organized in their approach to worker responsibilities down to the cleanup. I was very impressed with the amount of times that my property was inspected for leftover nails and other had to find debris. I'm very happy with the finish product and would highly recommend and use American Pride again if the need arise.

The following is a summary of events that we believe in our opinion to be true and factual. In…read moreSeptember of 2021 our home's siding, roof, gutters, and window screens sustained damage from a thunderstorm and subsequent high winds. On 10/26/21 we entered a contract with Joseph Harrington and American Pride Construction to have the repairs completed. On 10/29/21 an initial insurance payout was signed over to Mr. Harrington in the amount of $11,242.58. Mr. Harrington continued to negotiate with the insurance company for seven additional months, claiming the amount for repairs (new siding for the house and garage, window wraps, repair of a patch of roof on the entryway, one gutter, and three window screens) in total to be in the amount of $70,243.70. American Pride was unable to reach an agreement with the insurance company as the insurance was ultimately willing to pay out a total of $44,540.38. After seven months of failed negotiations between the insurance company and Mr. Harrington, we the clients, elected to terminate the contract. American Pride's contract states that, "This agreement does not obligate the customer or contractor in any way unless contractor accepts the scope and price offered by the insurer." Mr. Harrington does have a clause in the contract that states "If this agreement is cancelled by Customer without legal right to do so prior to the start of Work, Contractor shall be entitled to, as liquidated damages and as not penalty, its actual cost incurred, including restocking charges, plus 25% of the Agreement price. After work has begun, Customer is responsible for the entire Agreement price." After receiving the notice of cancellation, Mr. Harrington claims that, we the customer are now required to pay an additional $4,517.46 which together with the previous payment of $11,242.58. would equal 25% of the total project cost of $70,243.70. This amount is just to terminate the contract. At no time was an agreement ever accepted between American Pride and the insurance company. At no time were materials purchased to complete the project. The project cost of $70,243.70 never existed other than in Mr. Harrington's imagination and would never have been agreed upon by Mr. Harrington and the insurance company. We as the clients were within our legal rights (explicitly according to Mr. Harrington's own contract) to terminate. According to Mr. Harrington the cost he put in for the project in total at that point in time was $800.00. At the time of cancellation, an offer was made to Mr. Harrington that we the clients would pay the total cost of the project thus far, plus additional cost for the failed efforts in negotiating with the insurance company. What Mr. Harrington has done is an egregious theft and because of the way the system works, there is nothing we can do other than choosing to spend thousands of more dollars to sue Mr. Harrington and his company American Pride. Here we are, a year from the time of entering into the contract and Mr. Harrington has yet to return any of the stolen $11,242.58. We write this to warn others of the deceptive tactics of Mr. Harrington and his company. It is our opinion that what he has done is unconscionable. Since terminating the contract, the repairs have been completed by another company at the agreed-upon price of the insurance company as previously stated. We, the customers, are of the opinion that Mr. Harrington is avaricious and was ultimately only looking to max out his personal bottom line other than reaching a fair and timely agreement with the insurance company. Attempting business with Mr. Harrington and American Pride was the biggest mistake we've ever made. I hope he can sleep at night knowing he's lined his pockets with the money of two hardworking individuals with young children.

I highly recommend everyone stay away from TCR. TL;DR several roofing installation mistakes made,…read moresevere lack of communication from TCR throughout the entire process, and I was asked to write a review before work even began - red flag. After getting roof replacement quotes from 5 different companies, I decided to go with the second to cheapest option - which was Twin City Roofing. And of course, I got what I paid for. The problems began after I signed the quote and handed over the deposit check. I live next to a day care and young children play outside all of the time. Paul, the project manager that was working with me, suggested they perform all of the work on the 4th of July week since kids likely wouldn't be at the day care then. I arranged with my neighbor to not have kids there that week. A few weeks go by and I didn't hear from Paul or anyone else at TCR. The Friday before the 4th of July week, I reached out to Paul to find out when they would be coming and he said "Next week I believe". Then on Monday when no one arrived, I reached out to Paul again. He responded by saying he was on vacation and that Robert P. in the production office could help. I reached out to Robert and he said "I can tell you it won't be this week." Obviously I was unhappy that the roof wasn't going to be replaced that week but I was more upset with the lack of communication throughout the process. It should not be on the client to have to contact the company multiple times to try to get answers. Nonetheless, when the roofers came to replace the roof on my house, garage and shed, they came unannounced. The concerning issues came from work on the roofs. The shingles on the ridge of my shed transitioned from shingles that are meant to be put on ridges to what look like starter shingles. It is very obvious this is not correct. And on my garage, there is a full 15" of a starter shingle that is literally just hanging from the edge of my roof. How did this get missed?? And the biggest issue is with the flat roofs on my house. I asked all of the appropriate questions to Paul from the outset to make sure that there would be grading on the flat roofs such that all of the water would flow to the spout and drain. Alas, a few days after the work was complete, we got our first rain storm and I saw water pooling along the edges of the flat roof and heavy pooling in one corner. I contacted TCR on July 14th and sent pictures of all of these issues. I didn't get a response so I sent a second email on 7/20. I finally got a response from Tyler and he asked me when would be a good time the following day for him to check out my issues. I responded with a time in the morning. I then didn't hear back from him and he did not show up the next day. I was later contacted by Robert and he said he was working on a game plan on getting my issues addressed. Five days later (7/26), he sent another email saying he would have a game plan the following day and he would let me know. As you can imagine, I did not hear from him on 7/27. I emailed Robert again on 7/28 with no response. Finally on 8/9, Tyler came out to my house to take pictures of my concerns. He agreed that all of them need to be addressed. He said he would let me know soon what the next steps would be. I have not heard from him since. I emailed Robert on 8/16 telling him Tyler came out to my house and that I was looking for more information when the fixes can occur. I have not heard from TCR since - at all. I should have known from the get go something was off because after I gave Paul the deposit check, he asked me to write a good review of his efforts to boost the company. I was certainly not going to write a review for services that had not yet begun. If you do go with TCR, make sure to pay as little as possible up front so they have to come back and fix issues before they get their full payment.

The crews showed up without warning three times, which is dangerous and disruptive for my tenants. They attached my gutters to rotten wood that was supposed to be replaced and left the gutter guards with space so debris can get in. I have never felt so helpless and trapped in a contract with a company that does not communicate about what is to come, what has happened, and what will be. I am not certain or confident that the work has been finished and finished well. They really broke my trust. The stress, anger, and fear that I have felt for the past six months cold never be worth the price.
