I can't recommend or thank them enough, your home is in good hands with eRoof. Here's our experience. eRoof did a full replacement of our flat/low pitch roof late in the fall after we noticed some leaking. As we decided to replace it out of our own pockets, we wanted to be sure the company we chose for our project was perfect for the job. Their pricing is very competitive and the conversations and planning we did with Tyler made eRoof be our first choice. They completed our roof replacement very quickly and the cleanup was great. It not only looks wonderful but no more leaking and they replaced some rotted wood while they were at it. Come spring when the snow melted, we noticed the drainage from our new roof was not going to work long term. We contacted Tyler at eRoof, he listened to our concerns, came up with a solution and made sure we were 100% satisfied with our product even months after the job was completed. This company stands behind their product and their commitment to making sure their customers are top priority. This is the kind of company you want to hire when the integrity of your home is on the line. Thank you again to everyone at eRoof, 10/10 would recommend to anyone!

He and the team at eRoof were very supportive throughout the entire project, thoroughly explaining everything and efficiently getting the project completed. I have nothing but great things to say about the process and final product with eRoof. In fact, a neighbor of mine also commented on how professional and respectful the team was while working on the roof, they cleaned up incredibly well, no stray nails or waste.

He quickly said the damage was significant, and made the insurance claim sound like a slam dunk. I signed up with Buildtec that day (big mistake for me). State Farm denied the claim and Luke said he would work to get everything resolved. After he said that, Luke and Buildtec ghosted me. After weeks of no communication, Luke finally told me we were waiting on an "acknowledgement" that was not in fact pending with State Farm (I checked). After doing my own research, I told Luke to request a second inspection, which he agreed with me on, but then never acted. Luke then told me we needed to tell State Farm Claims the "magic words." Obviously, he didn't know the "magic words" since again, nothing happened. My sense was that State Farm Claims knew Luke didn't know what he was doing so they made the smart decision to kick it back on Buildtec, knowing that they had no answers. I finally started to receive excuses from Luke once I repeatedly complained to my referring insurance agency. The whole ordeal was embarrassing from a professional level. I'm shocked I never heard from Adam (the owner) to apologize for this mess. That wouldn't fix the mistakes but would have gone a long way in showing that Buildtec cared about its customers. I also had multiple other contractors out to look at my roof. They had a very different opinion than Luke (not to mention his estimate was beyond ridiculous, although I understand the game). The only thing I got out of this was having to politely chuckle at Luke's joke to the claims department when we filed the claim "Hanson spelled the right way [wait for their response], s-o-n." I should have known at that point that he had no idea what he was doing. Don't fall into the trap like I did.

Then when we had a rain storm with strong winds the kitchen window leaked across the top of the frame requiring towls to soak up the water. When installation day came they installed a door with a crack and then failed to order a window. This meant I had a gaping hole in what would be my back door throughout winter. It was covered by plywood meaning I only had my front door for nearly 2 months the. Once the door was properly installed they failed to install a keyed-lock. Now I have access to 2 exits but could not enter through my back door since the only way to lock it was from the inside. The lock took another 3 months and this meant I went without a functioning back door for nearly 6 months. Then once installed they put in the wrong trim meaning another rescheduled date which also meant another day I had to either take off work or beg my boss to work from home. Anderson agreed to compensate me $1500 for the inconvenience which is laughable. I was told I would receive this within 2 weeks on April 23rd. Today, when I didn't receive it I contacted Anderson and they said they hadn't processed it until May 5th and it would be another 2-4 weeks to receive the check. I regret going with Anderson. They have been difficult from start to finish. For a nearly $60,000 contract, $1500 compensation does not reflect the inconvenience they have caused. Do NOT go with Anderson Windows.
