Green Guard replaced siding and wrapped all of the trim on our old garage and did excellent finish work. On an old barn, they replaced the entire roof and underlay, as well as wrapping the trim. They also repaired the roof of our home. We were very impressed with their cleanup after leaving the site, as minimal debris was left behind, despite the large amount of materials that they removed. The representatives were quick to bring us samples and return communications. They kept the project running smoothly from start to finish, and kept us on track with insurance processes. If you are a busy person looking for a company that keeps in touch while working on your home, we recommend their supportive services in what can become a time-consuming process when dealing with insurance companies. They went above and beyond to ensure we were taken care of. Highly recommended.

I woke up to a slight drip in my dining room and did some investigation myself in my attic but wanted a professional opinion. I called first thing and the scheduling coordinator immediately got me on the books with Roshay for a consult later that same morning. Roshay stopped by, reviewed my pictures and quickly hopped up on my roof to do some investigating. Turns out - no repair was needed, just some water coming in through a vent due to some heavy, heavy rain. Roshay explained everything fully to me and gave me great peace of mind that things should be OK. If water starts leaking in again, 22nd Century Roofing will be my first and only call. I can't recommend them enough!

While this was always going to be a pricey job, the money was well spent - my house looks fantastic! I would wholeheartedly recommend 22CR to anyone (and already have - a friend of mine used 22CR for his fascia and soffits and was very happy with the results too).

I thought my house was outside of the hail damage area, but another neighbor 6 blocks from me had turned in a successful claim for hail damage from that storm. To my untrained eye, I saw no damage on my roof whatsoever, but thought it might be a good idea to have someone inspect my roof just in case. I am very glad I worked with Brandon Turner, and I was greatly impressed with him and All Around. First off, Brandon spent over an hour inspecting and documenting my entire roof. Then he took the time to show me and explain to me what he had found (and there was a lot). I couldn't believe the amount of damage that I had missed, but that Brandon saw clearly and properly documented. Unlike many other roofing vendors, he wasn't pushy at all but just the opposite. He was patient with me, he took the time to explain things to me, and then let me make the decision of what was the right decision for me. I was very impressed with the level of detail he took to document the damage done to my roof. I then turned it in as a claim to my insurance company and Brandon and All Around took care of everything else! Brandon and All Around did all the work and communications with my insurance company. Then they installed a high quality and great looking roof with the extras we wanted (vented roof-cap, lifetime shingles, etc.). Also impressive was how fast they got the roof installed once they started working on it. The roof looks great! Brandon was very responsive, and either picked up on the first ring when I called him, or returned my call within an hour if I ever hit his voice mail. I ended up getting an entire new roof, 100% paid by insurance (less my deductible). All Around did all the negotiating with the insurance company. I also paid no up charges, no hidden fees, no junk fees, etc. at all by All Around. They did what they said they were going to do, for the price agreed upon, and they did a great job of it. They also did an EXCELLENT job cleaning up afterward (better than I had expected). I was so happy with my roof that I referred my mother-in-law to Brandon and All Around and they did her roof. Now she rants and raves about how nice her roof looks and how nice a guy Brandon is. If you're looking for a good, professional, local, established company that will do a great job and at the agreed upon price, you should work with Brandon Turner and All Around. You'll be happy you did.

Never the less John came out with samples and we discussed two major buildings several roof types but selected a 35 y high end shingle. Not the cheap ones made in Shakopee you find allot here (I know them from seperates enterprise Atlas is not being quoted here). John was $12.5k under the last 2 companies I tried, both of whom flaked out and didn't start working or ever returned calls again. [Ai says this was in the normal price range but on the very fair side]. Come spring John called me first too give me heads up on temps , schedule and wait list, we had a few weather issues in the way. He came back we talked about some side jobs I didn't expect he would cover including; a shed, siding, missing soffets leading too drip rails falling off, and wood rotting. He added it for a few hundred and truthfully his crew actually did a lil extra gratas. They also upgraded all vents as well as adding one [mine were new but the plastic kind rodents can break into but no longer]. Come warmer weather this spring they got here an did the sidejobs the day before, then attacked roof , then by noon it was done. Took about 5 hours the crew covered everything by house, minded robot mower and cleaned the debris up including nails with magnetic roller sweeps. Communication has been been a high point here I simply wrote a check afterwards n it was done. Other firms I tried wanted allot more money, non compete, and 6 month commitment contracts. Plus were high pressure [ then of course never showed again]. At that point I decided Id ask for referrals an got Atlas. Afterwards I'm told too expect an inspector too double check it, then if there's a problem call any time. I have actually but only too get referrals on some tricky unrelated jobs involving river landscaping not because of any issues with the work. Good old fashioned net working. So basically I recommend Atlas for : -Communication/professionalism -Timeliness -Speed -Thoroughness -Value -Simplicity/no pressure dealing -Cleanup/protection -A mindfulness of proper conditions too adhear shingles under, he could clearly do more work but wouldn't unless conditions were correct. This speaks too me of someone who cares about reputation and quality over quantity. So I say proceed here with out qualms or doubts. Plus he's a nice guy with a friendly crew too work with. Ps. I normally don't leave reviews unless I feel it's warranted, I write them for compensation and do product testing so they are work. Doing it for free on Yelp is it's own statement. Naturally people don't know this beforehand, and they didn't ask for one

While the company did perform the repairs at no charge, the repeated problems point to either poor workmanship or defective materials from the original installation. At this point, our larger concern is the lack of communication and accountability. Despite multiple calls and emails requesting a long-term solution, the company has stopped responding entirely. A roof is a major investment, and homeowners should be able to trust both the quality of the work and the professionalism of the company standing behind it. Unfortunately, based on our experience, I would not recommend this company due to the ongoing workmanship concerns and poor communication.

Renda is the specialist I've been searching for. I have been trying to deal with a leaking roof as…read morebest I can, and I have been dealing with a hostile insurance company for about 3 months now that has intentionally made the process as complicated as possible so it's easier to deny people in need. A big roofing company tried to help me but quit on my family halfway through, I guess the insurance company was too much for them? I felt alone and tried to find someone else to help, someone who might know a way to win. I remembered her signs in my neighborhood and hoped maybe she was different because her style feels earnest, honest, and like someone trying to grab the American dream of making it their own way. When Renda and I were first texting about her taking over my claim I was quiet about my reservations as I was aware I was jaded and hurt by those who came before her promising us the same kind of care but I have been blown away and regret any doubts I ever had of finding an insurance specialist who could actually get insurance to pay like they're supposed to. Whereas others just promised me the water would stop coming in and they were there for us, Renda actually did everything. Every promise made was kept, and our roofing emergency was resolved and fixed in less than a couple weeks of taking over my claim. Renda actually got insurance to pay out on our claim, and we're in a much safer spot because of her and the local teams she works with. When she says she is all about teamwork she forgot to add the absolute depth of skill of those on her team. Nobody else even wanted to try to get done what her team got done in like not even two hours. When she says she's an insurance specialist, she truly means it. It was only after we secured Renda's services that we were able to get a claim approved. For the first time I actually felt like I was on a team trying to get my home taken care of instead of desperately trying to discern the behind-the-scene's nightmare machinations that is the insurance process on my own or trusting people who said they would stand by us and then fled with an "okey-dokey" the moment insurance said 'no' like Tommy Boy before he got his courage. I still can't believe she and her team finished inside of a couple hours and my roof looks better than ever. I have been waking up at 2am to make sure the tarp I had to put up was still there as my insurance sent a sub-par contractor to put a terrible excuse of a patch up but thanks to Renda I have hope I might actually be able to sleep through the night this evening. This whole ordeal was so overwhelming and so excruciatingly long and so taxing on my mind that when I saw my roof I wept with relief. I truly feel I only got this done because of Renda, and that Renda is the only reason we didn't eventually lose our home to insurances cruelty. I regret not calling her first.
