When I asked him what company it was with, he said "Pro Roofing & Inspections". I scheduled the appointment for 8/21/2023 (only to find out what company was behind this intrusive call). He called me back from a different # on 8/19/23 to confirm the appointment and then. A couple hours later, I received a text message (from a totally different #) reminder of the appointment. At no time did I agree to receive text messages. None of the 3 different phone numbers were able to be called back. On 8/21/2023, "PJ" from Earth Friendly Builders LLC showed up at my door with his son (I have the encounter on video). I explained to him that I did not need a roof inspection and inquired about the call. He told me they had a call center that calls residents in storm areas to set appointments for their roofers. My phone number has been on the National Do Not call Registry since 2006 and it is unlawful to call my wireless # without my consent. This company is breaking the law in order to gain customers! I would not recommend using this company, or any other company, that disregards the laws set forth to protect the consumers that they claim to be trying to help. I also encourage everyone to report this company to the regulating authorities! To date, this company has chosen to ignore this issue.

Once again, they deliver on what they promised. This is the "old fashioned customer service" that so many of us pine for.

Communication was top notch and installation was done over 2 days while I was at work, which limited interruptions to my day.

DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY!!!…read more we hired Krech because of what the salesman said would be provided and the quality of workmanship he spoke of. Our project should have been finished by now, but they're still outside working. The. "crew" is just two guys and they can't be any slower. They should have been finished already and they still have three sides of our house to go. The workmanship is inept. I'm no expert, but I know that gaps in the boards, using a hammer for nailing and leaving dents in the siding, making horrible open at the edges and more. I have yet to go out and see if the boards are even level. On some sections looking underneath there's a half inch gap between boards. They're just not nailed tight to the edge. A whole second set of problems is their utter lack of respect for our property. When the salesman was out, I carefully said that all of the landscaping around the house is valuable in terms of the hours and dollars that I have spent on it. I was assured that all of it would be protected. The first day of the project when my husband and I met with the crew and the manager I also said I just need to make clear that my plants are very important and I need you to take care to not harm them. They all agree agreed they would comply. I can't tell you how many further conversations I have had with the crew, with the project manager, and with the sales guy who we made the deal with. They Just threw their ladders on my bleeding hearts, four days in a row after each day of me telling them it was not OK. I even put sparkling garland around the most plant in case they were blind to see where it was. The next day they the garland aside and threw the on again. The project manager came out with some plywood sheets for them to lean so that the plants would be and what they did was put the plywood sheets on the and then throw their tarps over my plants to smash them. One time I tried to talk to the crew about the multiple issues that I found, and the guy just looked at me dumbfounded and said everything's fine. Everything's fine. And I said it definitely is not. I was not expecting them to be nailing into our roof shingles for all over our roof. one place they actually tore up a shingle to massively hammer something in and the shingle is just destroyed. I looked up how hammering (which the manager said should be screwed) should be correctly repaired. Roof cement is what should be used and they were using white on our dark gray roof. My guess is that by the time they finally finish we will have at least 24 to 30 of our roof with massive hammer nailing. I just learned that they were supposed to have a phase building inspection for someone to come out from the city and look at all the wrap on the house. That never happened and I had significant concerns about the underpayment and they just said no don't worry about it. It'll be fine once we tape it all up. I have an inspector scheduled to come out the next business day and we'll go from there.
