We recently contracted with Trinity Exteriors to replace our leaking 20-year old gutters and downspouts. Trinity did a fabulous job. Their crew explained everything they would be doing. As they were attaching the gutters and downspouts I noticed that the installer was wiping down the sections with a rag to make sure they were clean, indicating a focus on the details. I also noticed the installers were using a small level in the gutter to ensure the proper pitch before attaching the gutter to the house. The clean up after installation left my property spotless. No screws, aluminum shards or shingle pebbles. Needless to say, Trinity Exteriors has earned my highest endorsement. read more

This rating is specific to Trinity Exterior's customer service. I had a very unpleasant experience with one of their roof installers when they were onsite at my home in April 2019. I don't feel comfortable sharing the specific details of the interaction, but I will say it involved a very racially inappropriate comment. I was appalled by the fact that I paid over $13k for a new roof, was insulted on my property, and Trinity's customer service could not even give me an apology (which was all I wanted). Instead, they justified what the installer said to me and refused to provide any future onboarding education or training to their workers to prevent this from happening in the future. It also took them two weeks to respond to the complaint that I filed. We need some additional work done with our eaves and gutters but will be looking elsewhere. read more

I have used Trinity for 3 projects. 2 times for siding and once for a new roof. The siding work has been very good but the roofing job is a mess and the customer service has been horrendous. My carport ceiling sustained a lot of damage. Their idea of a fix was to cut the sharp part of the nails off and dab paint on it. Then there is my wavy roof and bent shingles. I have lost track of how many times I've asked someone to come look at it. I've been told at least 4 times that someone would. No one has followed through. I'm tired of asking. Also, the salesperson stated that they would be so clean that I would never know they'd been here. It was one of the reasons that I hired them again after the first project. The roof was done last fall. I'm still picking up garbage. I was despondent over the mess left behind. Trinity has a good reputation. Something tells me that they no longer feel the need to protect it. read more

Trinity Exteriors was a real advocate for the storm damage from a storm last fall. A stone chimney was replaced, along with the roof, gutters and downspouts, and repaired a damaged deck. They made custom flashing for the boards supporting the gutters, sealing them permanently. Ted came out after a hail storm (I set up the appointment, it wasn't just an ambulance chaser thing) and met with my adjuster to help me get a new roof and gutters. They showed up on time, worked very hard in high heat without a complaint, came back when I decided to change a downspout and didn't even charge me. They also replaced some soffit and facia. I can't review their work but their service was great! They showed up on time for an estimate, did an inspection and followed up to give me the results. PLUS, they were honest and said our siding wasn't bad enough to require a full replacement. They​ are not currently doing smaller repairs, but I really respected their diligence in making their report and helping out. We selected Trinity Exteriors to repair our home after the hail storm on June 11th, 2017 in Blaine. We needed a new roof, windows, siding and gutters. They did an incredible job and everyone was extremely friendly and professional. They were always very responsive when we called or emailed and quick to address any concerns we had during the repairs. This even occurred during the lack of labor many other contractors experienced in the same time period. We started a project 10/2017 for a new roof, gutters, and sky lights. After being bumped to the next year because of storms, understandably. It is now March and we have received no communication after reaching out to them numerous times. We haven't been given a final plan, nor have we been given a date for installation. I would avoid them at all cost! The salesperson was great...at first. We received three bids from three different companies and Trinity was the highest. We went with them because the salesperson convinced us of their customer service and project management. We signed the contract on June 5th to have our roof replaced, house trim painted, and gaps between the roof and siding replaced. We were told it would take two days to finish. We paid half the deposit when we signed the contract. One week passed... Two weeks passed... No phone call from Trinity. I finally followed up. Several back and forth phone calls later, we had a start date. The project went from two days, to several days. The workers created scrapes on the side of the house and on the deck. Materials were left in the lawn which caused the grass to die. Several of our plants were trampled on. After several days, the roof got down and some of the gaps were replaced...but the trim never got painted. Skip three months ahead, after several promises from Trinity and threats of our lawyer getting involved, the trim was painted. We had to ask multiple times for them to fix their shotty work. I think the thing that is most frustrating is that I was kind and gracefilled throughout the process. I was very understanding and made sure to communicate that...I felt like I got taken advantage of. If we could do it all over again, we would not have gone with them. It felt like a bait and switch; charming up front with HORRIBLE follow through. read more
