Andrew and team replaced 5 windows and 2 patio doors at our house with Marvin Elevate. Window replacement is a big expense, we got 5 bids from different companies for our project. We trusted Andrew, and his team the most. His bid was the most comprehensive and included line items for all the work they would complete, including finishing the trim around the windows. Many of the other companies we had bid the project gave us a high level quote that did not include any finish work. Of all the companies we worked with, we trusted Andrew the most. Andrew and team delivered beyond expectations. The windows were installed efficiently, the finishing trim work looks wonderful, and the job site was spotless after each day. We have old vinyl siding around the windows, and they were able to remove, and reinstall it without breaking the brittle siding. Do yourself a favor, and hire Andrew and his team. They are true craftsmen, pay attention to the little details, and don't rush through the install. Andrew and his team were great to work with. We replaced Eight windows including several large windows. The windows were being done in the middle of winter and we were able to easily coordinate a time that worked to install during a Minnesota winter. I won't claim to to know much about window installation, but the new windows look great inside and outside, and from what I can tell they did a great job installing them. I've read that the quality of the window installer matters more than the quality of the window (better to have a cheap window installed well than a high quality window installed poorly). With Andrew's team, I feel like we got a high quality windows, installed well, at a reasonable price. They also laid down mats to avoid making a mess in the house and cleaned up both inside and outside after installing the windows. If/when we do the rest of the windows, I plan to work with Discount Windows again. read more

We got 4 other quotes, including another one for the Sunrise windows that we purchased. Discount Windows had the most competitive pricing, but beyond that, Andrew was accessible and responsive throughout the process without putting pressure on us. Discount Windows of Eden Prairie is an excellent company. Andrew the owner and salesman listened attentively to my window concerns in replacing my sunroom windows. He assessed the windows, presented suggestions for remediation, and offered a fair price for the work to be accomplished. The installers, Sergey, Andrew, and Andrew Junior, worked diligently and skillfully. Rarely have I witnessed such hard working men. Andrew and his team did an incredible job. The prices are incredibly reasonable, especially given the quality of the windows. Andrew has a range of windows to choose from, which I appreciated because I did not have a huge budget available and wanted quality windows, but did not need top of the line ones. He has his own team that installs the windows and they are fantastic. I had 17 windows replaced over 2 years and they did an excellent job on every one. Also, Andrew is super responsive. He would return my calls within one to 2 hours and always kept me updated on when windows were scheduled to arrived. Lots of contractors handle just one brand & Anderson or Marvin are two of the most popular. We already had Sunrise Windows installed by another contractor years ago & were told recently I'd chosen well. Andrew came over made his recommendation for our new patio door in a friendly & professional manner.
