I called Glass Resolution to replace the glass of a window with a spreading crack that I was imagining could shatter, leaving me unprotected from Minnesota winter coming into the house. The man who came over, I assume Vlad based on the other reviews and his Slavic/Russian accent, gave me a super reasonable quote (lower than I expected) and insisted on explaining to me all sorts of things about the window quality and other small details that I wasn't interested in, but appreciated. He wasn't at all pushy, rather encouraged me to call other companies to see if they could make the service more perfect (he said that with my window having been custom made, there were certain parts of it that could not be exactly duplicated by him but maybe others could). I said no, book it! He came when he said he would, did the work quickly, covered the window hole with paper so my house didn't get cold while the window was out, and the result looks great. Replaced glass on old double pane Andersen window and on old basement window. The Andersen window glass replacement was not a simple project, and he did a great job. I am so impressed by Vlad's work ethics at Glass Resolution. He is very helpful, informative, easy going, on time and honest. Really? Is this possible in this day and age? Yes! In fact, he showed more interest and cared more for how well the work was done than I did and, I am not an easy going guy myself by any mean. We decided to have some friends over for dinner a few weeks back. When they came over, our German Shepherd got overly excited and knocked a metal lamp over into our window and broke it (quite a bummer considering it was December).
