I was willing to pay extra because the salesman convinced me that Pella cared about their customers and would fix any issues I might have but that has not been true. The caulking on my windows looks terrible less than 2 years after install and I believe that the installer used the wrong caulking. I have reached out to the salesman about this and he agreed that the caulking looked bad, but then he stopped responding to me and then said this is not covered under warranty. The warranty clearly says that workmanship is covered but Pella is refusing to honor that and fix the issue they made. I will not be using Pella again.

The eRoof bid was also in-line with other bids we had received to do the work. At the same time, we decided to upgrade our gutter system, which was the original one from 1959. The new system we chose included a cover to eliminate the need for gutter cleaning. We also needed to fix our chimney cap, which was falling apart in large chunks. eRoof also gave us competitive pricing for both projects and integrated that work into the overall work plan. The chimney cap replacement was completed first. That work began on a Monday and was finished the next day. The roof replacement happened on Friday, and the gutter system was hung the following Monday. All of the work was completed in an 8-day span. Throughout the process, Garret H. worked closely with our insurance adjuster to ensure that the new roof system met the current code requirements, with the insurance company agreeing to pay for the additional underlayment called for in the code regulations.
