The caulking on my windows looks terrible less than 2 years after install and I believe that the installer used the wrong caulking. I have reached out to the salesman about this and he agreed that the caulking looked bad, but then he stopped responding to me and then said this is not covered under warranty. The warranty clearly says that workmanship is covered but Pella is refusing to honor that and fix the issue they made. I will not be using Pella again.

They are vintage amber colored pieces of glass. We have a friend who blows glass who told us we were screwed and that no one would be able to match the color or replicate what we have (note to self never listen to them again lol). After inquiring with hopkins glass and shower they said they'd be happy to help. We made the measurements and sent them over, they then said we could also bring in the broken pieces so they could make sure they got the right color and thickness/edge shape as well as dispose of the broken pieces for us. It was a two week turn around time and the price was extremely reasonable, much lower than we expected. The piece looks amazing and matches our table PERFECTLY!! We are so happy and highly recommend. They replaced 12 picture windows in a 1950's house, which required quite a bit of interior trim. I had to wait a number of weeks for the windows to be fabricated. Once they were built, they scheduled installation and everything went right on schedule and was done in a day and a half. The interior trim did need some caulking but I did that, and painted the trim myself to match the rest of my interior. The outside colors coordinate well with my house colors. 100% would recommend this company and may use again for more windows.
