The man who came over, I assume Vlad based on the other reviews and his Slavic/Russian accent, gave me a super reasonable quote (lower than I expected) and insisted on explaining to me all sorts of things about the window quality and other small details that I wasn't interested in, but appreciated. He wasn't at all pushy, rather encouraged me to call other companies to see if they could make the service more perfect (he said that with my window having been custom made, there were certain parts of it that could not be exactly duplicated by him but maybe others could). I said no, book it! He came when he said he would, did the work quickly, covered the window hole with paper so my house didn't get cold while the window was out, and the result looks great. I highly recommend Vlad or whoever he was--like others said, he's honest, direct, hard-working, efficient, informative, and inexpensive.

However within 5 months of install, the door is slipping off of the hinge. I emailed the owner (Cort) and again, he responded immediately to say it was an easy fix and he'd be available the next afternoon to fix it. After responding to give him my schedule, I heard nothing from him until 3 weeks later when the door had slipped even further, crashed into the other glass piece and broke. I immediately called him, he called back, apologized for forgetting to come 3 weeks back and that he'd be out the next morning to do 2 things - put the door back where it was supposed to go and to re-measure so he could reorder the door at his cost. Once again, he never showed up. Here I am nearly 8 weeks later with a shower I cannot use and no response from Cort even after multiple emails and voice mails. When choosing this company, I got 6 bids. I threw away the high and low and reevaluated those in the middle. I chose Signature Glass MN and Cort because he was attentive and seemed to understand my vision. I guess the part of my vision he didn't understand was that I have a glass door that actually works so I can use the shower! Buyer beware!
