You can request the service elevator or make reservations to use it for a block of time. Empire door and glass refused to use the service elevator reserved for them. Empire Door and glass told me they didn't have time to wait for the service elevator, they completely filled the private elevator with heavy duty steel balcony sliding doors and a pair of 4 foot by 4 foot windows. So they choose to take another elevator besides the one reserved for them. This caused other people to wait for yet another elevator, but also is dangerous and reckless behavior that damaged the unprotected elevator. The employees were rude, and surprised I even got into the private elevator with them, as if it was theirs. Rude and unprofessional on the job, I would highly recommend you find another company for your door and window needs as this company does not appreciate the space they are working in, or the rules that apply. This makes me concerned about the quality of work, and other shortcuts they probably make. An extremely unprofessional experience. Another concern was they wore no uniform. Old jeans and dirty boots. Then to make things worse, instead of using the loading dock they brought these items through the front lobby, and front entrance to load them into a pick up and a van parked illegally in a no parking zone in front of the fire station, blocking any emergency vehicles such as an ambulance, or several fire trucks from exiting, blocking access. Unbelievable ignorance and arrogance with poor judgement does make this company your worst option. Disregarding rules on premise, as well as the no parking zone, but also blocking emergency vehicles from exiting is just the third strike. There are many better companies you could use. I wish everyone a better experience than we had, good luck.

We live in a wooded area, and at some point a branch had damaged part of a 28 foot section of the gutters, bending the gutter and gutter guard which keeps debris out. I noticed this when clearing leaves and debris off the roof. I gave them a call, hoping that I could get by with just replacing this one section. One of their guys came out (forget the name), started inspecting flashing and other things and I started to dread the list of all the wrong things he was going to find. After a few minutes, he told me that everything else looks good, and that he could straighten the gutter, straighten the guard, and secure it better. He did this.. took maybe total of 20 minutes. When I asked what the cost was, he told me no charge. Cannot even tell that the gutter had been damaged. Can't get better service and care than that. Highly recommended
