We were really scared. I called Incline and they put me in touch with Pete, who is the nicest young man. He is so fast with communication - he responds within a couple of hours via email. He came right over, measured and gave me an immediate estimate - all the while telling me that he didn't think him installing gutters would fix the issue. I mean, he could have just sold me gutters, but they're HONEST people. So I ended up buying the gutters because I'd tried everything else, and they were very reasonably priced. Fast installation, and my husband just looked at them - they installed gutter guards without us even requesting them! That was such a nice surprise. So I had them out again to see if they could troubleshoot the leak. Within 10 minutes, the guy seemed to isolate the issue and made a recommendation. My husband just fixed it and the leak stopped. So Incline saved us a ton of trouble and money by just being good guys. Finally, I cross a dangerous intersection with my children everyday which is near their business. They're the most considerate drivers, and always pause to look for pedestrians in the crosswalk. I know that might be a silly thing to point out, but their attention to safety is important. They didn't follow up, i had to call them to try to get a price, and when i did get a hold of them they forgot about my bid, then just gave me oral guess 2500-3800K for my project and then call me back later the same day to give me another oral guesstimate of 6500-7000 K for roof repairs. They seemed unorganized, lazy, and didn't want to do my project. It would've been better if they declined early instead of wasting my time and theirs.
