I had been on the fence about making an insurance claim for hail damage from a recent storm, but wasn't sure I wanted to deal with the hassle, not feeling confident we would qualify. Throughout the process, State Farm was reluctant to provide full coverage, creating numerous obstacles and delays. When we were finally approved, it was near the end of the season, but despite the tight timeline due to State Farm's delays, Dane worked diligently to ensure we were squeezed into the schedule. The color scheme we wanted was out of stock by that time of the season and other similar ones were pricer, but Dane took the initiative to locate other brands that fit our needs and budget. I was referred to Liberte Construction by a lot of my neighbors who where also working with them. I called the number on the yard signs and they picked up right away, I was able to schedule an inspection same day!! they came by and did a full assessment of my property and photo documented everything. They showed my husband and I all of the damages caused by the storm and explained everything in great detail. They took us step by step though the whole process and communicated with us and our insurance company to make sure we where all on the same page and things moved along quickly(which I appreciate because in the past with a different construction company we were always kept in the dark). They came here 30 minutes early before the scheduled meeting time with insurance and kept us informed of what was happening the whole time. They even set up the ladder for the insurance adjuster who seemed to have great rapport with them. Highly recommend this company & so do the rest of our neighbors! We now have a brand new roof, all new siding, fascia, gutters and windows. We had Liberte Construction out to replace my roof this summer after a close up inspection revealed hail damage. They originally stopped by after working elsewhere in our neighborhood and noticing that my original roof had known defective shingles, which we also figured for many years after we moved in, but hadn't yet replaced. Anyway, after working through the insurance claim with my insurance company adjuster and the Liberte supplement team, Liberte agreed to complete the work for the depreciated amount my policy covered plus my homeowner's contribution to the cost. Once the costs and terms were agreed upon and the contract written, Liberte was on site within a week and completed the one-day replacement. Overall, excellent quality and a professional organization. My only hesitation giving a 5 star review is the time to complete the final billing and project close out - 5 months after the roof was replaced; but did include a few backs-and-forth with my insurance company that contributed to that time and was out of their control. Liberte construction did my neighbors roof and it looked great - I gave Liberte a call and Dan Singleton came to my house and inspected my roof. He found there were some shingles missing from wind damage and hail damage to the siding. We called USAA to file a claim and Dan met with the insurance adjuster on the property. Originally insurance only wanted to cover the repairs to the damaged shingles - that's when Dan went bat for me. He was able to get the whole roof approved and paid for by insurance. Additionally, during the job they discovered there was space decking and the roof was not to code, Dan was able to get all the additional wood (several thousand dollars) approved and covered as well. Liberte also had the expertise to fix some siding damage for me under a separate contract which was very convenient. I'd definitely recommend Liberte construction! read more

Last year, we were hit with a bad storm and hail damage around my area. With good faith, I called my insurance to come over and check on it two times and every time they denied any storm and hail damage on my roof, whereas, all my neighbors roofs were approved by their own individual insurance company and starting to work on their roofs and other damages as well. And I was there left with so much frustration, and felt cheated from my insurance company, although I was there loyal customer for many years. I got a contact from a roof inspector who came over a couple days after speaking with him on the phone. Sure enough there was damage from a hail storm. David put me in contact with Dan Singleton who set up the time when the crew would be here and to make sure all the T's were crossed and I's were dotted! He was great to work with and anytime I had a question was always available by phone or text. The crew did an excellent job on the shingle replacement and all flashing and vents needing replaced. Dan from Liberte Construction came through for us when we were under a time crunch to sell our home and needed to replace the roof after a hail storm. He sat down with us and walked us through everything, and later met us at our house with shingles samples an additional time for the new homeowner to feel comfortable with the color and the work to be completed. We also had them paint some hail areas on the cedar siding as well. Working around some rain days, they were able to get the job done on time, and the roof looks great! We found Liberte Construction online to help assess roof damage. We didn't know of this company so we were apprehensive. Turns out is was the right company to call - they found storm we had no awareness; did all the communication with the insurance company and competed a $70,000 siding, roofing, gutters and garage doors. That was in 2018. When I call Liberty back with a roofing concern September 2025, we were very pleasantly surprised! Dave did a great job working with my insurance company. He was very thorough with the initial inspection to make sure all necessary repairs were included in the claim. Recently had my roof replaced and I must say the customer service from beginning to end was fantastic. Worked with Dane last summer at which point I was initially denied by insurance however Dane was confident in his inspection and put in the extra work working with my insurance to team to ensure as a consumer I got what I paid for. He always made sure I knew what was going on in the process and educated me on topics that I otherwise would not have known being I have never had a roof replaced. Had them out after a couple hailstorms had done damage to our roof. Quick and accurate description of the damage. Then estimate quick to follow. They were very responsive to my insurance company and very thorough in their paperwork. once insurance approved everything, they were quick to schedule replacement. My insurance company called me and told me they were going to drop me due to the poor condition of my roof. I then called Liberte Construction to come by and give me an estimate. Dan Singleton came out, did an inspection, and then discovered I had hail damage. We called in a claim, Dan met with the adjuster, showed him the damage, and they ended up approving the claim for full roof replacement. This saved me having to pay $8,000.
