So when we needed new roofing, siding, gutters, gutter covers, facia and soffits I obtained several quotes. Erik didn't hesitate to come out to Farmington and quote the project. We had some "slick" salespeople and we had a guy that wouldn't give me a quote (he really didn't like women was my opinion) and would only deal with the insurance company. Erik was professional, honest and not "slick." The price was fair. My test is always the "warm and fuzzies." After a few meetings with Erik, he had my business. Then came the problems. Every color combo for all of the above items had items out of stock, discontinued or something. Erik made a lot of phone calls and several vendor trips. I have no idea how many combos we went through - probably 15 or so. Finally we found a combo that could be put together. YEAH!!!! Erik was patient through all of the "I hate neutrals" moments and several trips of holding colors against the house in different light. Roof install went well and then we had to wait 2 weeks for the siding. The siding installation was completed and they came back and fixed a couple of small items and we were done before Thanksgiving. Erik was around almost daily and even picked up extra FOD on his own. They installed our new lights and Ring cams too. Erik was easily reachable and kept on top of the project and kept me up to date. Very impressed. They were within $7 of the original quote (I think permit fees changed). Very happy and thankful that I selected Erik and Roofs R Us.

Due to a recent hailstorm, we needed to have our roof replaced. After interviewing several roofing…read morecontractors, we chose eRoof to perform the work. Their representative, Garret H., presented a thorough plan for completing the work, assured us that he would coordinate with our insurance company as much as we required, and had a plan that would get the work done in just a few weeks. The eRoof bid was also in-line with other bids we had received to do the work. At the same time, we decided to upgrade our gutter system, which was the original one from 1959. The new system we chose included a cover to eliminate the need for gutter cleaning. We also needed to fix our chimney cap, which was falling apart in large chunks. eRoof also gave us competitive pricing for both projects and integrated that work into the overall work plan. The chimney cap replacement was completed first. That work began on a Monday and was finished the next day. The roof replacement happened on Friday, and the gutter system was hung the following Monday. All of the work was completed in an 8-day span. Throughout the process, Garret H. worked closely with our insurance adjuster to ensure that the new roof system met the current code requirements, with the insurance company agreeing to pay for the additional underlayment called for in the code regulations. The work crews were professional, courteous, and respectful of our property. The cleanup left the grounds in good condition. In conclusion, we are very pleased with the results in all three cases - the roof, the gutter system, and the chimney cap. Had Kaufman install a rubber roof on our home and new flashings. It was and has been nothing but a…read morenightmare. Huge gaps left where they laid heavy beads of caulking. Some flashings were installed incorrectly resulting in water intrusion. The seams on the rubber were not laid to shed water they were stacked and the rubber was cut short across the entire roof. The drip edge was installed directly against the facia which has resulted in the facia now rotting. When I asked about all of this the owner came out and said as a homeowner it's your responsibility to get on the roof every year and remove and replace caulking. NEVER EVER AGAIN will they get a penny from me. Be very cautious when dealing with this company.
