We had a leak and they moved their schedule around to accommodate our project. It was amazing how efficient and professional the crew was. Eric was onsite the majority of the day and the final checklist and sign off of everything was very assuring. The new gutters were installed within a week of the roof being completed. What was very impressive to me was that the sales rep for Zups took the time to stop by after and ask if we had any questions or see if there was anything they could have done better. I will be calling back for new windows next summer!! Thanks Zups! I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

Zups was more personable than the other bids we got also. They laid out in full detail what happens when they redo the roof and have a contract that laid out all the pricing for what they would do. The final walk through was great also. I got a warranty sheet and final check list from Eric and he walked thru the entire project and explained what happened and what they did to my roof. I had a real piece of mind. One last thing, there were a few issues with my previous roof and I was having leaks and had some rotted trim boards. Eric and the crew took care of all those issues and I haven't had any leaks since. Thanks Zups

Capstone was fantastic to work with. I initially started the roofing project by collecting 10+…read morebids. I eventually narrowed those bids down to 3. From this point it really came down to attitude and it wasn't even a fair fight. Dave Mack had an amazing attitude and personality to boot. He was attentive to the details and went over everything with me multiple times, to make sure I was comfortable. Dave was also present on the job site to work with me through all of my questions - I'd like to think I'm pretty hands-on. For my house, we went with the architectural shingles with the weathered wood coloring. We replaced my roof caps with a crisp bronze color that makes everything pop. We replaced all of the metal pieces with the same bronze color, spray painted the old cast iron pipes and even gave my furnace exhaust a new top. There were only 3 vents that stayed black. This was by choice, as a few years of the weather elements would have left these chipping and would require more maintenance. Dave went over all of these design choices with me to formulate the best possible solution for my house - one that we would mutually agree upon. It's worth noting that the entire job took roughly 4-5 hours to complete. Regarding pricing, Capstone was not the cheapest, nor were they remotely close to the most expensive. You get what you pay for and in the end, I received excellent service, an efficient job and a beautiful looking roof/house. I believe I was given a fair price, great service and high quality workmanship to boot. In closing, I'm writing this review, not to simply recommend that you use Capstone, but that you give them a chance. If your bidding experience goes anything close to how mine went, I'm confident you'll pick Capstone. Not only that, but once the job is complete, you'll be proud of the work done. Thank you, Mike
